While vacationing in Castiglione, we chose this restaurant for dinner since the hotel we were staying at didn't offer this option. The restaurant, expertly converted from an old granary (hence the name), is very characteristic. Quality food (both seafood and meat) and fast service are provided. During busy periods, you might notice a slight hesitation from the table service staff, but it's just a small flaw that doesn't detract from the overall quality of the restaurant. Good value for money considering it's located in the historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia. Recommended

Tourist trap. Fine for average food if just passing by and hungry. Paid to try the traditional wild boar ragu tagliatelle, and was fobbed off with a beef/pork bolognese with parpadelle. Aubergine parmigiana tasted good, but there was no parmigiana on it! Fried artichokes were flavourless (just tasted of oil). Overall was fine, but upsetting to be mislead with the ragu. Garden atmosphere was nice. Drinks well priced. Charged service fee (first time since arriving in Italy a week ago!)

16/02/2026: Very good pizza but mystical experience let's say they don't make you pay when you order but in the end they have great faith in the honesty of people 🤣🤣🤣 but for the rest, recommended place and worth returning to
12/02/2026: I can't say anything other than congratulations!!! Extraordinary and delicious pizza! In all the years I've been ordering it, I've never had the stomachache or stomachaches I've unfortunately had to deal with at other places. This is a sign of the exceptional workmanship and quality of the products. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, always with a smile on their faces! I'd also like to thank the delivery guy, who not only delivers hot and punctual orders, but has always treated us with kindness and courtesy! All the best!
