We dined in the pleasant outdoor area and had a great experience: the seafood selection is varied and the attention to detail is evident. Quality ingredients and successful pairings are used. The quality/price ratio is fair.
I plan to return before the end of the holidays.

A delightful discovery in the center of Grosseto. Traveling for work, two of us dined here at the hotel's recommendation. The atmosphere (outdoors in our case) was very welcoming, quiet, and pleasant. The service was professional, attentive but never intrusive, and fast (perhaps even too fast: those five minutes of "relaxation" between courses wouldn't have been a bad thing. But those are really just details). The owner was professional and incredibly kind (surprised by the downpour, he even lent us his umbrella to take us home: by the way, Mr. Claudio: THANK YOU!! We left your umbrella at the Airone reception). Dishes: "Michelin-starred" quality, or almost: extremely fresh fish, top-quality ingredients; exceptional recipes (the orecchiette with chard and bottarga and the seafood carbonara were excellent, the calamari with vegetables were excellent), "imaginative" but never overly irrational, and flavors always perfectly balanced. Excellent wine, recommended by the owner. We had a great time, and we'll definitely be back.
The bill was very, very fair (€120 for two people, including two appetizers, two first courses, and a second course with wine. Amaro was kindly provided).

For me, this is not only the best restaurant in the area, but the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. The quality of the fish is always exceptional, the dishes are delicious, and the service is impeccable. Whenever I want to treat myself to a special dinner and eat truly well, I always come back here. An absolute guarantee, highly recommended!

A small but truly welcoming restaurant, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail and with an atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The quality of the fish is excellent, and each dish is prepared with great care, both in flavor and presentation.
My absolute favorite was the cacio e pepe risotto with red shrimp: a surprising dish, balanced and rich in flavor. You can sense the passion and research behind every item on the menu.
Let the owner guide you: he'll be able to offer you the best recommendations and make your experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a restaurant to return to!
