17/01/2026: We are restaurateurs and foodies, and it's hard for us to find a place that satisfies our palates. Seeing a post on Facebook immediately convinced me. We ate really well and deliciously, the dishes were tasty, flavorful, and carefully prepared. The service was excellent, the chef was highly trained, and the atmosphere was friendly. 08/01/2026: A true seafood osteria, like those of yesteryear, in the heart of Gallipoli's historic center, between the beach and the western shore. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a nautical style, and the dishes are generous and delicious, starting with the brigands' appetizer, which can be enjoyed with a wine from a wide selection of local and international wines. The prices are absolutely excellent considering the quality and quantity of the food and service.

31/12/2025: We came as a couple and then with friends: we have fond memories of excellent cuisine made with the freshest, top-quality ingredients. The chef is on a whole other level compared to what we've enjoyed at many restaurants in Salento. An authentic and high-quality culinary experience, which manages to enhance local tradition with modern technique and sensitivity, leaving us wanting to return again.

31/08/2025: This place has become a must-try for me every time I visit Salento. Words can't describe the mastery of the preparation and sophistication of the dishes. We're talking about fish cured meats! I don't eat meat or meat products, but I can say with certainty that their fish cured meats are every bit as good as real cured meats. Try them and believe them! Grab a platter, or a tuna porchetta, or a tuna veal stew, and tell me I'm wrong! All washed down with the local rosé... Top! But can we leave out the dessert that literally blows my mind? The frisamisú! I repeat, it's a must-try for me every time I visit. Unfortunately, it seems they're about to cut back on the opening flowers to focus more on their artisanal cured meats, which you can buy if you want 😉😉

23/09/2025: I really don't like leaving negative reviews. In fact I never do (truly I'm not just saying this) because I know the effect they can have an a business. However I think people should get a glimpse of the restaurant before coming here to spend a ton of money for subpar quality food. How can you be a in a region with an absolute surplus of olive oil and have food this bland at exorbiant prices. I don't think there was a grain of salt on any dish. It's also criminal to call an appetizer red prawns then get 4 pieces of the tail of a prawn that is barely bigger than a finger nail. I would have also rather been spared the "mixed greens" under my octopus as it was just that. Mixed green with nothing on them and majority of the leaves were rotten. Also a lobster pasta dish in which it requires you to crack your own lobster with your hands? Trying to make food into something "artistic" is the downfall of dining. Put something on the late that is worth eating and priced fairly. 45 minutes between starters and mains is a no for me as well. Rest assured this is an honest review....sadly
