12/08/2024: Bad experience, dirty place for naive tourists, poor dishes, high prices and poor quality. I don't understand the positive reviews of this place, it must be that in August they just like to steal money from tourists

08/08/2024: It may seem like a fun review but it's the first time I've been there (I'm from Milan). The dishes are exceptional, the taste is simple but delicious! The 2 waiters who served us were extremely professional and accommodating, the seriousness was interrupted for a moment by a pleasant joke from a waiter which, said at the right time, was extremely welcome! Last but not least the location which from the outside did not seem special and instead also proved to be above expectations, being on top of a hill, we enjoyed a splendid view of the sunset without anything obstructing the view. It was me and my girlfriends, 3 courses each plus wine and dessert €170, bitters offered. I recommend it to everyone!

09/08/2024: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing food and good service. We were in two couples and we chose four different starters and four different pasta dishes. They were all very tasty and well presented. Highly recommended restaurant in Gallipoli old town.

24/08/2024: Ristorante semplicemente ECCELLENTE. Cibo di altissima qualità, prezzo onestissimo e servizio e cortesia straordinari. Abbiamo ordinato antipasti (che il proprietario Walter ha adattato alle nostre esigenze di intolleranti ai formaggi ed alle verdure), un primo squisito di linguine mezzo astice (consigliatissimo) e grigliata di mare (freschissima e abbondante). Servizio celere e attento, pltre ad un'atmosfera meravigliosa. Ci torneremo molto presto!

24/08/2024: Se cerchi un pasto abbondante, buono e senza fronzoli, lo puoi trovare a Corte Celestini. Il ristorante è una struttura accogliente e un po’ rustica nel paesino di Carmiano, vicino Lecce. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto misto composto da tanti piccoli piattini di mare e terra (nel nostro caso la giornata proponeva tra le altre cicoriette saltate, baccalà fritto, focaccia di patate, caponata, insalata di mare, folpetti fritti), tutto sinceramente buono. Abbiamo preso anche due piatt(oni) di pasta - anche questa davvero ottima, casereccia. Conto onesto: antipasto per due, due primi, acqua, bottiglia di vino e due caffè, 70 euro. Nota di merito al servizio: il gestore e il cameriere che ci hanno servito ci hanno trasmesso tutto l’amore che hanno per il luogo in cui lavorano. A presto!

22/08/2024: Se le proposte culinarie sembrano raffinate non altrettanto "raffinata" l'accoglienza. Alla richiesta di disponibilità di un tavolo per due persone con due cani al seguito in un primo momento c'era stato detto di sì all'Interno. Poi credo il titolare è uscito e bruscamente ha detto No con i cani No.. Erano le 20:00 infrasettimanale e il locale non era affollato. Sarebbe stato sufficiente un diniego cortese e motivato... Evidentemente la cortesia non è pratica diffusa....Capita ormai di rado di non vederci accettati con i nostri cani che sono in ogni caso "invisibili" nei ristoranti. Peccato per voi!

22/08/2024: Ottimo Ristorante di pesce in Centro a lecce, abbiamo cenato divinamente, servizio cordialee e puntuale, prezzi onesti. Consigliatissimo.

24/08/2024: We were there last night just for dinner. Very very nice, elegant and modern place with open kitchen. The atmosphere was really elegant and not chaotic. The waiters tried to take care of everything in detail, even if every now and then something escaped their attention We ate everything based on fish and I must say that it was all really delicious, I particularly appreciated: Seafood delicatessen Linguine with monkfish (truly exceptional) We will definitely return

25/07/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante consigliato dalla proprietaria dell'appartamento alloggiato proprio nelle immediate vicinanze. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere: accoglienza molto familiare, personale gentile e molto carino, attento alla clientela. Un tripudio di sapori di una cucina salentina tradizionale ma molto accurata. Posto molto intimo. E per finire, un amaro al finocchietto che delizia il palato! Consigliatissimo!

24/07/2024: Location caratteristica situata a pochi minuti da Nardó, siamo stati in questo posto per ben due sere di fila durante la nostra vacanza in Puglia la scorsa settimana ed è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Il personale gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio ed esigenza. Sicuramente da tornarci non appena ricapiteremo in Puglia. Consigliatissimo il Polpo alla Pignata e la carne stufata

03/09/2024: We came to this restaurant looking at other people's reviews online, I must say the best restaurant in Gallipoli I have tried especially for the quality. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a first course with the catch of the day that they offer on sight, we let ourselves be caught by a lobster and they made us a very good first course. The house starter is very rich and tasty, as is the dish with fresh raw meat. Honest quality and price! Absolutely worth trying, the place is always full so I recommend calling a few days in advance.

02/08/2024: Fantastic… Domenico, Giovanni, Carmine Sgrebicocca and their colleagues welcomed us magnificently, making us feel at home! We chose to try more dishes to share and we were happy because everything was delicious: the freshest raw seafood, burratina, cod, fettuccine with red mullet, spaghetti with scorpion fish but above all the fantastic Sgonfiotti which stole our hearts! Last but not least, the hazelnut crème brûlé (which I normally don't eat because I don't like it) was something delicious!!! Thank you all for the wonderful evening you made us experience!

01/08/2024: Dinner for 14 people, children and adults. We ate some starters (octopus with Negramaro, seafood salad and tempura prawns) which were all excellent. Pizzas, spaghetti with mussels and sea bream in salt were taken. All very good. Finally we had dessert (sorbet, babà, creme brulee). The white wine they produced was very good. Highly recommended!!

29/08/2024: Nightmarish kitchens!!!...if Cannavacciuolo came they would close it immediately without even trying to save it!!!!...frozen fish cooked badly!!!...high price considering the very low quality of everything!!! ... I highly recommend other places in the area that serve fish of the day at a much more honest price.

20/08/2024: A perfect stay My husband and I stayed for ten days in August at La Corte di Nettuno, a hotel located a few steps from the Aragonese Castle. Thanks to the staff, who satisfied us in every way and pampered us, it was a truly splendid ten days. Starting from the very clean and fragrant room, the plentiful and quality breakfast (sweet and savory) and the truly excellent dinner. Furthermore there was a shuttle that took us to the beach (twenty minute ride) located near the Baia dei Turchi (which could be easily reached from the beach). Both the staff and the owner were very nice to us and the latter even gave us his own coffee as a gift. The property boasts a maritime collection on display located on each floor. The staff members are all competent, both on the professional and human side, all being very empathetic. In particular Antonio, a great connoisseur of Apulian history and wines as well as local products; the very kind Arianna who took all the needs of the moment to heart; Christian who remembered all our preferences by heart; Romina and Paola are always available and ready to give you all the necessary information and in general everyone, from the night receptionists, the cleaners, the excellent chefs and the shuttle driver Mauro, made us experience ten wonderful days. We will definitely be back. I strongly recommend Hotel la Corte di Nettuno.

11/08/2024: I had dinner last night with my boyfriend in this special little place in Otranto. Perfect cuisine, served impeccably Dishes that contain the true scent of the sea...impeccable and refined staff, always ready to fulfill every request And then what about the owner? Very nice and friendly person...always making sure that everything was in order and that customers were satisfied In short, you must definitely come here if you want excellence!

16/08/2024: Our best dining experience in Otranto. Excellent food and sophisticated menu. Waiting times of 30-40 minutes between order and start of dinner. The fish dishes we chose were excellent. Very helpful and direct staff.
