Everything, and I mean everything, is super good, and by good, I mean "Really" good. Every dish has a flavor that leaves its mark... every dish created and cooked with dedication. The food was fantastic, served by the chef.
This restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb host Giancarlo, and rightly so! Go eat here if you love delicious and authentic (Italian) food and hospitality in an intimate atmosphere.

05/04/2026: During the Easter holidays in the Lecce area, I found myself in Castro Marina and this restaurant piqued my interest... so I stopped in.
I hadn't booked, but the staff was incredibly kind and found me a table right away: a truly impeccable welcome.
I ate very well, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, carefully prepared dishes, and authentic flavors. The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly throughout the meal.
An absolutely positive experience: I'll gladly return and definitely recommend it.

It's an excellent seafood restaurant on the main street of Santa Maria al Bagno. I found the fish to be very fresh and well-prepared. The service was very attentive. You can eat à la carte or choose from the tasting menus. Recommended for seafood lovers. Prices are reasonable.
04/04/2026: A sophisticated restaurant located in an elegant historic residence overlooking the sea. The decor and service are meticulously crafted. Excellent food quality and exquisite presentation. This isn't our first time here, and each time is a pleasant experience. The friendliness and cleanliness are a constant. It's become a go-to for me. Parking is paid only during the summer months, and you can park on the street. We didn't have to wait because we had reserved a table.

04/10/2025: Incredibly friendly and service-oriented staff, very keen to ensure we had a good experience. The food was very good, but on the more expensive side and (compared to other restaurants in the area) small portions. However, the taste was incredible, and outweighed the quantity of food.

08/05/2026: The service was arrogant, I can't believe I'm in Italy! They mixed up the bill with that of another table without asking or checking, and gave it to the other table with the same amount of money.
A real disgrace.
03/05/2026: We went for three days because it was nice and my husband is allergic to gluten, so we asked for gluten-free options. On the last day, he was very sick, so I can't post the incredible photo. We asked for gluten-free options again, and when I returned, the restaurant was already closed. It's going to be a long night.

The tagliolini with clams was completely unseasoned and tasted poorly.
My companion had a rather disappointing raw ham and rather overcooked seafood pasta.
The bill was 80 euros.
A disappointment!!!

27/12/2025: Overall, a positive experience: a bright dining room with a large fireplace that enhanced the atmosphere, making it welcoming. The menu was extensive and well-structured, especially the appetizers. We started with a rich selection of appetizers, but the first course was definitely the highlight: Sgonfiotti Cavour (ravioli stuffed with salmon and shrimp).
Attentive service, a varied menu, and refined cuisine.
