The menu was extensive and well-structured, especially the appetizers. We started with a rich selection of appetizers, but the first course was definitely the highlight: Sgonfiotti Cavour (ravioli stuffed with salmon and shrimp). Attentive service, a varied menu, and refined cuisine.

17/01/2026: We ate here tonight. We had gratinated mussels, which arrived barely warm. The tagliolini with clams was completely unseasoned and tasted poorly. My companion had a rather disappointing raw ham and rather overcooked seafood pasta. The bill was 80 euros. A disappointment!!!

17/01/2026: The evening begins like this... I call and make a reservation for 9:30 PM for 4 people. They tell me over the phone that the wait is 5 minutes, which is just enough time for the table to be free. I arrive promptly and they tell me to wait 10 minutes. At 10:17 PM, I ask how much longer and they tell me to wait until the table is free since they had asked for the bill. After a long (and unwanted) wait, we manage to sit down at 10:23 PM. The place is nice, with seating near the sea. We order at 10:46 PM. The dishes arrive at 10:52 PM. Very fast service. Excellent sushi and excellent mixed seafood appetizer. We ordered a bottle of Chardonnay "Lama di Pietra" white wine, which was delicious, served in the right way and left in the seau à glace (which is not a given). The first courses arrive later: paccheri with monkfish and sagne with almonds, cherry tomatoes, and cod. A few pieces of monkfish were not... Skinless but not bothersome The first courses are also excellent The quantity of fish in the first courses was higher than expected, and therefore generous with the seasoning I would have added a few more paccheri Next came the fried foods The anelletti and shrimp were good For the mixed seafood, most of them were good Just a few were full of bones and difficult to remove We close with the sweet and sour dishes The sweet and sour dishes were good, and the amaro del capo was served chilled in a chilled glass. All in all, the place wasn't bad. The food was good, the price was fair, the service was fast but "cold" (not a bad thing, each waiter decides how to treat the customer), and the bill was reasonable, with bitters offered after checking the order. 4 stars because there's always room for improvement. Keep it up!

27/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation, one day during the Christmas holidays. We'd heard good things about it, and it deserved its reputation: we had excellent raw seafood (compliments to the accompanying sauces), a first course (tagliolini spunsale and anchovy colatura), a second course (sea bass with chard cream), and two desserts. Everything was delicious! It must be said: the price isn't cheap. The service was truly friendly, both to us and to our dog. I recommend it for a special occasion.

We spent a bit because we didn't want for anything, but the quality of the food and wine was worth every penny. The fish was incredibly fresh, and they recommended the right wine to pair with the dishes. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! High quality, definitely recommended.

17/01/2026: Unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to expectations. The service was unprofessional, and the staff didn't seem to be at ease; they were clearly busy and disinterested. As for the food, the dishes were disappointing, and the mussels in particular were rubbery and flavorless, which completely ruined the experience. What a shame!
07/01/2026: I love everything about this restaurant, and whenever I pass through Castro, I can't help but stop in. In winter, the experience is even more enjoyable, because there are fewer people and the staff, always kind and welcoming, enjoys the more relaxed pace. The two sisters who own it are perfect hosts and make their guests feel at home. We last stopped by between New Year's Eve and Epiphany and enjoyed risotto, seafood spaghetti, and burnt wheat macaroni. This was followed by a generous grilled fish platter, excellently cooked and carefully selected, and a delicious and flavorful mussel and clam stew. We finished with fragrant citrus sorbets. Needless to say, the view from the terrace, directly overlooking the marina, is enchanting!

26/12/2025: A guaranteed family lunch, we had a wonderful time. The waiters were very kind and professional, and at the end of the meal, the hostess offered us coffee and liqueurs to wish us a Merry Christmas. I'll be back for Epiphany.
25/12/2025: The food was pretty inedible: overcooked pasta with no flavor other than boiled meat. The same went for the second course, dry pandoro. They brought the full plates back to the kitchen without even apologizing or bothering to understand why, given the rather uneconomical bill. Loveless cooking, zero attention to detail.

07/12/2025: Excellent and welcoming restaurant. The staff is super friendly and the food excellent; we tried the pizzas and they were really good. The atmosphere is beautiful, both inside—warm and well-decorated—and outside, with an entrance featuring decorated columns (we went during the Christmas season).
22/11/2025: The pizza is very good, the appetizers are tasty and delicious, highly recommended.
