04/07/2025: We passed by chance, when we arrived the impact was not nice we were uncertain about entering. From the outside it looks like a warehouse, inside very spartan but clean! The owners are very kind and the food is excellent and very fair price. So if you pass by these parts do not be fooled by the belonging! Come in because it is worth it!

02/07/2025: Generous and quality portions. Derisory price for how much and how eaten (appetizer-first course-second course-side dish-water-bread and coffee). Informal country trattoria atmosphere, however clean and friendly.

10/08/2025: Good evening, I wanted to write a few lines to the owner of this place. I'm not a citizen of Polignano, but I act as if I were because I love this beautiful town. But if I think that in a place with a name like yours, your cashier prevents me from using the restroom, what a shame... Tell him to be more humble in life because one day you may need a restroom, since being a girl, your needs are many. Thank you, and give her some education.

07/08/2025: A birthday is celebrated, indeed, only once a year, and we couldn't have chosen a better place for an extrasensory journey immersed in the flavors and colors of Puglia, between tradition and innovation, pampered by impeccable service. Thank you, "Meraviglioso"! ❤️

14/08/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant. The mixed raw fish was very limited for the price, the service was mediocre, and above all, the bill was incredibly high!!! €80 per person with an appetizer, a first course, and a bottle of wine for two. Sorry, but I won't be back.

09/08/2025: I came to eat with my family and some friends, there were 12 of us in total. We started our dinner with four mixed raw fish dishes to share, which were very good, but we had to wait 40 minutes for them. Afterwards, we ordered first courses, which were very good, the only shame was the quantity.

03/09/2025: I honestly don't understand the cold or negative reviews for this restaurant. Splendid location near the Castle in a historic and truly characteristic square. All the dishes were more than good. Portions were not excessive but honest. We really enjoyed it. THANK YOU. P.S.: with The Fork discount, it's a crime not to go!

29/08/2025: We ordered pasta with mussels and cherry tomatoes...the pasta wasn't fresh, the dish was completely unprepared, and the mussels were tiny!! We also ordered an octopus salad...tasteless! Lastly, a three-year-old girl was even charged for the service charge without having consumed anything! The location is beautiful. The waiter was very kind and polite, but the young woman, who barely spoke Italian, wasn't so much as asking for feedback when she picked up her plate. It seems like a commercial place that tries to repurpose traditional dishes without the necessary love and tradition. The prices are high. The menu doesn't list frozen ingredients...you have to ask to find out what's fresh and what's not.

17/07/2025: Very nice place. We made a reservation. They had an all-you-can-eat option for Apulian panzerotti, but we didn't try them, so we opted for the set menu. We had the house appetizer, which was good but tasted like leftovers from various dishes—namely, gratinated mussels and parmigiana—let's just say we were expecting a different kind of appetizer. Then we had a first course, orecchiette with turnip tops. The portion was generous, and the simple flavor was like homemade. They also had desserts, but we didn't like the selection, so we didn't order them. The waitresses were very nice.

19/08/2025: I spent two nights there. The location was excellent for exploring Alberobello on foot, and it was also convenient for the beach... Monopoli is a 30-minute drive away. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room equipped with everything you need.

30/06/2025: The employees are extraordinary. Tina is a 10, proactive, efficient, and highly trained. Employees like her are the soul of the hotels. They should take care to incentivize committed employees.

30/08/2025: A disastrous experience... We stopped to eat the local specialty (orecchiette con le cime di rapa) because the menu looked reasonable. A quick welcome, no smiles, served in barely 5 minutes, the quantity left something to be desired, the pasta was overcooked and covered in oil, and the waiter was not professional at all: he sighed and became annoyed when he realized we weren't going to order wine or dessert... We were ejected like dirt: no thank you or goodbye. Luckily for them, their restaurant is well located in the old town! We left disappointed and with the feeling of having been trapped in a tourist trap. Clearly a place to avoid if you want to discover authentic Puglian cuisine...

22/08/2025: A dinner with friends cost as much as a mortgage payment. Each dish cost around €40, for four clams, one fasolara (a type of clam), one shrimp, and one scampi. Four appetizers and four main courses cost us almost €500. The service was slow and inattentive. We were never served the dishes we ordered. Prices that would be partially justified for a restaurant with a sea view, but this is on the ground floor of a building inland. I definitely won't be returning.

15/08/2025: At La Marea, we ate the freshest and most flavorful fish in all of Savelletri (and, in fact, during our entire stay in Puglia). All the ingredients used are top-quality, and the staff is highly trained, attentive, and extremely friendly. It's the perfect place if you're looking for an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. There's no comparison; definitely stop here if you're in the area and want one of the best fish meals of your life!

22/07/2025: Eine tolle Adresse, wenn man es noch ursprünglich haben will: Alles frisch und lecker, dazu preislich günstig. Aufmerksamer Kellner. Da passt wirklich alles - nur zu empfehlen. Wir waren vor 9 Jahren bereits hier und es hat sich erfreulicherweise nichts geändert. Jetzt 2x hier gewesen.... da brauchst du nicht nach Vieste in die Altstadt!! Anfahrt etwas schwierig: am besten mit dem Roller an der Strandstraße entlang - fast am Ende rechts ab - nach 1,5km scharf links ab - noch 500m.

04/05/2025: Menù incompleto, poche informazioni sugli ingredienti e nessuna sul congelato, quindi ordiniamo e incrociamo le dita... mangiabile ma niente da ricordare. Anche il sevizio da migliorare, poco professionali, arrivano i primi ma manca ancora il vino, e non solo a noi anche al tavolo accanto (a loro anche i piatti sbagliati, poverini). Insomma il posto ha una posizione ottima, si mangia ma si potrebbe migliorare un pò.

22/08/2025: Total disorganization. There was only one waiter who apologized a thousand times for the various shortcomings. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses with dips, which weren't bad, but unfortunately they forgot the dips, bread, and plates to taste them. After asking, they brought us stale bread and plates. We asked for the wine list twice, but they only brought it to us after we'd finished eating. Afterwards, we ordered orecchiette with turnip greens, the worst I've ever had, made with tomatoes and a broth. The ravioli were acceptable, although tasteless. I recommend increasing the staff and paying more attention to detail and customer requests.

30/08/2025: I've been to Lido Apulia and I can say it was a true culinary paradise! The sea view is breathtaking and the service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and attentive to our requests. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food and a sea view. The location is enchanting and the atmosphere is relaxing. An excellent choice for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends.

27/08/2025: The beach is worthwhile, the restaurant is good, and the prices are above average. The umbrellas aren't very close together, but the sand isn't exactly clean. The bar girls are almost annoyed by the presence of customers, which definitely lowers the overall rating. We moved two beaches down the road for the rest of our vacation.

13/08/2025: Summary: Not recommended. Specifically: Not recommended due to slow and indifferent service. The food was sometimes poorly cooked (horrible frying), and the raw food wasn't exactly fresh. Excessively expensive. Grandpa A lost a kidney there...

12/08/2025: A magnificent place, with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we waited an hour and a half for our main courses. They were served out of sync, a good 20 minutes between each course, and there were 6 of us. When we complained, the dining room manager told us that we should have ordered upon arrival (knowing that we ordered at 8:15 p.m. for an 8 p.m. reservation) and that, what's more, we had ordered antipasti before the main courses. No apology, no complimentary coffee. He didn't even say goodbye. Unacceptable.
