I had the opportunity to host a birthday party at Vela D'oro and thoroughly enjoyed the food, from appetizers to dessert.
The fish main course deserves an honorable mention!

11/02/2026: I've only gotten takeout pizza and fries once...never again!!! The fries tasted like fish, the smell and taste were disgusting and disturbing! I felt terrible.

06/04/2026: We booked for Easter Monday without knowing it personally, we just knew the food was good and I must say honestly that there were six of us and everyone was satisfied!!! Good, quality food, plentiful and to finish the meal a delicious shortcrust pastry tart with cream and strawberries ππ... a very positive experience, we will definitely be back ππ

The restaurant offers high-quality traditional dishes, thanks in part to the excellent work of the kitchen. I was there on Saturday for lunch and will definitely be back.

21/09/2025: The food is incredibly delicious and they prepare it quickly. The service is very friendly and professional, the atmosphere is charming, and they're also pet-friendly. I highly recommend trying all the dishes, desserts, and limoncello!

22/08/2025: Well-stocked beach, fabulous sea view...a little further on, walking towards the rocks, the sea is Caribbean-like with very warm water, immersed in nature!! I recommend it both for the location and for the bar service, which has a rotisserie full of delicious things to eat and, for those who want, there's also kebab and piadina shop!!! Showers are available for a fee at the price of 3 euros!!!

13/04/2026: I stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance during a Sunday bike ride β and what luck that was!
The menu is varied and immediately whets the appetite. The service was consistently very friendly and attentive.
I'd especially like to highlight the Spaghetti Scoglio β absolutely superb, fresh, and perfectly prepared.
Add to that the fantastic location right by the sea, which gives the whole place a truly special atmosphere.
Highly recommended β I'll definitely be back!

31/03/2026: The appetizers were varied and delicious, and you'll be full already. For our first course, we had fresh pasta with pistachios and, if I remember correctly, almonds as well. It was different from the usual first courses, good, but I had the impression that the pasta was precooked. The second courses, with prawns and fried calamari, were good. The service was excellent and quick.

The atmosphere is pleasant, small and cozy, but that's where the positives end.
We ordered a local white wine... I've never had such a bad wine, it was rancid, the worst kind...
I ordered seafood soup and got a bowl of mussels in their own sauce. As for the seafood, there were two shrimp heads in it, and that was the end of the seafood...
I was hoping for a second course.
Sea bass with vegetables... literally a dish for a small child. Zero spices, everything souce. Two small, thin fish fillets, covered with thin slices of carrot and, I think, zucchini, with a few thin strips of carrot and some other vegetable on the side. That was the end of the β¬15 meal...
19/01/2026: A quiet oasis just off the main tourist path. Delicious seafood pasta.
