The staff tries very hard to accommodate all customers when there is a lot of traffic.

11/08/2024: So to recap: we call to book a table for 2 asking if it is possible to have a round pizza instead of by the meter as one of us is lactose intolerant, and we are told yes. Once we arrived we were told that this was not possible and that therefore there were 2 alternatives: either that I did not take the pizza (so they had to decide what I should eat) or that I, to avoid risks of contamination, had to take the pizza with lactose-free mozzarella despite not being intolerant. I was also told that they didn't have much round pizza dough, it's a shame that as I finished eating I saw one being brought to the table next to mine!!!! Moral of the story, 6 euros of lactose-free mozzarella, forced to eat it, I repeat, even though I was not intolerant and paying a shameful surcharge, one of the flavors of the pizzas was wrong, good but burnt pizzas. All topped off by an arrogant, rude waiter (the adult one, the only adult) who was in awe even at the table of 10 people next to mine, who like me in the end out of desperation called another waiter for the order .

14/08/2024: I pointed out that I had a fish allergy and they treated me very well, trying to be as careful as possible. I had a pizza and it was very good, while my boyfriend had a very good first and second course of fish. We had a great time and above all the staff were very friendly, welcoming and kind.

11/08/2024: Never book in this pizzeria, because they had booked for 9pm when we arrived and there was no room, they made us sit at 10.30pm even though they were wrong, I wanted reason by responding in an arrogant way!! After 1 hour sitting so at 11.30pm with 2 small children the pizzas arrived...BAD!! AND I STOP HERE!! HORRIBLE PLACE

26/08/2024: Location fantastica, la vista! Chiesto Spritz …. Arrivato Annacquato e senza alcun accompagnamento ! Ci è stato detto che andavano chiesti ! Assurdo .. si possono chiedere extra o qualcosa di particolare o se si vuole mangiare … ma un aperitivo a quella cifra va comunque accompagnato da altro direttamente! NEGATIVO

24/08/2024: Sono venuta sotto consiglio, sono andata due volte durante il mio soggiorno a Brindisi, la prima volta come post- cena e abbiamo preso dei drink che devo dire ottimi. E la seconda volta a colazione BUONISSIMA, ho preso un espressino (caffè, schiuma di latte e panna), sotto consiglio della cameriera, gentilissima tra l’altro, che le avevo chiesto qualcosa di fresco.

28/08/2024: Terrible holiday. Out of 7 nights, 4 nights we had to endure very loud music until 2am with a 2 year old child who couldn't sleep due to parties in the restaurant also owned by them adjacent to the b&b. Shower?? No, better to wash on the beach walkway because there was no water pressure in the room. They said it was a problem with Margherita di Savoia but this is not the case because other nearby facilities did not have this type of problem. Bathroom with a very strong sewage pizza, toilet paper given with a dropper and finally when they came to wash on the floor there was a stench because changing the water in the bucket without water pressure would have been too complicated. What can I say never again bad experience

28/08/2024: Everything beautiful. Excellent location. We had the room with the garden. Restaurant, bar, beach, all just a few meters away. The only flaw is the bathroom! The toilet was uncomfortable... otherwise, STUNNING. Starting from the staff...excellent people. Salvatore always friendly and helpful. You can eat very well at the restaurant, less so when it comes to self-service. I really didn't like it..

24/08/2024: Slow service and cold food. Very high price compared to what they offer. Small portions, which is unfortunate, given the poor quality of the products. A place for tourists, they pass off simple skewers of innards and old, stale sandwiches as turcinieddi. Overall bad service, at least the bathroom was clean.

23/08/2024: Place to avoid...nice location but the cuisine well avoid going there after eating!!! Loose pasta and raw tomato. The only good thing is the house wine... for the rest we are not there. Don't order any fish dishes because you certainly won't be satisfied. Very bad experience. Service to be reviewed. Find something else because you will definitely do better!!!!

13/07/2024: Mediocre food, terrible service. We ordered wine and coffee along with the food - they didn't bother to bring it. The staff barely speaks any English. The priority in service is given to Italian customers. The waiter spends more time talking with customers rather than waiting tables.

25/08/2024: A paradise for the most refined palates overlooking the sea of ​​beautiful Monopoli. This is the Porto Rosso Bar-Restaurant-Pizzeria, one of the most famous in the area. Very good food, both in the Restaurant and pizzeria, breathtaking location and excellent service. Furthermore, the greatest convenience is that the place also has a beautiful bar under which there is a wonderful free beach, where you can enjoy an aperitif while waiting to be called to sit at the restaurant or pizzeria.

24/08/2024: Quite a tourist place, the guys were kind but the service itself was very poor, no attention to detail. Nice location by the sea...at least the pizza was good. I don't think I'll go back. Average prices...25 euros per person to eat pizza, beer and some fries.

17/07/2024: Sono stata sempre innamorata di questo posto e non è mancata occasione per sceglierlo, ma ultimamente devo dire che lascia proprio a desiderare Sono stata oggi per un pranzo di famiglia e sono rimasta molto molto delusa Innanzitutto menù ripetitivo,sempre le solite proposte Il direttore che ha preso la comanda poco professionale , scorbutico e poco paziente ,tanto che alla richiesta di cambiare un primo si innervosito ed è apparso scocciato e dulcis in fundu hanno servito lo spaghetto (descritto sul menù con la tartare di gambero rosso )che sembrava uno spaghetto con pomodoro semplice e senza nemmeno l'ombra del gambero Ha deriso una persona anziana per avere richiesto un primo non in menù Veramente una mancanza di professionalità ed educazione L'unica persona gentile un cameriere di nome Giuseppe (se ricordo bene) che anche se ha fatto di tutto per coprire le mancanze del direttore ,in me' non ha sortito alcun effetto e non mi ha convinto del contrario perché ci sono rimasta davvero molto male In fondo abbiamo pagato "profumaramente" il nostro conto per un pessimo servizio tanta maleducazione e un primo non conforme al menù N O N C I T O R N E R O'. 17/07/2024: Bellissima la posizione del locale, buona la cucina, anche se in passato sembrava più ricercata, ma la scortesia e l'arroganza del "direttore" mette un po' a disagio... Servizio buono ma frettoloso. (Peccato)🤦

26/07/2024: We had a great time apart from the fact that I had already heard about the quality of the food which to be honest is very high and I would recommend the friendly and attentive staff with my eyes closed. I was impressed and will definitely go back… my son gave it a 10 out of 5 because he ate the best fish and pasta in his opinion.
