21/10/2025: The prices aren't justified, and the food has gotten much worse compared to even a year ago. The terrace is nice, but the high lounge-bar tables are truly out of place with the old atmosphere. Many dishes have lost their original flavor and freshness. It's a real shame; I won't be returning.

07/09/2025: Our stop. Excellent quality food, very talented chefs, fairly attentive customer service, yesterday for example we didn't find the crudités..... It can happen! Personally, I don't like the QR code menu... I prefer the paper one... This is the second time we've frequented this place, now we've discovered the new terrace, wow, it's wonderful to dine on the terrace.... Recommended for those who love eating fish.

12/10/2025: We didn't stay overnight, but we had two lovely dinners at the restaurant. The service was very attentive and super friendly. All four menus were delicious. We finished with an excellent limoncello and a delicious cake with divine mascarpone cream. We would gladly come back anytime.

19/08/2025: I arrived a week ago in Peschici, a wonderful place for the sea... First time staying at this hotel... strategic location, the focal point and the most central location ever... comfortable, simple, and clean room with a sea view... the smile, kindness, and speed of Mrs. Elena who served us... breakfast fit for a king and everything authentic... the owner, Mrs. Vittoria, is truly one of a kind... delicious traditional dishes to taste... In short, if you come to Peschici, stay at CELESTINA...

30/08/2025: A disastrous experience... We stopped to eat the local specialty (orecchiette con le cime di rapa) because the menu looked reasonable. A quick welcome, no smiles, served in barely 5 minutes, the quantity left something to be desired, the pasta was overcooked and covered in oil, and the waiter was not professional at all: he sighed and became annoyed when he realized we weren't going to order wine or dessert... We were ejected like dirt: no thank you or goodbye. Luckily for them, their restaurant is well located in the old town! We left disappointed and with the feeling of having been trapped in a tourist trap. Clearly a place to avoid if you want to discover authentic Puglian cuisine...

16/08/2025: My partner and I had lunch yesterday at Biancospino, the best seafood restaurant in Altamura in our opinion. Despite it being a busy holiday, the owner took the time to welcome us during lunch and ensure everything was up to expectations. We had a seafood appetizer (excellent), an excellent first course, a glass of rosé, and a good dessert. Everything was excellent, with prices in line with the market. We'll be back soon! Thank you so much, also for the discount on the bill, which is rare these days.

15/08/2025: Terrible, big scammers, congratulations! The food was good, but the service was terrible, with incorrect orders and long wait times. The waiters repeatedly brought the wrong dishes and got the orders wrong. The surprise was that the bill ended up with the wrong extra dishes added. Furthermore, the prices of the individual dishes were insane compared to what was listed on the menu. I'm attaching a photo of the receipt for a single salmon dish, €25. The menu showed the price at half price, as did all the other prices. When I pointed out the error on the receipt, the owner responded with great arrogance and rudeness. I do not recommend!

05/06/2025: Greetings to all. I am here to share my experience at the LA GIARA restaurant in TRANI PUGLIA. Nothing to say about the food, let's just say it was all good. Regarding the wine, unfortunately I have to say something completely different.... let me explain, first of all we were not asked anything about what we prefer. It is a local wine called E' ARTE. A chardonnay in my opinion to be thrown away as it is full of sugar visible at the bottom of the bottle.... online you pay 8 euros at the restaurant for double..... so a heartfelt advice to the restaurateur to change supplier.... guys be careful 👁 because around the corner there is always someone who thinks they are smarter.....

16/10/2025: Located 500 meters from the B&B Bari Rondò hotel, I think it's a good restaurant for the area. The place, which is very good, has a dining room with a grill, and because of this, it's very cozy both in terms of temperature and ambiance. However, we were a large group and they sat us on the covered terrace. Since we hadn't planned to be among the first to enter, we got the last table right next to the plastic wall. The eight of us at that table were freezing. As soon as the maître d' appeared, I asked him if he could light the patio heater there. He took one look inside and forgot about it. The service was very fast, but I didn't notice what I ate because I was more concerned about the cold than the food, especially when it came to dessert. It was a block of ice, so we couldn't appreciate the flavor. The comments were that they could have taken it out of the freezer at the beginning of the meal, even though the atmosphere was getting sweltering because, after our insistence, they got them to turn on the heater. For me, it wasn't pleasant, although the people at the first tables were able to enjoy it.

16/10/2025: I went at the recommendation of the hotel where I was staying for work and was so pleased that I went two nights in a row. Always alone. I was pampered, served in a friendly but serious manner, everyone was kind and smiling. Yes, they took care of me. I ate fish both times, the raw fish was delicious. The owners were lovely and very courteous. I will definitely be back!

16/10/2025: We received a warm welcome! The staff was very friendly and we were served quickly. The restaurant is well-located and has a beautiful view (despite the rain we had today). I recommend it!

12/10/2025: Forgettable! Arrogant and presumptuous. Staff refuse to give you a seat, even though there are five tables available! This is really unnecessary!

13/09/2025: Quality, combination, clarity, presentation. Everything's perfect. Mother and daughter (also truly beautiful) are in the kitchen. They cook the way we imagine real Italian cuisine. They know the clarity of the dishes, the quality and ingredients, and the precise preparation. They can tell when the pasta is al dente; they don't have to pull a noodle out every minute to determine the degree of doneness. We had a delicious meal; I would give it a star. Pulled skate, lukewarm, with steamed fennel, olive oil, and salt. Mussels with risotto, rice, and tenderly cooked potatoes. This broth is delicious. Then came pasta, with prawns and small sun-drenched tomatoes. The main course was sea bass, perfectly prepared, with just a hint of olive oil. It's an insider tip here in Puglia. We drank a bottle of wine with it. Cervaro by Antinori. Also an insider tip. My absolute favorite wine. We'll be back, definitely. With a big hug☺️🙏

29/08/2025: The restaurant is very formal and reserved, with a very extensive menu (perhaps too extensive) that opens with a phrase that immediately turns heads: "minimum spend per person €50." The waiter was very kind, while the order taker was very cold and aloof, perhaps more interested in calculating the bill based on the dishes ordered. We ordered two spaghetti with clams: tasty, but the portion was worthy of a taste and topped with just five clams (Price €22). For the main course, two grilled swordfish steaks, flavorless and of questionable freshness, a bagged salad on the side, and two glasses of white wine to drink, all for the modest sum of €113. The price for a good seafood restaurant is fair, but not here!

04/05/2025: Menù incompleto, poche informazioni sugli ingredienti e nessuna sul congelato, quindi ordiniamo e incrociamo le dita... mangiabile ma niente da ricordare. Anche il sevizio da migliorare, poco professionali, arrivano i primi ma manca ancora il vino, e non solo a noi anche al tavolo accanto (a loro anche i piatti sbagliati, poverini). Insomma il posto ha una posizione ottima, si mangia ma si potrebbe migliorare un pò.

12/09/2025: We went to Hotel Lanzillotta for lunch after a wonderful visit to Alberobello, accompanied by my parents and my fiancé. The experience was truly excellent in every way! The service was impeccable: the waiter was extremely kind, attentive to every detail, and available to answer any of our questions. We felt truly pampered. The food was delicious, with carefully prepared dishes and authentic flavors. A pleasant surprise was the wait for our order: we were offered four bruschettas, bread, and taralli, a truly pleasant welcome that we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area: quality, courtesy, and a beautiful atmosphere in the heart of Alberobello.

27/09/2025: We didn't really like the pizzas there. It was a real shame, because the mushrooms looked like canned food, and the ham was also pure pressed meat...

19/09/2025: Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. The service was very unfriendly, and the food was poorly presented. The taste was okay. For a Mattinata, it was below average. Better to go somewhere else!

The bill came right away after having asked for it. Extremely neat, good food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is very cozy and rustic in a house in the old town with vaulted ceilings. The service is competent, friendly, professional, and pleasantly reserved. When I asked for my slices of bread to be toasted to accompany my delicious seafood risotto, I was promptly served a plate of bruschetta! At no extra charge. The bill came immediately after I asked for it. Extremely neat, good food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is wonderfully accomodating and rustic in a house in the historic center with soffitti a volta. The service is competent, cordial, professional and discreet. When you cook the fat of pane to accompany your delicious risotto with fruit on the sea, you can always serve a plate of bruschetta! Senza alcun supplemento. The account arrives within two years.

17/07/2025: Abbiamo conosciuto questo posto su consiglio di amici, nei vicoli del centro storico. Che dire: personale simpatico, professionale e garbato. Cibo eccellente. Abbiamo assaggiato due primi (linguine con i frutti di mare e gnocchi di patate con vongole e asparago verde) davvero deliziosi, seguiti da un'ottima frittura di calamari. Vino rosato di eccellente qualità. Consigliatissimo!
