18/05/2025: I want to compliment the owner and all the staff who served us yesterday with great kindness, helpfulness, attention, refinement and care. It was an excellent experience of taste and well-being. I highly recommend this place!

26/03/2025: I just had dinner here and I was alone on a business trip. The first thing I noticed was the owner's antipathy, who, when welcoming me, treated me with a condescending air, perhaps because I was alone, I don't know. Antipathy that he confirmed at the cashier, without a smile or an "I'm sorry", even though I had expressed my disappointment to the waiter a few minutes before. Just an expression of condescension without even looking at me. Very different from the table next to me who was eating seafood. The waiter, on the other hand, was kind and friendly. I ordered a rare tagliata with a side of grilled vegetables and I simply received a slice of meat cut into slices. Tough, medium-rare and full of nerves, which I almost finished just because I was hungry because I wanted to go to sleep and not wait for them to replace it with something else. To make a tagliata, which also costs 25 euros, you can't just buy any slice of meat, you should get the sirloin. Tagliata does not mean "I don't feel like cutting my own meat, cut it for me" but rather a certain type of meat is preferred which is definitely not this. Last but not least, my receipt included a glass of wine that I initially didn't want and that the waiter wanted to offer me. But this is an irrelevant detail compared to the rest. Not to be repeated

05/06/2025: Aside from some surreal reviews from functionally illiterate "keyboard warriors" that I read, as someone who travels a lot but was "born" nearby, I say without a shadow of a doubt that this restaurant "EXISTS". And you can tell by the sober but perfectionist attention to detail, by the never predictable friendliness of the staff, by the menu that is astonishing in its balance between tradition and a touch of originality, and finally with prices (in my humble opinion as a "globe trotter"), below average in comparison to the quality and portions. Added value is the possibility of choosing between three different environments (inside, outside and veranda). Well done...I had seconds with my mother, see you for the "third".

08/06/2025: We tried this restaurant intrigued by the positive reviews and it actually has all the credentials to make the difference in terms of quality of the raw materials used and the type of cuisine to prepare them, the service then of the boy who served us, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, was impeccable in terms of courtesy and customer welcome. What can I say, keep it up, we will return, (Vega trip).

15/06/2025: Very good food, but the service was not so good, the staff was not very attentive, they talk to each other and you have to call them to order, to add dishes, to order drinks, we had to ask for bottles of water every time because they were forgotten by 3 waiters, we had the dishes on the table but we didn't even have bread and we had to ask for it, first courses arrived after 1 hour and thirty, coffee arrived after 15 minutes, a shame because the food was worth it! 😢

15/06/2025: Really bad place reservation at 9:00 pm the waiter came at 9:35 pm we took the appetizers they were decent sweet taste insipid, then we took 2 pizzas and 1 first course. the first course was very salty linguine with seafood we called the waiter to say the problem that the first course was salty he offers us the same first course with yellow datterino and it was saltier than the first course. the pizzas were burnt I took the Biancaneve pizza white it was burnt and bitter taste. After calling the waiter for the third time we explained the problem he answered us on Saturday unfortunately it is like this.... and I could not see anymore and went to the cashier. Not to mention where they put us to sit.. Outside on the edge of the sidewalk. I say now instead of taking 150 seats take 100 but serve them well. In any case we will never go back again rejected as I can.

16/06/2025: Pizza evening. good. Better than we expected from other reviews. The bufalina was just lacking in mozzarella, good dough. Small note common to all the places we tried in the area. It seems that tourists are a nuisance, something that others also heard

16/06/2025: pleasant location with sea view, we took two good pizzas with normal prices (nothing to do with the reviews written by other customers, but where have you seen frozen pizzas??). service a little slow given the fact that they do takeaway during dinner time; but all in all a pleasant evening

07/06/2025: Abbiamo cenato a base di antipasto di pesce a buffet che sapeva di aceto e quello grigliato di ghisa(lasciato a metà). Ordinato pizza e fritto misto che non sono arrivati nello stesso momento, praticamente ho finito la pizza ( buona a parte un po carbonizzato sul contorno) ed è arrivato il fritto( troppo cotto perciò duro). La cameriera bionda e riccia, sempre gentile.

03/06/2025: If you don't know how to make a coffee, don't even open!!! The basis is the Coffee... Stunning seaside place... And then? A coffee and a bitter 10 euros, but oh well everyone does as they want, but at least know how to make coffee, it was water. Why wasn't it said right away? It would have been useless, indifference is superiority.... You've lost customers! But I don't think you'll have many if you continue like this.

30/04/2025: Basterebbe solo la bellezza della location per convincere chiunque a venire qui a pranzare in riva al mare. Si sta comodamente seduti all'ombra, con la vista che spazia tra il mare e la spiaggia. Molto bello! Se poi si aggiunge che lo chef sa il fatto suo e tratta le materie prime con sapienza e rispetto, una capatina da queste parti diventa obbligatoria.

28/05/2025: Very good food, exquisite and well prepared fish dishes. At the end of the lunch we were honored by the owner with a symbolic postcard. Really satisfied.

19/05/2025: Superbe vue sur la plage de Gallipoli. Service impeccable ,nous avons étaient très bien accueilli. Belle présentation des plats et très bons.. Je suis pas d'accord du tout avec les autres commentaires .Pas de bouteille de vin sur la carte j'ai demande au serveur et sans soucis j'ai pu prendre une bouteille a prix très correct j y retournerais les yeux fermés.
