30/06/2026: Omg. We were shopping in the area and asked a local a recommendation for lunch. FANTASTIC! We had the pasta all'assassina and orecchiette al fungi. We were early (and only ones in restaurant) so we asked the chef if we could watch him prepare the pasta and, to our surprise, he said yes! Service was excellent, food was fantastic! Highly recommend. Food was 10-15 euro pp plus we had several drinks and dessert. For Americans, felt was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

19/07/2026: A very intimate and elegant venue. It's a shame it was a muggy evening and we had to suffer the heat in the garden. The portions aren't generous, and the price is fair and in keeping with the quality of the food. The pistachio and prawn first course is delicious, and we highly recommend the seafood fantasy, which features various appetizer plates.

14/07/2026: Beautiful and delicious restaurant. Their specialty is broccoli with clams and seafood. To finish, a lemon parfait.

22/03/2026: WOW! The food is wonderful 🤩 Everything is delicious. The only flaw is in one of the off-menu dishes, the spaghetti with lobster. The lobster is very chewy, but otherwise it's a spectacle. Trust me and go there.

09/03/2026: The food is excellent; it's simple, traditional cuisine, with a seasonal menu that respects the ingredients. The seafood linguine is excellent. The restaurant is located in Acaya, a small village in the province of Lecce, a short walk from the castle. There's a lovely fireplace. The service is friendly. 100% recommended.

05/06/2026: I've been wanting to say hello to the great Tommy for a while, as a radio and television fan, so this evening, in the absence of other evenings, being before the weekend and meeting up with friends after commitments nearby, I was able to enjoy an excellent menu with various well-filled panzerotti, an appetizer where they absolutely didn't care about the bread and mozzarella, and a dessert which, in addition to its deliciousness, kindness, and workmanship, could not fail to take a great selfie, as a first time. Very reasonable prices, I also recommend the outdoor tables which, despite being on the sidewalk, are instead very comfortable, especially on a nice evening, in fact we ended the evening as customers. Thanks again for everything, I also introduced my friends to this person of yours.

16/07/2026: One big issue, really bad food. The worst we had I. Polignano a Mare. The fish of the day. $104 for a simple orata. People are nice , it not worth a visit.

15/07/2026: We initially wanted to go to another restaurant nearby but it had no free tables. Thank God we stumbled upon this absolute hidden gem! The seafood was incredibly fresh, you just try the scampi tartare. We had also lobster pasta, a lot of grilled seafood, a few bottles of incredible wine and some desserts. They played Leonard Cohen which added so much to the atmosphere. The service was really good despite the fact that the waiter didn't speak a lot of English. They also offer a free parking space and are dog friendly! A must visit, in my opinion, if you're looking for a chill non-touristy place with fresh seafood.

18/05/2026: We had the Pucca Italian burger with octopus, it was amazing! Really delicious and filling, the bun was incredible. I also highly recommend the Aperol spritz, inexpensive and very well served. The staff were super friendly 👍

20/05/2026: Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude from the moment we arrived and made us feel completely unwelcome. We found hair in the food, and the clams were clearly not fresh and badly overcooked. When we tried to politely explain that we were unhappy with the meal and service, the staff refused to listen and dismissed our concerns entirely. Despite the poor treatment, we were still forced to pay a service fee, which felt unreasonable considering the way we were treated. The overall attitude of the staff made us feel like a burden, even to the point of dropping the menus in front of us without basic courtesy. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.

17/05/2026: Good food, but very slow and evasive service that does not follow up with customers during dinner. One of the main courses did not come with the others. The waiter noticed it and said - "wait a minute". We waited thirty minutes for it to arrive😔 The service showed no understanding that it was poor service.
