14/09/2025: We dined at Corti Bianche during our stay in Trani, and since it was a Saturday evening, we preferred to make a reservation. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful garden, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, which immediately conveyed a pleasant sense of elegance and serenity. The hosts proved to be truly delightful. What I appreciated most was their honesty: the menu features a scrocchiarella, a generous portion that easily fills two people. Although we intended to order a first course as well, the owner very candidly advised us to wait and decide later. A gesture that, especially in a tourist destination, is by no means a given. At the table, I commented, "Too honest for a holiday destination, where the opposite often happens." And in that moment, I felt truly protected, as a guest and not simply as a customer. We followed their advice, and they were right: one scrocchiarella was more than enough. We also noticed the same genuine and caring attitude towards the other tables: a rare attention, demonstrating how truly family-run this place is and how the owners have chosen to put customer satisfaction first. My sincerest compliments go to them: authentic hosts who, despite the times and the touristy environment, have chosen to play their cards on the table with transparency and heart. Corte Bianchi is more than just a restaurant: it's an oasis of authenticity, where honesty becomes an integral part of the menu and where, beyond good food, you can savor the human value of those who welcome you. A place that stays in your heart, and that deserves to be remembered and recommended. ❤️

26/09/2025: A beautiful, quiet place for dinner. Varied menu. We had two appetizers and two first courses, both delicious. I especially enjoyed the tuna tartare, fresh and light. It was accompanied by two glasses of white wine. The staff was truly kind and attentive. Even though there was someone missing that evening, they served us right away. When we return to Alberobello, we'll definitely stop by. Greetings from Paestum

13/09/2025: Quality, combination, clarity, presentation. Tutto perfetto. Mother and daughter (both incredibly beautiful) are in the kitchen. They cook the way we imagine real Italian cuisine to be. This clarity of dish, quality and ingredients, and precise preparation. They can tell when the pasta is al dente; they don't have to pluck a noodle out every minute to check the doneness. We ate deliciously; I'd give it a star. Plucked skate, served lukewarm with steamed fennel, olive oil, and salt. Mussels with risotto, rice, and tender boiled potatoes. Delicious broth. Then pasta with prawns and small, sun-ripened tomatoes. For the main course, sea bass, perfectly prepared, just a touch of olive oil. This is a hidden gem here in Puglia. We drank a bottle of wine with it: Cervaro from Antinori. Also a hidden gem. My absolute favorite wine. We'll be back, for sure. With a big hug ☺️🙏

09/05/2026: Best lasagna I've ever eaten! Very friendly owner and staff. And even though the staff doesn't speak English, you can still easily order everything and communicate.

04/05/2026: It's too much to give even one star for the food. We had two grilled salmon and fries, but only the fries were cooked just right. Our salmon was grilled on the outside and completely ICE COLD on the inside! On the other hand, the service was excellent. We were served by a young man named Gianluca, a really nice guy who we really enjoyed meeting. As for the atmosphere, it wasn't anything spectacular.

11/05/2026: Ambiguous portions Relaxing place and excellent food quality, but a terrible experience regarding the final bill. • First course: We ordered linguine with sea urchins (single dish per person). Instead of serving us individual dishes, they brought a single "tub" to share. The result? We were charged €18 per person for a quantity of pasta that didn't justify the total price at all. • Fried food: We ordered three plates of fried food to share among six people, but on the bill, we found the cost of six whole fried foods. Basically, we paid double for half the amount. A real shame, considering the unprofessional handling of the dishes.

09/06/2026: We went there for the first time last night and I have to say we had a great time. The place is beyond words, simply enchanting, but the food and service are also worthy! It's a simple style, the dishes as they used to be made, without too much embellishment but AUTHENTIC AND GOOD. So if you're looking for something spectacular, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you want to eat a quality product with a simple selection, this is the right place.

09/06/2026: I don't know if it was the "wrong" night, but the food was tasteless (except for the delicious mussels). The staff was very friendly and helpful, but unprepared. The location deserves better!

15/09/2025: Excellent beach, spacious, excellent restaurant. I had lunch on Sunday with the family, to keep my wife happy, excellent, the owner was very kind, the waitresses, very good, we will return, we really had a great time.

04/06/2026: A restaurant in a charming location just a few meters from the sea, actually right on the sea. Courteous and friendly staff, an unfriendly and sullen owner, no welcome at the table, and no thank you after payment—failed. Let's look at the menu: a seafood appetizer with very few dishes, and above all, tasteless, I'd say watered down. The oil used is similar to soybean oil, judging by the color, density, and especially the flavor. I'll start by saying I only use Gargano oil, and I must say that it's not permitted to use that oil for cooking or serving. Again, the owner is unfriendly when it comes to the welcome, and for the price—for two, an appetizer, two "passable" first courses, a "U5" fried calamari, and a bottle of wine for €22—a total of €95. The food in the area is definitely better, and the service is excellent.

07/09/2025: We had lunch and dinner throughout our week-long vacation at La Lampara restaurant and were delighted with every dish! Many traditional Apulian dishes, made with authentic, well-prepared ingredients. All accompanied by the warm hospitality of Mimma, Leonardo, and Carmela. We felt like we were part of the family, which added value to our vacation!

28/08/2025: Inside a campsite, the stuffed mussels and the troccoli allo scoglio are delicious in the cool air, and the allorino digestive offered at the end of the meal is appreciated.

12/05/2026: Not recommended: first course not available. No meat, and at the last minute they changed the dish. Error on the bill. Bad experience.

07/05/2026: We had a great time. The raw fish was fantastic, immense. The rice, potatoes, and mussels were superb. The owner is super! He sat down with us to teach us how to eat sea urchins with bread and without a spoon. I would definitely go back to Bari from Pescara to dine there. Thank you so much.

31/05/2026: The worst orecchiette in Bari, tasteless and without seasoning. We also ordered the spaghetti indiavolati, but they brought us raw and burnt spaghetti...terrible. Extremely slow service.
