14/09/2025: Always a positive experience. We've eaten at this little restaurant several times and have always had a great time. Good quality at a fair price.
04/09/2025: Mediocre quality (mostly we were served reheated food, not cooked—it arrived promptly), below-average portions, and restaurant-like prices (even though it's just a chip shop). The prices are ridiculous for what you get.
There are definitely better places nearby where you can eat well and get your money's worth.

30/08/2025: A disastrous experience...
We stopped to eat the local specialty (orecchiette con le cime di rapa) because the menu looked reasonable.
A quick welcome, no smiles, served in barely 5 minutes, the quantity left something to be desired, the pasta was overcooked and covered in oil, and the waiter was not professional at all: he sighed and became annoyed when he realized we weren't going to order wine or dessert...
We were ejected like dirt: no thank you or goodbye.
Luckily for them, their restaurant is well located in the old town!
We left disappointed and with the feeling of having been trapped in a tourist trap. Clearly a place to avoid if you want to discover authentic Puglian cuisine...

03/09/2025: I honestly don't understand the cold or negative reviews for this restaurant. Splendid location near the Castle in a historic and truly characteristic square. All the dishes were more than good. Portions were not excessive but honest. We really enjoyed it. THANK YOU. P.S.: with The Fork discount, it's a crime not to go!
29/08/2025: We ordered pasta with mussels and cherry tomatoes...the pasta wasn't fresh, the dish was completely unprepared, and the mussels were tiny!! We also ordered an octopus salad...tasteless! Lastly, a three-year-old girl was even charged for the service charge without having consumed anything! The location is beautiful. The waiter was very kind and polite, but the young woman, who barely spoke Italian, wasn't so much as asking for feedback when she picked up her plate. It seems like a commercial place that tries to repurpose traditional dishes without the necessary love and tradition. The prices are high.
The menu doesn't list frozen ingredients...you have to ask to find out what's fresh and what's not.

12/10/2025: Friendly welcome, presentation of the day's catch. Very fresh. Good value for money. The swordfish was a delight.
It's worth noting that in Puglia, the meal is charged at €3/person, and that side dishes, like our fries, are also charged at €5.
The wines aren't excessive, and this one is very good.
Sea view and a beautiful, clean interior.

17/07/2025: Abbiamo conosciuto questo posto su consiglio di amici, nei vicoli del centro storico.
Che dire: personale simpatico, professionale e garbato. Cibo eccellente. Abbiamo assaggiato due primi (linguine con i frutti di mare e gnocchi di patate con vongole e asparago verde) davvero deliziosi, seguiti da un'ottima frittura di calamari. Vino rosato di eccellente qualità.
Consigliatissimo!
16/07/2025: Menu turistico ottimo linguine ai frutti di mare eccellenti, il pane con l olio servito a tavola da leccarsi i baffi.filetto si irata alle mandorle......il tutto a buon prezzo.🤪

20/07/2025: Per me tornare a Casa Mita è sempre speciale. Accoglienza calorosa da parte dello staff, cibo super squisito, gli antipasti sono qualcosa di meraviglioso, per non parlare dei primi. Questa volta ci siamo concessi anche un dessert che ovviamente ha superato le aspettative.
L’atmosfera e la pace di questo posto non hanno rivali.

31/07/2025: Frequento questo ristorante dall'apertura l e lo staff mi ha subito conquistata ed ora è la ns seconda casa...compleanni anniversari etc sempre qui...ed ogni volta io e la mia famiglia abbiamo riscosso successi... ho portato tanti amici colleghi e conoscenti complimentarsi per il bel posto e ottimo cibo... ringrazio Angela e la sua famiglia per averci sempre accolto con affetto e sincera amicizia e regalato esperienze gustative eccellenti...non solo ma hanno accontentato ogni ns richiesta e desiderio...INEGUAGLIABILI...💕 cara Angela ci vediamo a ferragosto per gustare la tua buona cernia Mariangela & co

14/09/2025: Paying 35 euros a day for two plates of pasta with olive oil sauce, a beer, and a Coke seems excessive to me, especially after discovering that the set menu, which was never offered to us, costs 40 euros, drinks included.
09/09/2025: A small restaurant with an outdoor veranda seating about 20-25 people, overlooking the Mola di Bari seafront.
Excellent welcome: the owner welcomed us even after closing time.
The food was also excellent: very fresh fish, beautifully cooked.
Quick and informal service, easy-going; there are no waiters in uniform (at least not when I went, which was after closing time).
Disposable cutlery, plates, and tablecloths, but I don't consider this a bad thing, quite the opposite.
When I'm back in Mola di Bari, I'll definitely be back.

17/09/2025: Super fresh fish and attentive customer service, excellent raw fish and pasta dishes, and the pasta is as good as it used to be. Go there.
