28/03/2026: A classic alternative weekend evening; I recommend calling to make sure there's room. The location is classic, old-fashioned, but the pizzas are modern, deep, and loaded with toppings, with a digestible, non-rubbery crust. They're beautiful and delicious. A wide selection, from the most classic to the most elaborate and unique. Desserts are also delicious and plentiful. Highly recommended. The only drawback is finding parking.

12/05/2026: We were enticed here based on the menu advertised outside. However once seated we were told it was a different menu, which didn’t include many of the dishes we wanted. We should have left but decided to stay and order from the “inside” menu. Even then, some of the items we ordered were unavailable (potatoes, carrots!). The food we did eventually get was ok quality but small portion sizes and overpriced. Very disappointing, the worst meal we’ve had in Desenzano and also the most expensive. We were also overcharged on the final bill, although this was corrected when i pointed it out. Not recommended - lots of better options in Desenzano.

17/04/2026: Food was great and service was amazing. We had no reservation and came late but they welcomed us and were very friendly. They were quite busy so we really appreciated it. Gnocchi is clearly homemade and they definitely do not skimp on portion sizes. Unfortunately we couldn’t finish but it was amazing and definitely worth the price. It’s a little local traditional italian spot so not a huge menu but it’s really nice.

27/04/2026: On the day of arrival, we opted for convenience. And this restaurant is perfectly suited for that. Great prices for good quality pizza and pasta. We enjoyed the Italian cuisine with a nice glass of wine. The service is friendly; they speak limited English, but that is not a problem when ordering. Dishes were served very quickly.

11/05/2026: A restaurant run by a wonderful family. I went there with friends and I must say that everything was magnificent, from the food to the staff. We then had the wonderful pleasure of chatting with the daughter and mother (the owners of the restaurant) and left even happier. Well done Augusto from Caserta 😗

01/06/2026: Tradition really matters. ...driven by our son-in-law's strong urging, we went to dinner at Rigolo! We've seen the place countless times from the outside, as Brera is an area we love and frequent, but we had no idea we'd stop here... A place where you immediately feel at home, where the walls adorned with objects speak of history and famous people, where you know you've always been in Milan and will always be. The cuisine lived up to the standard and the atmosphere of the place: traditional, authentic, simple, and of excellent quality. The owner truly "hosts" you, and the service is courteous. The result: a lovely evening and the desire to return soon!

27/06/2026: There are many excellent restaurants, but if I could give an extra ⭐, I'd give it to this one. The tables are set under old trees, everything is clean, well-kept, and tastefully decorated. After a warm welcome, we were presented with the menu and explained why many of the dishes are made with a special touch. We especially appreciated the children's specials. We arrived very hungry and recommend all visitors do the same. This way, you can fully enjoy the experience: the appetizers, first courses, and second courses left nothing to be desired. And there was even room for dessert. Everything was freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients and tasted delicious. Add to that a well-priced house wine: what more could you ask for? The prices are also reasonable, and we were only disappointed that the restaurant was closed for the rest of our stay. Thank you for a wonderfully unique evening.

19/05/2026: We ordered two Carbonaras which were very tasty. Nothing spectacular, but quite delicious. We hadn't made reservations, but since we arrived before 7:30 pm we were able to get a table without having to wait. I recommend making a reservation if you're coming after that time.

A true feast for all the senses! Service The service is absolutely top-notch. The entire team is extremely attentive and professional.
