05/08/2025: We've been coming here for several years and highly recommend this beach and restaurant to anyone staying on the south side of Lake Garda. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The pizza, fish, meat, and dessert dishes are always of good quality and very tasty. The prices are therefore always reasonable. The staff on the beach, for renting sunbeds, umbrellas, and water sports equipment, are also always very attentive, and no request is too much trouble. There is always ample and excellent parking (under the olive trees). In short, we'll be happy to return!

28/07/2025: Georgio is a highlight at this personable Milan eaterie. Great atmosphere, terrific food, fabulous service...it's the little things: a welcome prosecco drink on arrival, a Limoncello shot to finish the night. Georgio, always attentive, involved...you are never left hanging for additional requests or the bill...and all at a VERY reasonable price. Best meal of the whole trip, cannot recommend highly enough!!

20/07/2025: The food was okay, perhaps the portions were a bit small. The crusty pizza was very good; I don't remember what it's called. However, it took way too long, to the point of causing comments among my guests—even when the restaurant was empty—to offer us a minimum of initial hospitality, something to drink, etc. It was very disappointing that when I pointed this out at the bill—stating that we'd eaten well anyway and that they were just comments for improvement—the owner was completely defensive and downplayed what I was saying, bordering on subtlety. What a shame.

09/07/2025: We got it all, wine, food, good conversation... When you come to a Trattoria, that's what you get, you become a good friend and if you become a regular, get ready to become family. Italia is all about food and family and over Montina you have the wife serving, the husband cooking and their daughter learning with her grandma. Now let's talk about the food. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the sauce perfectly made. The fries were crunchy and dry, not soggy and full of oil. The cotolleta was crunchy and not a hint of oil in it, amazing. As a Brazilian I would throw some lemon juice on it because this is how we like it, but I can get used to the Milan way paired with a good red wine. The food is well served and if you eat small portions, I'd suggest sharing a dish. My kids devoured their pasta but I ate 3/4 of my cotolleta. Wow wow wow. Thank you for the great food and time with you guys.

03/08/2025: Delicious food. In a word, fantastic. For a very affordable price (pizzas from €4.50), you get a well-filled plate of excellent quality. Whenever we're in the area, we always stop by, even if it takes a detour.

22/08/2025: Very nice and welcoming place, breathtaking view, but it's a shame that the booking service wasn't up to par with the place itself. They told us that it wasn't possible to book a table for the aperitif while when we went to the place, the sofas were all booked... no comment

20/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a black-and-white experience. The location was amazing, as always, and the drinks were standard, so they were easy to make. The service, however, was TOTALLY UNFORGETTABLE: 20 minutes to take the order, another 20 to deliver it, a waiter literally stopping by every 15 minutes to check if we were finished, and 10 minutes at the cash register to pay, with two waiters mumbling among themselves without paying attention to us… not exactly the best for a place like this.

29/07/2025: The fish is incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The service is attentive and prompt. The only downside is the noise when it's full. Still, one of the best seafood restaurants in Milan.

03/08/2025: Stunning location, friendly staff, and carefully prepared, top-notch dishes. This is our third time there, and unless there are weddings, the atmosphere is truly excellent. On the other two occasions, the wedding celebrations in the adjacent room made the noise really unbearable. I therefore recommend asking when booking if there are events. Overall, a truly five-star rating. We'll definitely be back.

28/07/2025: An experience that captivated us! My husband and I dined at Il Grande Olmo Restaurant, choosing the tasting menu, and we were thrilled. Every course was meticulously crafted: exquisite, refined, and meticulously presented dishes, with generous portions that truly satisfied us. The wine was also excellent. All this in a splendid setting: an elegant villa surrounded by greenery, which creates a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The quality-price ratio was also truly excellent. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a special dinner, and we'll definitely repeat it!

05/07/2025: If you don't look like you have money, you'll get a seat, but you won't be served particularly politely... A shame, because the expensive food tastes good... (Although we weren't allowed any oil or vinegar, so they probably didn't see us as the right customers.) Whether it's worth the money is something everyone who arrives here in the right "dress code" has to decide for themselves... The table next to us was at least heavily courted, but they also looked like it was still an opera ball.
