13/01/2026: Excellent place. We had a great time at Napoli 1820. The welcome was warm, the servers were friendly and attentive. The pizzas were excellent, truly delicious. I highly recommend it.

04/01/2026: We had already been there last year (January 25th) and had a great time, excellent food and good service. We returned for lunch on January 26th, a year later. Disappointing. Baked potatoes inedible, meat not commensurate with the price, service worsened... what a shame.

11/01/2026: The food wasn't bad, the fish was quite fresh, and the waiter was very nice and friendly. We go here every now and then and it's always been good. Last time, however, they offered us grouper. It was excellent, well-combined, but it was a bit too much. My fault for not asking, but I went in based on the usual prices. 🤷 I'll definitely go back, but I'll ask about the prices for off-menu items.

09/11/2025: What can I say if not fantastic we were 3 couples let's start by saying high quality food both cooked and raw everything delicious with Mr. Ippolito very kind person in explaining all the courses from the starter to the dessert I will put some photos for you and enjoy seeing them or book and go and you will not regret it

11/01/2026: A well-maintained location with well-spaced tables. Friendly and attentive staff. Gigi's risotto and the generous house antipasto are excellent. The polenta and casola are also delicious, as is the homemade dessert made daily. Worth a visit in the summer, too, for lunch on the lovely veranda.

18/01/2026: We chose to dine at this restaurant recommended by friends. This historic Milanese restaurant features a predominantly seafood menu, but there are also meat dishes. We sampled some very good oysters, followed by a mixed grill of seafood and a dish of linguine with sea urchins. Both were very good. The service was impeccable: courteous, helpful, and simple. The restaurant feels like it's stuck in the '90s, but the atmosphere makes you feel at home. Recommended!

13/02/2026: Having lunch with a friend, we were greeted with perfect timing, taking our order and serving. The place is cute and welcoming, not too noisy. The menu is extensive and varied, with both à la carte and set menu options. The grilled fish was delicious.

13/02/2026: Unbelievable meal. We both got pasta dishes and they were both 10/10. The pasta was fresh and tasteful. The service was above average. My only gripe would be the amount of time I’d took to get the bread and we had to ask for oil to come with it. They also had an expensive wine list.

01/01/2026: We were only in Milan 2 nights & wanted to try a true local spot. This place was the BEST meal we’ve ever had. Made the short stop in Milan worth it. The chef came out multiple times to help perfect our experience. The waiter was wonderful and gave us an amazing dessert recommendation. Absolutely FANTASTIC. JUST GO!!!! A hidden gem in Milan.

06/02/2026: The food is good, and the prices are very low. They have plenty of tables, but it's best to reserve a table because it's always very crowded at both lunch and dinner. Without a reservation, only tables at the entrance are available, which can be a bit chaotic due to the constant traffic and congestion, especially on weekends. Service also suffers on weekends; during the week, they're very fast and your table is served, while on weekends, the wait is long, with a dish arriving every ten minutes. People sit at the same table, both eating and watching. This is also due to the many home deliveries they do. They serve everything from meat and fish starters and main courses, to Chinese cuisine, pizza, and sushi. The parking lot is very large.
