I repeated four times that it was wrong and said that if I had to pay for it, they didn't need to bring it. They brought it anyway. We thought that since it was their mistake, we wouldn't be charged. In the end, on the bill, they charged for that starter and we ended up paying twice. I then asked to take the food I had paid for, but they told me it had been thrown away even though I saw them store it. Nobody at the restaurant speaks English, even though it's a tourist city, and when a problem happened, they looked annoyed and treated us badly. The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. Ho quindi chiesto di portare via il piatto per cui avevo pagato, ma mi hanno that era stato buttato — and he also sees the conservatism. 19/07/2025: A family-run restaurant that focuses on seafood. The raw fish is a must-try, as is the rest of the menu. The atmosphere is small and intimate.

24/06/2025: An original restaurant, furnished so that it seems to be inside a yacht: wooden walls, with various depictions of portholes, diffused blue light. Not very crowded, 2 or 3 tables in total, perhaps because of the price, perhaps because it was during the week. I was brought by some high school friends reunited after many years, and we chatted, rather than thinking about the fish food, which was very good, served by very kind staff.

18/08/2025: This review is not reflective of the food or the experience because I never got to try :( I had booked this restaurant for a special occasion and I am only in Milan for 2 days. I booked a reservation for 9pm on 8/18 and when I arrived the restaurant was closed. I was so confused when the driver dropped me off. I even went into a few stores to ask to confirm.

18/07/2025: Sabato scorso 12 luglio siamo stati in questa bellissima Villa per il ricevimento di mia figlia Valentina che si è sposata con Michele. Tutto è stato perfetto: dall’organizzazione dell’evento al personale tutto, attento e gentile con gli ospiti, alle pietanze: dal pesce crudo freschissimo e squisito ai salumi e formaggi del territorio per non parlare della cena con piatti originali e molto apprezzati dagli ospiti e dulcis in fundo, frutta e dolci. Cosa aggiungere di più? Un grazie a Rossella, allo Chef ed al personale tutto per la bellissima giornata e serata trascorsa a Villa Calini. Ci tornerò sicuramente anche in altre occasioni.

06/08/2025: In a group of ten... EVERYTHING was good, from the fish to the meat, pizza, pasta... Waiting time? Considering the crowded dining room, it wasn't long... Loris's service was impeccable... I thank all the staff, they made us feel good anyway!!!!!!

04/08/2025: Through friendship, I discovered this place, which proved to be no small wonder, indeed a sweet and joyful surprise for my spirit and stomach. The room, wide and spacious like a court hall, though large, never seems to be crowded or noisy, but well-ordered, as if designed by an ingenious mind. The service... oh marvel! Quicker than an autumn wind. From the moment the order was given to the appearance of the drink, not the time measured in two ticks of an hourglass passed. The food, then, in less than one can say, was brought to the table in ten ticks of the clock. The portions are so plentiful that it seems to rival the appetite of a giant: very generous, well-composed, and prepared with diligence and mastery. I only regret that this place is out of my reach, like a castle on a distant mountain. But if you ever find yourself passing by, I implore you: stop without delay, for you will leave with a happy heart and a feasting stomach.
