01/10/2025: I'm a longtime customer of this restaurant: for years, I've hosted business dinners with my colleagues, and on more personal visits, I've always brought my dog, who was always welcomed with great kindness. Today, after a year, I returned with the intention of dining outdoors with my dog. Unfortunately, I was informed that this is no longer possible, and despite my polite request to set the table outside, I was refused. It's unfortunate to see this change: the restaurant has always had a welcoming atmosphere, but this new rule has made my experience less pleasant. I hope they'll consider greater flexibility in the future, especially for those, like me, who have always frequented the restaurant with affection and respect for the rules.

14/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant through AI (Perplexity) because of the pasta made from a cheese wheel, and I have to say, the food was fantastic – especially the beef ribs! I don't think we've ever had such tender meat! Incredibly attentive service! And very friendly too! The value for money is incredible – if we ever come to Milan again, this will be our first choice! Make sure you make a reservation – it seems like a lot of locals come here too!

14/09/2025: Located in the city center, this is an excellent address in Milan, combining quality and a warm welcome even though the restaurant is not on a main street. The waiters are very friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable because they even have the particularity of being funny. The dishes are tasty, prepared with fresh ingredients and well presented. Really delicious!!! A great discovery for those looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a friendly atmosphere! The wines are also to die for!!!

03/08/2025: Stunning location, friendly staff, and carefully prepared, top-notch dishes. This is our third time there, and unless there are weddings, the atmosphere is truly excellent. On the other two occasions, the wedding celebrations in the adjacent room made the noise really unbearable. I therefore recommend asking when booking if there are events. Overall, a truly five-star rating. We'll definitely be back.

06/10/2025: Quality pizza and fast service. Excellent staff. The dining area is crowded and therefore quite noisy. Outdoor seating is definitely worth it during the summer months.

04/09/2025: Excellent place in the town center, known for its pizza; the dough is excellent, light, and tasty. They also offer excellent seafood dishes. Interesting selection of beers. Friendly and helpful staff. It's a shame that reservations are required well in advance.

11/09/2025: Welcome: Courteous Service: Fast and attentive Appetizers: Ups and downs First courses: Correct but lacking in character Desserts: Disappointing Ambience: Noisy Bill: €203 A historic restaurant on the Naviglio Pavese canal, with a long tradition and impeccable service: fast, courteous, and attentive waiters. The mussels among the appetizers were truly excellent, as were the octopus with artichokes and the oysters. However, the raw scampi and especially the tuna tartare were disappointing, with almost no flavor. The off-menu scallops were decent but not special, while the spaghetti with squid and clams was adequate but lacking in character. Desserts were unconvincing, with a mediocre tiramisu and merely adequate pistachio semifreddo. The atmosphere is lively but very noisy, more suited to business lunches or dinners with friends than couples. The final bill was €203, in line with the menu but lacking any welcome or courtesy. In short: excellent service and memorable mussels, but too many ups and downs in the dishes.

10/09/2025: What a find! A superb family run restaurant with excellent staff that really looked after us. We had pizza and pasta that was extremely good value. It is everything that restaurants like this should be, but it is extremely rare. Cant praise it enough. Grazie Ragazzi.

21/09/2025: The best of the best. You can feel the passion for the profession. The quality of the food is excellent, and the pizzas are out of this world, with all the doughs. The courtesy is always top-notch, and the staff's smiles are a constant and delightful companion.

19/09/2025: The pizza is truly excellent – ​​you can tell the pizzaiolo knows his stuff. The dough is light, well-fermented, and very tasty. A nice option is the option of choosing whole-wheat dough, which is rare and a plus. I haven't tried the pasta, so I can't comment on it, but as for the pizza – I highly recommend it. And the chocolate cake for dessert is an encounter with the divine :)

Dining at Calabrone is a sure thing...the pizza is also delicious, by the way, excellent price. At the end, a sweet millefeuille arrived...touching. I highly recommend stopping by. The bill...fair.

19/09/2025: Small, cozy restaurant with a huge wine list and homemade pasta. I had tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The pasta was al dente and perfectly salted. The sauce with the porcini mushrooms was divine. We only drank water, as we're not wine drinkers. They apparently serve beer, but I didn't see it on the menu. You can always ask. All in all, a very good meal and a successful evening. The service was very friendly and professional. Treat yourself to the tiramisu or another homemade dessert. 5 stars! We'll definitely be back.

19/09/2025: We both had Ravioli, we actually didn't realise that they were closed for lunch, but they still served us with a smile. Food was excellent, it was that good, my wife ordered another Pumpkin Ravioli. Very friendly waitress, and helpful.

12/09/2025: A very warm welcome – we had reserved a table online beforehand. Honest food, freshly prepared, authentic Italian! The service was attentive and friendly, and our limited Italian skills contributed to a pleasant conversation. Highly recommended, as many locals from the neighborhood also eat here. They also offer pizza for takeaway!

28/08/2025: The food was delicious, homemade, and with generous portions. I particularly loved the lasagna, and I think it's a place away from the touristy crowds where you can enjoy a very pleasant meal. The staff is also very friendly, and the food is served quickly. I think it's a place worth considering and one I would definitely return to.
