What about a restaurant like this, that hasn't already been said? 5 well-deserved stars, excellent service, every course amazing. A place where you really need to take a tour, even more so as far as I'm concerned. You deserve the Michelin star!

Locale bellissimo con personale giovane ma super competente , composto e simpatico. I prezzi sono molto alti rispetto alla media ( primi 35-40’euro) però porzioni molto abbondanti e qualità altissima. Avrei voluto assaggiare tutto il menù. . Prossima volta ci tornerò per il menù degustazione. Gentilissimi i proprietari.. ti offrono 2 entree, dolcetti finali e come ulteriore coccola pane e mortadella ( ovviamente una mortadella top). Bravissimi

Let's start from the view, which - given the location of the restaurant - is wonderful, the welcome is attentive and discreet, the food is a true all-round experience, born from a concept of gourmet cuisine capable of enhancing - in an intelligent way - the products of the territory without wanting to overdo it at all costs, thus managing to guarantee a pleasant and refined excursion of flavors and knowledge, underlined by excellent wines and set in a series of superb desserts!!! I have eaten at Il Granchio several times and if the dishes on offer change from time to time, what remains, like an institution, are the breads, the yeasts that envelop the entire journey like an embrace, they are the cuddle that precedes you and accompanies you like a fragrant memory, as only good bread can and can be, because it is kneaded with maternal wisdom, handed down through the centuries from our grandmothers, up to the reserved Daniela, capable of rethinking it in a modern key, in a combination of tradition and innovation all her own , which alone would be worth an excursion to the Crab!!! She, together with Luca - the brigade captain - direct a young, fresh and polite team at the customer's service, putting him at ease not only by responding to requests, but promptly anticipating them, thanks to a refined work of careful observation. A restaurant of the highest level, exceptional quality of raw materials, starred service, any compliment would be superfluous. The waiter passing by noticed that we had particularly liked one of the entrées and without saying anything he returned to the table with another round, as the bread ran out it was immediately replenished, at the end of the meal the crumbs were removed from the table, If the prices may seem a little high to some, it's because you've never frequented a place like this! Pesto!

Bella serata.. cibo buono, prodotti freschi, servizio eccellente, location molto bella.. unico neo prezzi veramente esagerati, siamo abituati a ristoranti di un certo tipo, ma non abbiamo mai trovato questi prezzi in nessuno di questi forse solo negli stellati, ma li è giustificato!

Sono tornata dopo diverso tempo, il posto è sempre incantevole. Il servizio è molto migliorato e tutti i camerieri sono assolutamente perfetti e professionali. I piatti però non sono all'altezza del servizio perché non siamo in un ristorante stellato. La materia prima è ottima e si mangia bene ma non bisogna strafare e poi cadere in proposte senza senso come la mortadella (buonissima) offerta sul finale.
