11/10/2025: A breathtaking location by the sea, we got married here on September 22, 2025, and it was simply unforgettable, so much so that our friends and family complimented us on it being the most beautiful and unconventional wedding they'd ever been to. The price, especially considering the level of service, the location, and the number of staff, was absolutely reasonable. We'd especially like to thank Tiziana, Elisa, Achille, and Carla of Casa Olivia, who, with their immense professionalism, were our guardian angels throughout the event. 22/09/2025: We were at a wedding. Beautiful location right on the sea, a wide variety of appetizers, both seafood and meat, and very generous first courses. I skipped the main course to make room for dessert. The buffet was very generous.

25/09/2025: What an incredible place! The views were beautiful, and the service was excellent and attentive. Let's talk about the food... I think I've tried some of the best pasta dishes of my life: the ravioli with shrimp, cheese, etc. was CRAZY! We also tried the fettuccine with octopus and ricotta, which was also very good. 10/10 experience, and 11/10 food!

18/08/2025: An intimate and romantic restaurant, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was top-notch! I highly recommend the house seafood appetizer, the seafood gnocchi, the pistachio gricia with shrimp, and the desserts, all excellent (especially the profiteroles). A truly pleasant experience!

12/10/2025: You have to leave behind the beautiful coastline of the Riviera di Ulisse and head into the less than thrilling hinterland of the province of Latina to reach Ristorante Antica Carrera, on the edge of the industrial area of ​​Fondi. But it's a choice you won't regret. The rich and varied menu features several dishes inspired by local culinary traditions, all excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always present but not intrusive. An experience worth repeating. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try too many dishes on the menu.

The dishes we tasted were excellent; you could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. A special thanks goes to the staff, always attentive, smiling, and extremely thoughtful. We felt pampered from start to finish. An experience worth repeating and one we highly recommend to everyone, especially those looking for a place to eat excellently in a beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere. A well-deserved 5 stars!

We received a warm welcome and a fantastic local wine recommendation to accompany our meal. We couldn't ask for more praise than to give the chef and the waitstaff our highest compliments.

I chose a seafood menu, accompanied by a good white wine recommended by the waiter, who was clean, polite, and professional. I had a seafood appetizer: linguine with mussels, clams, and shrimp, and a seafood fry. I rated it 8.5, with the main course being the linguine and the fried seafood, which, to my surprise, wasn't heavy at all; in fact, it was delicious and enjoyable from start to finish. The restaurant is beautifully presented: spacious, elegant, quiet, and, in my opinion, a relaxing atmosphere.
