13/09/2025: I hate to write this review, but unfortunately I'd been with the previous management and never had a problem. I was with my family last night, Saturday, September 6th, and tonight, throwing away the receipt (which I kept), I realized that 5 zucchini flowers with Cantabrian anchovies and ricotta (we ordered 2 portions... the waiter said 1 portion, 2 zucchini flowers... one was free... that's what they told us but didn't actually do...) cost us 32 euros... we basically spent double... what can I say... I was wrong not to check, but when they give you the bill (the individual amounts aren't visible like in other restaurants) they dictate the food... let's say you trust them... then it was 16 euros more... but it's a terrible gesture... we definitely won't be back (also because of another problem with a first course with canichie, which was supposed to be white with cherry tomato sauce but was instead red with tomato paste and cherry tomatoes). But if you want to try it, I recommend asking for everything, sending it back if it doesn't match what was advertised, and above all, checking the bill. I'm replying to the owner: regarding the strozzapreti, sorry, maybe it wasn't concentrated, but the tomato (preserved) was present because the sauce, with only cherry tomatoes, isn't red... my children finished it, they were still hungry, and they don't mind fish sauce with tomato, while I don't like it, which is why I specifically asked, so perhaps it's better to be more specific in explaining the dishes... the rest was normal, so when you asked if everything was okay, we confirmed... let's just say that in my opinion there's no value for money... and as for the bill, I thank you for the gesture, but when the bill was done, you went over the dishes and their quantities with me, so... I won't add anything else... in any case, I don't think I'll contact you, but as already said, I won't be returning.

31/08/2025: I went there this evening for the first time with my daughter...first of all, the place was clean, tidy, and the welcome was wonderful! The food? Appetizers, main courses, and desserts...all delicious, no waiting, and the staff were super attentive and professional. Martina...a wonderful girl! Thank you ♡

16/09/2025: I recently visited Makorè in Ferrara with four friends, and the experience was exceptional. Our group included both Italian and English speakers, but communication was effortless—the staff spoke perfect English, which made everything smooth and welcoming. The menu offers excellent value. In addition to the selected dishes, we were treated to welcome bites and extra small tastings that highlighted the chef’s creativity. The desserts were a true highlight—so beautifully presented that we almost felt guilty eating them, yet every bite was incredible. Overall, Makorè delivers an outstanding combination of quality, service, and value. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined yet unique Italian dining experience in Ferrara.

14/06/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but the evening they made us spend was totally worth it. From our entrance they welcomed us impeccably, the restaurant boasts an attention to detail as high as the competence of the staff. We took the six-course menu, composed of high quality dishes with unusual flavors and combinations but which created a perfect union. I want to thank all the staff for having been careful and elegant, I really appreciated the dessert at the end of the dinner for my girlfriend's birthday.

30/09/2025: Spacious space, also suitable for groups. Helpful and polite staff. Fish is always highly appreciated. They stay open until 12:15 if you let them know. Maximum availability even for latecomers.

Really fast and efficient service, despite the many people present. Good value for money. Recommended as a pre-concert stop!

23/08/2025: We're from Trento and spend a few days in Milano Marittima every summer. This restaurant was a pleasant discovery, so much so that we returned two more times. Excellent food, prompt and attentive service, with a special mention for Simona. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity. Excellent value for money. We recommend it.

06/09/2025: I just had lunch with a friend. The place was practically empty when we ordered. €16 for three tiny skewers, literally three of them. €7 for fries (which weren't fries, but probably chips from the bag) that never arrived despite our requests. They even asked us if we still wanted them after we'd finished eating and drinking... I'd say no. At the counter, the waiter excused himself by saying, "Oh, the fries didn't come out at the end... ehhh." €8 for an undrinkable Hugo, €3 for a bottle of water. In total, I spent €25 each to leave hungry and certain I'll never return.

20/09/2025: Saturday evening dinner, from appetizer to dessert, everything was really good, fresh fish and excellent service! The owner was friendly and made you feel at home. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

18/08/2025: The only one with such fine sand and more than 4 meters between one umbrella and the next. The sand is sifted every evening. Then we move on to the restaurant and the excellent coffee bar, not to mention the ginseng one, which is delicious. In the morning, you can have breakfast with delicious brioches and the now famous bomboloni that sell like hot cakes. Then we move on to the restaurant, everything delicious and fresh, starting with the local vegetables, followed by the excellent Romagna cuisine with homemade pasta, and finally the legendary pizza, truly a delicacy. That said, all that's left for me to say is: what are you waiting for? Come to this beach, to Andrea and Mauro. You can trust the word of a customer who is super happy to be a customer. 25/09/2025: The end of a legend, it's clear it's been under new management. When a plate consists of three salad leaves, but three in number, a slice of tomato, and three anchovies in number, lined up like toy soldiers, it's truly sad to see. Not to mention the €4 cover charge, which includes a paper tablecloth without bread... Ha! Perhaps the cover charge was justified by the light on the table.
