01/04/2026: Dinner in spacious and clean rooms, standard service. It was a real pleasure to be served a very tasty cream with croutons at the beginning of the dinner, and in addition to the bread basket, another basket with pizza slices. The dishes were tasty and just the right amount. We had red seafood risotto. I would suggest leaving the shells on the mussels and clams. The tagliolini with cheese and pepper and clams were very good. The calamari skewers were also good. The strawberries with ice cream were beer and water, about 70 euros, a fair price for the location.
13/03/2026: A truly terrible experience.
We waited an hour and a half just for our appetizer, which was unacceptable in itself. During the entire wait, no staff member bothered to inform us, apologize, or even check in.
The service was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. No customer service, no time management, and a complete lack of professionalism.
Eating out should be a pleasure, not a test of endurance. Unfortunately, the experience here was frustrating from start to finish.
I would not recommend it.

There's no sound system from upstairs.
It was hard to get a good night's sleep both in the evening and early in the morning. I understand you have to work, but wow, it could be better.
Breakfast consisted mainly of croissants (lots of them) and sweets.
Healthy options: just fruit.
Friendly staff.
22/02/2026: Beautiful property. We stayed in the very comfortable suite, with spacious rooms and two very spacious terraces. The apartment was warm and equipped with a kitchen with everything you need for cooking, including a dishwasher and plenty of dishes and cutlery.
The bathroom was large and warm.
The breakfast was very rich and plentiful.
Excellent products.
I would check and replace the pots and pans; they show signs of wear.
Otherwise, everything was excellent.

A good selection of wines complements all dishes.
The atmosphere is warm and refined, and we really appreciated the varied plating and aesthetic decorations of the dishes.
Definitely worth repeating.

The service is friendly, attentive, and always smiling.
The service isn't fast because they prepare everything freshly, but this is definitely a plus for enjoying the meal even more with your fellow diners! π
The tables are intimate and welcoming, like the entire atmosphere of this small restaurant with a great experience.

28/02/2026: A wonderful San Lorenzo evening at Cervia Amare, with a lovely, varied menu of first courses, second courses, side dishes, and dessert. The setting was unique, with a DJ set throughout the evening. Definitely worth repeating.

29/01/2026: We found this Neapolitan pizzeria by chance. It's spacious, clean, and welcoming. The service is attentive, courteous, and fast. The pizza is delicious, well-seasoned, and very light. There's a huge selection to choose from. Service is very fast, and there were 25 of us. The Neapolitan desserts are delicious. It was a truly enjoyable evening. We'll be happy to return.
16/01/2026: Truly excellent Neapolitan pizza, confirmed by Neapolitan friends who have tried it. Order the Regina pizza and you won't regret it.
The seafood is also excellent. Fair prices.
Convenient parking with plenty of spaces.
You'll also find a beautiful view of Salsomaggiore and a friendly, very professional welcome.
I've been frequenting this pizza restaurant for over 20 years, there must be a reason... π

27/02/2026: I've been going here for years. And tonight I'm told you can't reserve a table. When you arrive, there'll definitely be a table... absurd.
26/02/2026: Location: A large villa with a huge, slightly unconventional parking lot, all just outside Parma.
The venue is quite large, and the tables are spread throughout the various rooms of the house, thus avoiding too much noise.
The menu includes a bit of everything, including pizza, pasta dishes, meat, and fish.
Overall, it's okay, but it doesn't shine as much as it could...
Open Monday.

03/02/2026: Excellent restaurant!! The ingredients are carefully selected and prepared. It's hard to choose just one dish, they're all exceptional, as are the desserts, which are exquisite! The staff and owners are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Ask Matteo for wine pairing recommendations! Superb!
01/02/2026: Very nice place, although it needs a little updating. The food was good and refined. The cured meats were less so.
On the downside, we left with our clothes soaked in the smell of frying.

05/03/2026: Didn't live up to expectations. The facility would be very nice, but it's neglected. The room was large but poorly maintained, the bathrooms old and full of limescale, the lights didn't work, and the heating was noisy all night. Breakfast was barely adequate. The spa was a joke, with a cold sauna. The only positive note was the lady who gave us massages, who was kind and professional (though she's an external employee), but she wasn't provided with enough towels or disposable kits. Sorry, but I'm not satisfied.
04/03/2026: Regarding the attached restaurant: excellent atmosphere, ideal for couples and a romantic dinner, attentive customer service, and high-quality food and dishes. Ample outdoor parking, interesting views of the castle from the outside, and an adjoining swimming pool.

05/12/2025: Good service, but the food wasn't very satisfying. Fried dumplings cost 6. Tigelle cost 5. Small dumplings served just warm, and small, lean tigelle. Lard minced but not seasoned and with a stale taste/smell. Sorry. Ivano/Genoa.
