17/02/2026: Delicious food for a reasonable price.

04/12/2025: We were a little hesitant at first because the restaurant was completely empty, and we initially thought it wasn't open. However, we went in anyway, and the owner, who also serves as waiter and cook, gave us a warm welcome. It's a small, family-run restaurant. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The salad was very simple and uninspired, but fresh and tasty nonetheless. The presentation could be a bit more appealing, but that's not really as important as the taste. In any case, we felt very welcome and comfortable there. We would definitely come back.

26/07/2026: The restaurant is at the end of restaurant raw. Sea terrace with tables with white cover. Staff is kind and professional. The place is not busy and crowded. Half lobster with pasta is 25. euros. In the entire area is very difficult to find parking spot. Above the restaurant there is private parking.

24/07/2026: The view here is stunning — genuinely one of the best in the area. Unfortunately, the service really let it down. Our server was noticeably curt and unwelcoming throughout the meal, which set an uncomfortable tone from the start. On top of that, my dish wasn’t available, so she suggested a pricier alternative without mentioning it cost double, and we were told (incorrectly) that they don’t accept Amex, even though the machine was right there. A gorgeous setting, but the service made it hard to enjoy.

16/05/2026: We ate really good food, the kitchen is run by elderly people who have a culture of food and quality products that are prepared almost by themselves. In short, we ate well, thanks for the advice, a hug.

10/05/2026: An unfortunate evening choosing this place that night. The service was pretty bad. It was difficult to get a waiters attention and when we did it was just a very unmotivated attitude. For example, we ordered a bottle of wine where the waiter first didn't seem to know their own wine menu and then eventually just plopped a bottle on the table. We had to check ourselves if it was still good and then pour for everyone, plus ask extra for a cooler for the bottle. And if you think they were busy that night, quite the opposite, as they were maybe one third occupied. The food also wasn't great, the starters were average at best, missing a lemon slice. I ordered the baked fish as my main. Potatoes over and undercooked at the same time somehow, the fish itself needed salt, but by the time a waiter reacted I was already done as the portion was pretty small. I also found bones, so don't trust them cleaning it for you table side. The only good thing I can say is that everything was fresh and my partner seemed to like the grilled mixed plate. They did comp us a few things at the end, but this was most likely because I was there with locals. Don't expect any such courtesy as a tourist.

14/08/2026: A delightful dinner at Frantoio, in Soverato Superiore. Refined seafood and meat dishes, carefully prepared with top-quality ingredients. The service was also highly appreciated: the attentive, professional, and always friendly staff were able to discreetly accompany the meal. A truly positive experience in a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

31/07/2026: I went to Gregorio's again last night to celebrate... As always, it was a very pleasant evening...from the welcome to the excellent food. Gregorio never disappoints... See you soon...see you next time. 😃

25/07/2026: The restaurant is centrally located in a charming little square. The seafood dinner was exceptional. Everything was so fresh. The appetizers were plentiful, and the seafood carbonara was excellent. The desserts were special: cannoli and tiramisu (the latter homemade by the owner). Well done!!! We'll be back.

13/07/2026: Enjoyable dinner with live entertainment. We went there for a bachelorette party and they had a great time. Good food and friendly service. It's not cheap, but the fish seemed really fresh, so it's worth it. Make a reservation during the summer.

05/07/2026: I had a really good time. The atmosphere and service were perfect. The swordfish rolls were truly delicious. The ravioli were good but not excellent. The live music was very welcome. I will definitely be back and recommend it for a romantic dinner or just to enjoy some peace and quiet.

13/05/2026: Stunning location, with a breathtaking view of Scilla at dusk. Friendly and fast service. Excellent food, very fresh fish, I especially enjoyed the swordfish. Good wine. Reasonable price.

08/05/2026: The place is wonderful, nothing to say, the thing that disappointed me most was what they brought: for 2 of us, we asked for 2 fish appetizers and a first course, paccheri with swordfish, as appetizers they brought us practically nothing, it was a taste of 6 courses, of all of them, there was nothing raw... Of course the quality was there, but we were left starving and we spent €65 for nothing... In fact, afterward we went to eat a sandwich... Total disappointment

07/06/2026: Excellent pizza, fast service, and very friendly staff. The restaurant has outdoor seating, making it perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner. They even let me bring my dog, though they naturally assigned me a more secluded and quiet table.

The dishes are prepared with top-quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor, with meticulous attention to detail. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available, helping to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The wine list is also excellent and the value is excellent. A restaurant I recommend to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in Marina di Gioiosa Ionica. We'll definitely be back!

19/05/2026: I'm only reviewing the restaurant. It's actually the only one in the area open during the day. The pizzas are freshly made, delicious, and the service is friendly. The place is quiet, even though it's on the road.

17/05/2026: We were there for dinner, so there's no room review 😁 The food was delicious, the seafood pizza was very good, and the pasta was also good. The nonno pizza was good, the carbonara pasta was spicy, and the egg was a bit too hard, but it all went together well.

23/07/2026: Tonight my boyfriend and I have been going to Capriccio Pub since 1994 and had a truly wonderful meal. We ordered fries with 'nduja mayonnaise, a pizza with Tropea onions and spicy salami, and one of their panozzi with a double burger, lettuce, and tomatoes. The pizza had a light and delicious crust, the mayonnaise on the fries was flavorful, and the large, rich panozzo filled us up so much we split it between us. Everything was truly excellent. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We definitely recommend it.

22/07/2026: Casual atmosphere, excellent food, and fast service. A wide variety of pizzas with light, flavorful crusts. I highly recommend it!

09/08/2026: The food was good, and the service was good, too, at least until we were served a dish with bitter clams and a decidedly unpleasant smell. We immediately reported the problem and asked for an explanation. After about 30 minutes of waiting, we went to the cashier to pay the bill, once again explaining what had happened: no explanation, no interest, no apology. And we're talking about shellfish, so it was a situation that deserved much more attention. I should point out that we weren't looking for a discount or to be offered anything: the dish was paid in full. But explanations, yes, would have been the bare minimum. An inconvenience can happen in any restaurant; it's how it's handled that makes the difference. In this case, unfortunately, management was completely absent.

09/08/2026: We've eaten there a couple of times, and I have to say everything is consistently good and of high quality. Simple cuisine. The owner, Daniela, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and very professional. This restaurant is on the Belvedere seafront. It never disappoints.

21/07/2026: 25€ 1 parasol + 2 deckchairs We were there for 3 hours. I think it's a bit excessive. We ordered spaghetti Bolognese at the restaurant, which they brought out was made with tagliatelle tomato sauce and a little minced meat.
