10/07/2025: Beautiful place, different from what you're used to in Versilia, the food is fabulous, and the staff are very friendly.

08/07/2025: We were here twice in five days, once for lunch (it was quite late, but we had just arrived from Milan and all the restaurants were closed!) and were greeted warmly by a friendly lady. We ordered two first courses, as well as two gnocchi with scampi. What can I say, they were really good, and what was very welcome was that the scampi were already peeled, so we didn't have to waste time cleaning them. The portions were just right. The place is immaculately maintained, with a unique, self-centered style that I really loved. The interior windows, which look like mirrors, are fantastic! Convenient indoor parking, a very nice pool, and the overall environment (both inside and out) is immaculately kept and very clean. The place also has several terraces with beach/sea views, each "area" having a different but always original style. We returned a second time, at a different time, for a sunset aperitif. The cost of a sunset/sea view aperitif was €10, with very good drinks, accompanied by Taggiasca olives, chips, and capers. The aperitif then suddenly turned into dinner, as we were feeling so good, we decided to have dinner and try the scampi gnocchi again. Recommended.

28/10/2025: A restaurant and pizzeria offering a wide variety of dishes. The seafood appetizers are interesting, and the pizzas are delicious. Excellent value. If you want a good dinner without spending a fortune, this is the place to go.

28/09/2025: The food is delicious, and the staff is professional and super friendly! My friends and I always leave with a smile. Plus, the vegan pizza on the menu is delicious (and it's also elaborate, so it's nice not to end up with the usual marinara or pizza rossa with vegetables 🥹).

27/09/2025: In a nice place, whose quality I don't know, the pizzeria and pizzas are next to nothing. Never has a pizza been drier, smaller, lacking in ingredients (I had the 4 cheese version but not even the aroma of gorgonzola, the same thing happened with the double mozzarella version). The waiters were far too quick to order (I gave up on the beer because the waiter ran away after asking for water). The ingredients were mediocre, especially considering the price. In short, an unforgettable experience, in the worst sense of the word... forget about the pizzas here. I don't know about the rest... best wishes!

11/10/2025: Beautiful place, but the food was disappointing, unfortunately. Unfortunately, the shellfish (mussels and clams) were not fresh, grayish in color, smelly, and dull in flavor. As is my custom, when I don't like something, I politely and kindly point it out. The result? I paid full price, without even considering my complaints. It's a shame, I had fond memories of it many years ago. Today, it's not worth €50 per person. I recommend a glass of wine to enjoy the view, but eat elsewhere.

19/10/2025: We were looking for a place to eat fish. My father-in-law and I were delighted, and even my boyfriend (even though he prefers meat) was absolutely thrilled. The sauces and pasta were delicious. I also had a mussel stew, which was more of a stew, haha, because it was so generous. Like all the other portions, the waiters were attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

20/09/2025: Traditional cuisine, good and plentiful. We ordered a first course to share and were served two very generous half portions, separated into two plates. Absolutely reasonable prices and friendly staff.

PS Ristorante, nestled in the quiet of Cerreto Guidi, is one of them: a place where every dish tells a story, and every detail is attended to with rare delicacy. Chef Stefano Pinciaroli's touch is immediately recognizable: creativity, respect for the raw ingredients, and a balance that surprises without ever forcing. Among the dishes that made an impression on me, "Quella che manca"—roast beef with lamb gelato, cherries, and a brown stock—is pure elegance on the plate: flavors that intertwine and balance gracefully. "Se vuoi far come ti pare...", with buckwheat crepes, Livorno prawns, chocolate, matcha tea, and borage pesto, is a gesture of courage and poetry, capable of surprising and captivating. (And I don't like buckwheat!) And then there's the famous "Bianco e Nero," so good it deserves a second helping—a dish that captures the very essence of this cuisine: balance, technique, and sensitivity. The experience is accompanied by carefully curated amuse-bouche and a small pastry that closes the experience like a caress. The warm and refined atmosphere welcomes you with discretion. The service is impeccable: present, but never intrusive. You don't just come here to eat: you come to live an experience, to slow down, to listen to time and flavors. 22/07/2025: An experience that would have deserved an extra star if the price hadn't been so high. The location is enchanting, inside a villa that's often the venue for events or weddings. The restaurant is an ultra-luxury establishment, even boasting a green Michelin star (for sustainability). The dishes are refined, and the menu is undoubtedly high-quality. The dish that made the chef famous, chicken livers with dark chocolate puff pastry, is one to remember. The only downside is the price, as it was more expensive than other restaurants with actual Michelin stars. In short, a highly respectable restaurant, with a menu that may not be cutting-edge but is truly top-notch, and for a few dozen euros less, it would have deserved five stars.

23/10/2025: Very nice view. Average frying. The noise of a wine cellar motor in the dining room really spoils the experience 🙄 A comment to the server doesn't change anything. What a shame!

07/09/2025: The quality was more than good, but the quantity was disappointing. I had the fried calamari with potatoes, but the calamari were countable, while the potatoes were plentiful. Salad and a glass of white wine were also included. The price was inconsistent with the meal.

27/05/2025: Che dire un ottimo ristorante, ben curato, personale gentile e preparato ad ogni esigenza e pronto a consigliarti. Partendo dall'antipasto al dolce e una goduria per il palato. Piatti curati e ben presentati la qualità del cibo è ottimo e freschi.

02/11/2025: I had lunch here recently: the location is truly beautiful and the atmosphere pleasant, perfect for a quiet break. However, the prices seemed a bit high compared to expectations. *The biggest flaw concerns the menu: —the one available online is completely different from the one actually served at the table. —The website refers to the takeout menu, while the lunch menu for a reserved table is different, with different dishes and prices. A little more clarity on this point would be really helpful. Overall, a decent experience, but with room for improvement, especially in communication and value for money.

26/07/2025: The appetizer buffet offered a wide selection and excellent dishes. The pizza was good, although I personally prefer it thicker. The only downside was the outdoor dining without air conditioning, which was criticized by most of the group. I didn't see any air conditioning inside.

10/09/2025: The food and service were good overall. There was a bit of a wait for the second course.
