07/09/2025: We found it by chance on our way back from a weekend in Orvieto. We ordered the mixed crostini, tagliatelle with rabbit ragù and crème brulee. The food was homemade and delicious, and I'd return. The service was neither excellent nor infamous.

30/05/2025: Ritornare è sempre piacevole, la splendida location e l'accoglienza gradevole regalano da subito una bella atmosfera. Abbiamo scelto di pranzare a base di pesce e con stupore abbiamo trovato dei ricci di mare ottimi. Il crudo profumato e di buona qualità ha deliziato il palato. Il primo piatto linguine ai ricci di mare meritava di più, eviterei il contenitore a forma di riccio. Buona la grigliata e la frittura, a parte il pesce spada su cui credo ci sia stato del succo di limone che se pur minimo ha tolto un po' il sapore. Il dessert un ottima conclusione. Consigliatissimo

07/10/2025: This is for back in June . Didn’t even make it to try the food that in all honesty looked amazing. Sadly my partner and I were ignored for over 20 minutes and not even our drinks order taken while staff’s attention was devoted to other tables . After the generous and lengthy wait we decided to inform one of 2 female waiters that we were delighted about the gorgeous stray cats surrounding our table but not very happy with the prolonged and complete lack of attention towards us. So we left . One star because nobody even care that we left . Evidently we were not cool enough for this establishment. But hey …don’t worry we won’t come back so your cool spot is safe from us !

19/10/2025: From the Modena Apennines, between September, October, and November 2025, we've been and will be in Arzignano. We arrived at Caffè Nazionale by pure chance, and immediately noticed a beautiful atmosphere with wonderful people, both at the outdoor tables and at the bar inside: extremely kind, courteous, polite, friendly, cordial, and extremely helpful; always smiling, which never hurts; in fact, it welcomes and captivates. Currently, we only visit the establishment during brunch hours, and I must say that the menu is well-prepared and appetizing; the items we've ordered have never disappointed. The price... for coffee and other drinks, it's in line with other establishments, while the brunch prices might seem medium-high, but I prefer to describe them as spot-on and in line with the quality of the food served and the service provided. I will continue to visit Caffè Nazionale whenever I'm in the area, hoping to be able to try the Bistro menu as well. Well done, everyone.

18/10/2025: DOG SUPPLEMENT!! I've been a customer at Timbrek for a while, especially for dinner. I've always had a great experience, with a wide selection of dishes, especially the peppered mussels, all at very reasonable prices. As I expected, the owner is always very welcoming and has a wide smile. One Thursday evening in late August this year, I decided to dine out and head to Timebrek, ordering the peppered mussels, as I've always ordered. I arrived with my small dog (Jack Russell) and, as usual, I asked the owner's (young) son for a table in the corner, a bit isolated, as always, so as not to disturb any customers who didn't like the dog. Greeted and kindly served by the son and mom, I enjoyed my mussels and finished, I headed to the cashier to pay. I paid for my dinner, satisfied, and headed home. Putting the paper in my wallet, I pull out the receipt and read the one consumed with the last item before the total 3 euro surcharge for the dog. I was also disappointed because they never mentioned anything about the dog. The next day I decided to stop by to ask for an explanation of what happened, I called the honest lady outside the restaurant and asked why she added that 3 euro surcharge to my bill without ever notifying me. You can tell she replied, "I DON'T LIKE DOGS HERE." Honestly, I was disappointed not so much by the surcharge I would have paid to bring my dog, but by the lack of honesty in informing me! I've always trusted and never looked at the receipts when paying, I've always been happy with the dishes and what I paid!!! At this point, I wonder how many times they've done it? Plus, there's no sign prohibiting dogs at the entrance. A cheerful welcome, wide smiles, and then the dishonesty??? Mariano. I'd just like to clarify a few things about your response regarding the dog supplement, which I paid without ever being informed when I first frequented your establishment. I've never left my dog ​​unattended, either at your establishment or at any other establishment I frequent since I live in the area. I've never left dog mess, and I have hair on the tablecloths, neither at your establishment nor at any other establishment. I always try to be fair. I was never informed when I first visited your establishment about the free aluminum containers for the first few times and the ones to be paid for later, neither by the owner nor by my little one, especially since I always have my dog ​​with me. 05/10/2025: This 28-year-old restaurant is a family-run business. All of Xiao Jiang's Italian dishes are incredibly authentic. The seafood and other dishes are all very fresh. I recommend starting with some prosciutto and fritters. Then, you can try their seafood or lobster noodles.

06/11/2025: The place is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was extremely negative, ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing day. 1) I had received a €60 daily spa package as a gift, but upon arrival I was asked to pay an additional €38 simply because the package didn't include a massage. Total: €98 for a service that, all things considered, fell far short of expectations. 2) The changing rooms are tiny: just one bathroom, two showers, and very little space. 3) During the spa session, we applied a simple face mask. Shortly afterward, an employee (named Barbara, with short, dark hair) approached from the door, repeatedly asking, in a less than polite tone, "What did you put on your face?" Not hearing well, she gestured for us to come closer as if we were children, then scolded us for not rinsing our faces in the hot tub. We may have made a small mistake, but being filmed publicly and in that way was embarrassing and decidedly inappropriate. One of my friends tried to politely talk to her to clarify, but Barbara kept talking over her, not letting her explain. It should be noted that two of us immediately rinsed our faces, and the other would never have done so anyway. Shortly afterward, the same employee Barbara returned to the hot tub, but as she left, she loudly exclaimed, "Rinse all three of us!" Frankly unacceptable behavior, especially in a center that promotes itself as a place of relaxation. 4) The relaxation area was anything but relaxing: the staff's voices could be clearly heard from the waiting room and disturbed the quiet. It was constant confusion. 5) The massage, which was supposed to last 30 minutes, started late because the room needed to be prepared, but it still ended early: barely 15 minutes, legs and back treated quickly, arms barely touched. When we asked, we were dismissively told that "they had to clean up for the next person." 6) Lunch was also disappointing: the waitress was visibly tired and unfriendly, and the portions were tiny (the chicken with potatoes was almost symbolic). 7) Finally, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the front desk, who confirmed they were already aware of what had happened. Even more disconcerting: everyone talked about it; if everyone knew, no one saw fit to intervene or apologize. A truly unpleasant experience, handled with little professionalism and zero customer care. Such a lovely place deserves staff of the same caliber. Unfortunately, we won't be returning and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

13/10/2025: The location is very beautiful, but the rooms are dated and need renovation. The restaurant is very good. As for the spa, everything needs renovation here too, but the staff is very good, a lot of work needs to be done.

14/10/2025: Stunningly beautiful hotel. Breakfast was well-prepared and everything was deliciously fresh. The evening meal was fantastic, and everything was freshly prepared. And the people who work there are super nice.

13/10/2025: A hotel with hidden charms. I stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. While I had to get past the decorum, it's certainly not unpleasant; the atmosphere is very homey. The rooms are spotless and the amenities are excellent. Of all the hotels I've stayed in on this island, the staff here are the most welcoming and approachable. This hotel is definitely recommended!

13/06/2025: We had booked for outside at 20:30. When we arrived the restaurant was heaving and our table was unavailable. We were offered a glass of prosecco and waited. We were offered a table inside which we grabbed. This place is really busy. Gianne Luca is a true performer. He entertained and informed us about the specials and the menu. The food was prompt and delicious. An excellent meal and we would go again in a heartbeat.
