La Borghetta In Figline valdarno

We stayed at Villa la Borghetta for 2 days using the "romantic escape" package, staying in the Charme room... the first important thing for me since I have vision problems, is the low lights in the corridor to get to the room as well as in the room same .... only 2 lamps and a floor lamp ... as in the bathroom (without window)... Room furnished with little furniture where you can place things ... but the bed is comfortable and the room is quiet (thank you also to the neighbors)... As for the SPA which was a bit too small and cold...the only positive things were the treatments even if the massage lasted less than 30' (but unfortunately we didn't have a timer).. .. A particular positive note goes for dinner... we ate very well and were accompanied by the kindness of Mr. Claudio. The breakfast is not very rich... we expected much more especially not to find only one waitress who "poor thing" was left alone to manage everything especially on Saturday morning..... the service suffered... I believe that to aspire to 4 stars, the Management should review a few things...

The staff are very welcoming and the service excellent. Unfortunately the small details of the room should sincerely be sorted out as it is considered luxury, I will be back very soon, but luckily I will definitely change the room...

Wellness center truly for the well-being of human beings, professionally trained staff, excellent cuisine, slightly outside the population centers. We go to leave the daily routine far away

We were guests for one night at "Villa La Borghetta" with the "Romantic Escape" package and we had a great time. The couple's massage lasting two hours was well done and the organization by shifts was excellent, despite the numerous guests in the facility. After spending a relaxing afternoon in the spa, we enjoyed an excellent quality prosecco served in the room (included in the package) and a truly very high quality dinner (at the height of restaurants reported in the Michelin guide) at the elegant restaurant which fully met our expectations even at breakfast. Note of merit for the landscape that surrounds the structure (the wonderful panorama of the Tuscan hills) and for the "fairytale" architectural style with which the hotel was built. Despite the 5 stars, which are fully deserved, we were not entirely satisfied by the chaos that is often created in the spa (the staff, in my opinion, should remind some guests to avoid talking too loudly and shouting), by constant noise night in the room (perhaps coming from the ventilation system) and from the staff in the restaurant who were not very kind in one situation. Having said that, it is certainly a magical place where we will return soon.

I stayed at the Borghetta for the fifth time. It's always a pleasure to come back... a high level and very beautiful structure in which to pleasantly relax.

Pure relaxation, being pampered by expert hands is a luxury for few. Kindness and helpfulness reign supreme. I tried a wine body and face scrub from the precious hands of Pasqualina. And what can we say about the grace and delicacy of the other massages performed by Natalia. Lots and lots of care and attention. I highly recommend. 😍

Ottima struttura in villa. Piatti gourmet molto buoni e molto ben presentati. Menù vario e ottima carta dei vini. Personale efficiente e gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente

Come da titolo, cena veramente superba. Ottimi i piatti, tutti quelli che io e la mia ragazza abbiamo scelto, dal primo all'ultimo. Dico solo che a ripensarci mi viene l'acquolina.
