Wonderful place, small spa but proportionate to the number of rooms in the structure, very large and beautiful outdoor area, relaxing massages that do what they are supposed to, restaurant with small portions but high quality.

I purchased the Botticelli voucher as a gift for my wife. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Debora, kind and smiling. We were placed in a Charme room, which could use some minor maintenance to bring it up to a 4-star standard. Overall, it was satisfactory. The spa experience was excellent, especially given the limited number of other guests. The staff were polite and courteous. One suggestion: I would provide the herbal tea corner with a kettle and at least a couple of herbal tea bags. The restaurant area for dinner was very popular, as were the dishes we sampled. The wait staff were also professional, yet had a pleasant, friendly demeanor. Bathrobes and beach towels were provided. Breakfast was also satisfactory. We will definitely return and I recommend it! Special mention goes to Giovanni at reception. He was excellent at resolving a mix-up!

I spent my 50th birthday here, taking advantage of it with a package that included a spa, massages, and a final dinner. What can I say? As a super picky person, I can only give it 5 stars. Excellent reception. Spa: small, intimate, extremely clean, and extremely functional. Excellent messages and timetables. Dinner: excellent food and excellent service. Kudos to the maître d'. Highly recommended.

We went for a couples treatment... unbelievable stuff, 1 girl for 2 people, lasted 10 minutes in total, the service was for 30 minutes at least, changing rooms that would be cramped even for Smurfs, acceptable services, but the sauna in particular was too small, good pool and beautiful view, lunch I would say pleasant, anyway we left with a bitter taste in our mouths. Conclusion: for the place and the beautiful villa in which it is located, I would say that the spa is quite a bit below expectations, I don't know if we will return.

Hotel with a wellness center located in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We booked the basic room, which is admittedly very small, although it comes with the essentials (hair dryer, complimentary toiletries including shampoo/shower gel, soap, body lotion, and vanity set). We booked the "romantic getaway" package, which included breakfast, dinner, treatments, and massages. The treatments and massages were top-notch, and the staff was superb: professional, kind, and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and high-quality.

Good-quality seasonal vegetables. A generous continental breakfast. Perhaps for those with gluten intolerance, the baked goods were quite limited, and there was a bit of a wait (this doesn't detract from the positive aspects of what was mentioned above). Room cleanliness: a small sore point. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a tangle of hair on one of the bathrobes provided for the spa. We notified the receptionist, however, and she immediately fixed the problem. In the relaxation room, there were cobwebs and smudges on the wall. The above, however, does not detract from the positive experience.
