Thank you for the wonderful evening! We were two hours late arriving because our Fiat Cinquecento (classic car) broke down. The chef still waited for us, gave us a very warm welcome, and cooked a fantastic meal. Thank you!

During our holiday in Arco, we ate at Il Ritratto three times. It was excellent and a real treat. We'll definitely be back in August. Highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Delicious risotto, fantastic carbonara. Very quick service, though the staff could have been a touch more friendly. Absolutely world-class value, under €40 for two people including a cover charge. The only downside was the lack of bread, which surprised us.

The food was amazing, but the waitress was very surly and rude. In fact, we tried to eat there the day before and because it was full, she just shooed us away! We thought she might be friendlier when we actually ate there, but no!

15/03/2026: The food is good, the only flaw (which is the second time it happens to me) is that the meat is rare and served on cold slate plates.

Ristorante Grand Hotel Liberty

21/05/2026: We've stayed at this hotel several times now and always love coming back. It's truly beautiful – stylishly furnished, very well-maintained, and in a fantastic location near the lake and the old town. We're particularly impressed each time by the spa area with its sauna, pool, and numerous relaxation options. The outdoor pool is also simply wonderful and perfect for unwinding. The entire ambiance is special, and you immediately feel at ease. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is very pleasant and quiet overall. On the downside, the prices unfortunately increase significantly year after year. Nevertheless, we treat ourselves to a stay here again and again because the hotel is simply something special, and we always feel very comfortable there. The parking situation is a bit limited.
19/05/2026: Our 3rd visit. Lovely hotel with the best breakfasts! Great evening dining. The staff are very professional and helpful. Great facilities. Special thanks to Alessandro Caterina and Givlia for help with our travel plans. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you.
