11/05/2024: One of our favorite restaurants in Bardolino. A little away from the typical tourist bars on the water. Good Italian cuisine (Bigoli carbonara with smoked trout, or with sarde from the lake, delicious). Recommended starter: polenta with pike!! Price/performance is completely fine! Pretty patio in the backyard. Service is great, nice service and fast food! Of course we’ll be back! grace

06/04/2024: Warm and elegant environment. Service a little polite and slow. The octopus appetizer and the liquorice mousse are exceptional! No dumplings with vegetables. The wine list is incredibly extensive. Don't miss the recioto with dessert

02/04/2024: Typical (and famous) tavern in the center of Verona. Nice place, generous portions with average prices for the area (high...). 1 starter, 1 first course, 3 second courses, 2 waters and half a liter of wine in a carafe around €90. I recommend for quality

05/05/2024: Arrivati a Verona avevamo la voglia di mangiarci un bel Risi e Bisi e, nel cercare un ristorante che lo facesse, ci siamo imbattuti nel sito del ristorante Al Boscarel. Abbiamo chiamato alle 21.00 e ci hanno risposto in modo carino che ci avrebbero accolti. Arrivati, abbiamo ordinato e in poco tempo è arrivato un ottimo Risi e Bisi, due secondi piatti meravigliosi con patate al forno. Tutto da leccarsi i baffi. Il punto di forza del locale? I gestori, capaci e con grande empatia. BRAVI! A presto.

I fell in love with a wine (as a former bartender)... the Torque.. .just the scent of flowers, acacia, honey, light, everything melts in your mouth.......taste it....I recommend it and buy it....you won't regret it.I will return.

26/03/2024: It's not even about pizza anymore, it's an experience that must be lived, pure art of baking, different consistencies and doughs for each pizza, then cooked on top to perfection. 3 small pizzas for two people perfect choice.

14/03/2024: Siamo ai dilettanti allo sbaraglio in sala !! Se un giovane pensa di fare il lavoro in sala deve essere preparato e sapere tutto sul menu non essere all'oscuro delle cose piu semplici. Sul menu c'e scritto spigola di Manfredonia : 22 Euro per una spigola di Manfredonia....neppure al discount. Infatti ad una precisa domanda se si trattasse di spigola pescata o d'allevamento ( la risposta e' stata : spigola d'allevamento nel golfo di Manfredonia.....maah qualche dubbio ce l'ho) Ma comunque puo' sicuramente indurre all'errore qualche utente sprovveduto. Sorprende anche che un rstorante di livello come si considera abbia solo un Lugana come scelta di vino bianco fermo al bicchiere. Per il resto senza infamia e senza lode perche' si hanno ben altre aspettative, tempi d'attesa un po lunghi ,ma ci sta se si cucina tutto al momento. Totale impreparazione del collaboratore di sala

The meat was perfect, the fish was delicious, the spaghetti with seafood was very good (kid's portion) and the potatoes served as a side dish were perfect. The coffee was also very good and the waiter was extremely attentive. We will definitely be back.

28/03/2024: We went to the restaurant for dinner for the first time. Clean place with attention to detail. Attentive, fast and very kind service. Excellent fish dishes. From lake starters to seafood first courses and excellent quality fresh second courses. Among my favorites is seafood pasta.

11/05/2024: Ci ero già stata l’anno scorso con degli amici e mi ero trovata benissimo, ieri ci sono tornata per una cena in coppia e non solo ha riconfermato quanto mi ricordavo ma mi ha colpito ancora di più. Un giardino citatissimo, fiabesco, a due passi dall’arena, per una location da 10, personale squisito, preparato, cordiale, velocissimo voto 10, pizza… wow….me la ricordavo molto buona ma quella di ieri era incredibile, si scioglieva in bocca, era perfetta, forse la pizza più buona che abbia mai mangiato, voto 10 e lode. Prezzi più che onesti. Mi sono innamorata di questo posto, che sicuramente è diventato la mia pizzeria preferita di tutta Verona e provincia. Bravi, bravi, bravi.

28/04/2024: If a place presents itself as serving gluten free pizza one could at least expect that even if a separate oven is not used, that there is the flexibility and innovation enough to use a plate when cooking the pizza to avoid contamination. In addition, if a guest has presented himself or herself as someone who can only eat gluten free, how come gluten free breadsticks are not presented to the guest when normal bread is being served to the other guests? This place is nice and the pizzas are good, but the staff need to be a bit more attentive and maybe the management a bit more innovative for a restaurant close to Piazza Bra in the heart of Verona.
