The great attention to detail in both the cuisine and hospitality was clearly evident. But the real surprise came with the dessert: a simply extraordinary pistachio mousse with raspberry. 30/03/2026: We went on Sunday for a tasting at the relais. The wine was delicious, the platters were excellent, and the location with a wonderful view was a perfect backdrop. Bonus points for the sommelier, Francesco, a passionate, kind, and approachable man who guided us through the history of the local wines. It was a wonderful experience, highly recommended!
