10/08/2025: Restaurant in the square near Negrar Hospital, a 2-minute walk away. The owner is very friendly. Delicious food, from starters to main courses to dessert. I recommend the Amarone risotto. Prices are reasonable. Clean atmosphere.

06/08/2025: EDIT: Returned after two years in 2025 and I confirm the old review. 🔝 The food was very good, a carefully chosen menu and perfectly cooked. The owner was extremely friendly, worked well and made you feel at ease. Highly recommended.

15/07/2025: The food was excellent and high-quality. I wouldn't have included monkfish in the grilled fish, as it tasted nothing like anything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view was priceless, especially at sunset! The owner was very kind, gave us a discount at the counter and offered a free digestif!

14/07/2025: We just happened to pass by there, had no reservation, but were still greeted so warmly, the assigned table was perfect, we weren't actually hungry, but the fish and the super friendly service encouraged us to eat, what impressed me most was that no one was turned away without a reservation, not even a mother with a friend and a toddler, we felt so comfortable, thank you very much

25/07/2025: We had a lovely dinner at this trattoria this evening. I had a fegato vitello, and my partner had pasta with mushrooms and truffles. It was sublime, and I regret not being able to return. It's excellent and refined cuisine. The tiramisu, along with my partner's, is truly the best in the world. In many restaurants, the tiramisu isn't strong enough with coffee. This isn't the case here. I had a fabulous ricotta torta. The biscuit was light, and the ricotta melted in the mouth. It was accompanied by delicious strawberries and blueberry ice cream. All this in a very friendly bistro atmosphere. The service is perfect. A reservation is essential.

28/06/2025: Wonderful place and very respectable staff. The hostess immediately captured us with her extreme sympathy, professionalism and cordiality. Our event was perfect in every detail; notes of merit for the suggestive cellar and the quality of the raw materials. We will be back!

19/06/2025: Koreans probably won't come here, but if you come to Verona, I highly recommend it! Especially the bongol is delicious, and the steak is also so so delicious. The wine is also the best!!

01/08/2025: Exceptionally friendly service. Attention to detail. Tables beautifully set, restrooms clean. What a gem this trattoria is. I opted for a caprese salad, followed by a pasta ragu and a pasta with tench (fish). The pasta is homemade and incredibly delicious. A wonderful bite, followed by a soft interior. The fish and the ragu are also fantastic. I would almost move from the Netherlands for it.

24/07/2025: Mycket god mat och med fantastiskt trevlig personal. Man sitter mysigt i vacker miljö. Det kan vara svårt att få bord så du bör vara ute i god tid med din bokning. Öppnar inte förrän 19.30 vilket är något sent för nordbor men det är värt väntan.

17/08/2025: We were at Osteria Perbacco and we're back. A welcoming atmosphere, the young owner and all the staff are kind, competent, and professional. High-quality, carefully prepared dishes from our local area. Careful attention is paid not only to the authenticity of the products used but also to sustainability, with young and attentive producers. The wine is excellent, and I'd say the value for money is very good. At Osteria Perbacco by Raise, you don't just eat, you have a complete experience. We'll be back again and recommend it to anyone in Verona who wants to try something different. Thanks guys.

16/08/2025: The place has changed management; in my opinion, the previous one was better. My wife and I entered with the intention of having an aperitif at 7:30 pm, and the young woman welcomed us with a big smile and a warm hello. We asked if we could sit outside, and she said yes. Once seated, we asked what they were offering, and she told us they had three menus, one for 55 euros and two for 65, otherwise we could eat à la carte. We chose à la carte; I ordered a lavaret and my wife a tagliolini with truffles. We ordered a 1/4 glass of white wine. Meanwhile, a family of foreigners who had entered after us, seeing the prices, started arguing and left. So I have to say that given the prices, the dishes weren't up to par. You can't have a Michelin-starred restaurant without tablecloths, and in a decidedly rustic location, 20 euros for a tagliolini and 5 euros for a 1/4 cup of wine, which was also warm, seemed out of place. The icing on the cake was that when I got to the cashier, I took out my card to pay, and the girl asked us if we wanted separate bills. No way! 🤣
