22/05/2025: The food was very good! The service was very attentive! Unfortunately, a glass of Sauvignon Blanc was €15! That's a rip-off, especially when the bottle costs €17 in the store! What a shame 😭

18/05/2025: An absolute favorite spot in Eppan! The Eppanerhof combines everything that makes a successful restaurant visit: excellent food, friendly service, and a stunningly beautiful beer garden. We've been there several times and have been impressed every time. The pizza is a real highlight – crispy crust, high-quality ingredients, and a wide selection of classic and creative variations. Whether Margherita or pizza with South Tyrolean speck – each one tastes like it came from a stone oven in Italy. The other dishes on the menu, from pasta to meat, are also of high quality and freshly prepared. The whole experience is particularly enjoyable in the cozy beer garden, which is a true gem in summer. Surrounded by old trees and flowers, you can sit quietly and relaxed – ideal for dinner on balmy evenings or a lunch in the shade. Families with children also feel at home here. The service is always friendly, attentive, and pleasantly unobtrusive. You can feel that a well-coordinated team is at work here. The atmosphere is relaxed yet sophisticated – perfect for a relaxing evening with friends, family, or just the two of you. Conclusion: The Eppanerhof is more than just a restaurant – it's a place where you can feel at home. Whether it's pizza, a beer garden, or a glass of wine in the evening, everything is just right here. Five stars from the bottom of our hearts!

24/05/2025: I contacted the hotel to book a massage and spa for my sister for her birthday and it was confirmed over email. My sister turned up at the hotel to find out that they had canceled her booking without telling me! They did nothing for her on the day, said to come back another day, and refused to at least open the spa early despite it being their mistake and her having traveled in (we had lined up the massage and spa entry based on their advice). They offered zero options other than to wait at the bar FOR AN HOUR. Incredibly poor service, and would not recommend. I have given them the opportunity to contact me with a solution to solve this, but have heard nothing yet. I contacted the hotel to book a massage and spa for my sister for her birthday and confirmation came via email. 27/05/2025: Great hotel in the center of Kaltern, within easy walking distance of various restaurants. Very good cuisine.

08/05/2025: A new style, a journey back in time to bygone eras!! The white horse has been shining in a completely new dress for two years! Here the old is specifically highlighted and skilfully combined with the new. It seems like you've landed in the good old days. It is covered with silver and the food is served on beautiful old porcelain. The kitchen is really very good and leaves nothing to be desired! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

05/04/2025: Good place for skiers. A nice terrace with an attractive view. There is also original and stylish decor inside. It is worth visiting here while skiing. This place has a good atmosphere - there are interesting photographs on the walls and even an old jukebox. Sometimes, when there are a lot of guests, you have to wait a while for waiter service.

12/03/2025: Amazing, super creative food and wine pairings, beautiful presentation, knowledgeable and friendly service, wonderful experience all around. My husband and I have enjoyed a lot of phenomenal and high end fine dining venues, Suinsom exceeded our high expectations and then some! We will for sure be back the next time we are in the Dolomites!

01/02/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Heubad for a skiing holiday and it was just as nice as it was 6 years ago, the rooms were clean and large, the wellness area left nothing to be desired, the breakfast was varied and delicious and the evening menu was always a highlight

13/01/2025: Excellent hotel in a convenient location for travel (Bolzano 20 minutes away, as is the Alpe di Siusi). Large and comfortable rooms. The fact of having two bathrooms was much appreciated, one with a shower and sink and the other with a bidet, toilet and another small sink. The only small flaw was that the pillows were too low, but to be honest we didn't ask if they had any others. The SPA is very beautiful with Turkish bath, classic sauna, hay sauna, relaxation area, gym and indoor swimming pool. In summer there is also an outdoor swimming pool. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. In the three days of our stay, the three dinners were always excellent, with various dishes well cooked and well presented. Very efficient and friendly staff. There were 10 of us and a room was reserved just for us. A special thanks to Erica who served and pampered us with diligence and joy. In conclusion, highly recommended!
