21/02/2024: This review is only about the restaurant. The food was really good, and what I loved most was the chocolate mousse (I think it had some liqueur in it) which was super creamy and tasty. Staff was very nice and service was fast.

01/04/2024: This is the ultimate place to enjoy seafood in the Alps. It's a unique opportunity to have a nice meal while skiing in one of the most spectacular landscapes. The restaurant is located in the center of the Dolomiti Superski area and accessible by skiing. Two seatings at lunchtime and a reservation is absolutely required. Friendly staff and exquisite food in a nicely decorated site.

The service was not only extremely thorough, but also incredibly charming - you immediately feel at home. The ambience of the restaurant radiates a cozy warmth that invites you to linger. And if you think it couldn't get any better, 'Bussl and more' surprises you with a grappa on the house - just like that, as a token of their hospitality. 16/01/2024: Forse non è il posto più bello che possiate trovare a Bolzano, ma certamente è un posto tra i più caratteristici, veri, cordiali e dove mangiare meglio nei quali vi potrete accomodare. Il titolare e tutti i suoi collaboratori sono di una cordialità imbarazzante e sanno metterti a tuo agio anche nei momenti di maggiore affluenza e confusione, non dimenticando mai una comanda e tenendo tutto sotto un controllo perfetto. Ottime le crespelle, ottimi gli involtini: il tutto accompagnato da un quartino di bianco frizzante che nella sua semplicità era una meraviglia (profumato e persistente anche nella freschezza). Non ci sono foto del cibo, perché abbiamo pensato solo a mangiarlo. L'Osteria dai Carrettai ti fa venire voglia di tornare a Bolzano solo per sederti di nuovo lì.

25/02/2024: An Asian bar that pretends to be an Italian restaurant. The lamb tastes like shrimp because someone ordered it before you and the cook fries everything in the same pan. Microwave ravioli with questionable cheese pretending to be parmesan. Bratwurst with potatoes without onion!!! The cook is probably from Asia and probably doesn't want to learn how to prepare the dishes to encourage customers to come back I do not recommend; prices, like most restaurants, quality well below expectations even for not particularly demanding customers.

04/04/2024: Nice cafe and restaurant! Directly on the Passer opposite the old town, you can stop off here with a beautiful view of Merano and the mountains, with seating both outside and in the winter garden. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. In just a few minutes you can be back in the city.

10/03/2024: There were five of us eating and we were very satisfied with all the dishes. The veal steak was cooked medium rare as ordered. The service was attentive and friendly. The prices are normal to slightly higher, but the quality of the food is very good.

02/02/2024: Siamo capitati per puro caso in questa osteria a pranzo.Location semplice, personale molto gentile, poca scelta sia dei primi che di secondi ( una cosa che apprezzo molto) vuol dire che viene preparato tutto fresco. La pasta era molto buona, un po' meno sale sarebbe stato meglio. "Il cuoco per caso è molto innamorato"?😄 cmq consigliato!

05/01/2024: Locale consigliatissimo. Siamo tornati due volte in pochi giorni. Si mangia davvero bene e a prezzi proporzionati alla qualità dei prodotti scelti. Particolare menzione alla carne, perchè è uno dei pochi ristoranti dove si mangia una Rib Eye cucinata perfettamente che si scioglie in bocca. Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo e professionale. Grazie allo chef che è venuto a salutarci prima di ripartire. Complimenti a tutti!

02/03/2024: Ristorante tipico, ambiente pulito e personale veramente simpatico e cordiale, abbiamo mangiato molto bene, stinco eccezionale. Perché in un ristorante prima ancora di iniziare a mangiare è la persona che ti accoglie e che ti assiste al tavolo a farti sentire bene.

28/01/2024: Ci sono stata con il mio compagno, la cucina è quella tipica locale, tutto quello che abbiamo preso era ottimo e anche abbondante, sicuramente ci tornerò!
