02/03/2025: Solo estuvimos en San Vigilio por 4 noches como un grupo de 12 reservamos Erika's para nuestra segunda noche y tuvimos una gran comida, el servicio fue muy bueno la joven que nos atendió era muy sonriente y nada era demasiado problema. Cuando el restaurante que habíamos reservado para nuestra última noche nos dijo que iban a cerrar su cocina a las 7. 30 sea todo dicho volvamos a casa de Erica y no defraudó, la misma camarera sonriente nos cuidó.

25/02/2025: Very nice hotel located a short walk from the city center. The very strategic position with a ski bus stop less than 100m away which takes you to the Miara lift. Comfortable rooms, slightly lacking in soundproofing, but otherwise perfect for a couple. The breakfast was good but an honorable mention to the dinner which was truly sublime. It also offers a SPA and ski storage. The owner and all the staff were really kind and helpful and made us have a truly pleasant holiday.

11/04/2025: Fantastic!! What a great location, view and ambience. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. The food choice is out of this world and the quality and flavors didn't disappoint. A very extensive wine list that cost us a pretty penny, but was worth it. The owner was charming and inviting. This is more than a place to eat, it's an experience you must try if you're here. Also.. 20/05/2025: A beautiful, traditional hotel where the Habsburgs once stayed. Large hotel park with a pool and tennis courts across the street. A very good "regular" restaurant and a small Michelin-starred restaurant. Modern wellness area with a sauna and steam room. The name comes from an elephant who stopped in Brixen in the 16th century as a gift to the Habsburg court. A mural on the hotel's outer wall commemorates this event.

09/05/2025: In “The Elefant Restaurant” (not apostle restaurant), generally good dishes were served, but with surprising technical errors and a lack of balance, considering that a star-rated kitchen is served in the same establishment. The place setting was served with almost frozen butter that had crumbled apart (no spreadability). The (frozen) hazelnut soufflé was a delicious dessert, but it has nothing to do with a soufflé in terms of appearance or consistency; it could rather be described as a parfait (also taking into account that a frozen soufflé is not the same as a classic soufflé). The veal carpaccio had a very dominant acetic acidity and could have been more balanced. In the case of the veal cheek, a drop of oil was draped on the edge of the plate, but additional drops would have done the dish a lot of good as it was very “flat”. In addition, a little fleur de sel or salt crystals would have rounded off the dish better. Unfortunately not enough for the price and expectations.

12/03/2025: Amazing, super creative food and wine pairings, beautiful presentation, knowledgeable and friendly service, wonderful experience all around. My husband and I have enjoyed a lot of phenomenal and high end fine dining venues, Suinsom exceeded our high expectations and then some! We will for sure be back the next time we are in the Dolomites!

12/05/2025: They say that if you want to have a good meal, look were the locals eat. And thats true for this restaurant. During my stay at Cornaiano I had the pleasure to dine there 2 times. Staff was more than helpful and all orders arrived at our table shortly. An excellent menu and a good wine list, plus lots of gellato flavors.

11/05/2025: The terrible service: very slow... wrong number of bitters and ordered calzone with modification and pizza arrived as per the menu... It certainly doesn't make you want to return

03/05/2025: Di napoletano c’è solo il nome, pizza pessima con un impasto gommoso, ingredienti mancanti sulla pizza. Di sicuro non ci torneremo

03/03/2025: Sehr gutes italienisches Essen, leider nicht ganz warm und bei den hochwertigeren Gerichten mit kleinen Tellern weniger Menge. Das müsste nicht sein. Gedeckt kostet reichlich extra. Sonst nettes Ambiente im Wintergarten und freundliche Bedienung, Inhaber an der Bar wirkte etwas gestresst.

20/02/2025: Excellent dishes, tasty and well cooked. The burgers are better than the burger joints in the center and cost almost 10 euros less. Super recommended. Great beer selection

20/04/2025: Capitati per caso per il pranzo di Pasqua con una coppia di amici. Locale semplice. Abbiamo scelto il menù a sorpresa da tre portate. Che dire tutto al top! Qualità, cortesia, ricercatezza negli ingredienti e piatti decorati con estrema cura. Tutto buonissimo da leccarsi i baffi!! Ristorante da ricordare. Complimenti al proprietario!
