12/08/2024: Erster optischer Eindruck des Aussenbereiches .. na ja.. Speisekarte Auswahl nicht üppig. Jedoch.. das Essen war Spitzenklasse. Spaghetti Meeresfrüchte top. Fleisch vom Angusrind Medium auf den Punkt perfekt und zart. Wedges cross perfekt. Das Gemüse lecker. Hühnerbruststreifen auf Gemüse mit Wedges top. Bruscetta mit weißem Speck oder Tomaten sehr gut. Dazu freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

29/07/2024: The hotel provides such an interesting and beautiful experience. The decor and art inside are exceptional. The pool and the grounds, garden are gorgeous. Breakfast fabulous. Why 4 stars for service ? When you arrive tired and walk to the room and there is no water offered except the one you need to buy for 5 euro... Unacceptable. At this price i expect water and a Nespresso machine at a hotel. But maybe its a thing in the area: you get lots at 120 euro/night places but nothing when you pay 300. Also, a fan in the room would be good. It was 36 C and it was a bit stuffy.

19/06/2024: After excellent past experiences, I returned to dine at Kaiserkron to try one of the interesting tasting menus. The choice was difficult: three rich proposals, each with a different number of courses, which are oriented towards different sensory experiences. The final choice fell on the "From the sea" menu, with five fish-based courses, each more surprising than the other. The ingredients are chosen with the utmost care and explode in your mouth in a true revelation of taste! Each different consistency encloses and preserves the essence of each ingredient, as in the appetizer with smoked eel or with cuttlefish, asparagus and caviar. The journey is a true discovery of unique flavours, aromas and colors in which one awaits the next course with curiosity. The final surprise comes with the dessert proposed by the excellent pastry chef. Everything is accompanied by the extreme kindness of the dining room staff and the trained sommelier who helps to make the best choice among the proposals of the very rich cellar. An experience recommended for those who are in Bolzano and want to undertake a "journey within a journey".

23/08/2024: The food is fantastic, apart from the somewhat slow service. Friendly and I really like it cozy but waiting 30 minutes to order drinks and then the drink arrives after 60 minutes is a long time. Man You should definitely take some time if you want to enjoy your evening here and call the service (a young guy, however, was quite active...we'll exclude him) more often. The food… really good. Spare ribs and tartare are highly recommended.

10/08/2024: Pur non avendo nulla da dire sul servizio che abbiamo trovato ottimo,siamo rimasti totalmente delusi dalla fiorentina:dura, insapore e immangiabile. Rapporto qualità prezzo improponibile. Peccato. Non ci torneremo.

17/08/2024: First of all: be sure to reserve - seats on the terrace and in the front, semi-open part are very popular and subject to reservation. The Nußbaumer lives from its location, the wonderful staff and the fresh cuisine. The map is not large, but everything is recommended throughout! Let Moritz accompany you in the wine selection - he can tell you a lot about the local wineries because he knows them personally. Go into the heart of the Nußbaumer - there is much more in the wine racks than what is on the menu. Treat yourself to more than just a pizza and a glass of house wine. It's worth it!

17/08/2024: Nice restaurant in the old town. After it was very warm and humid, we were offered a table inside, where it was significantly colder. Service top, food good - I like the pizza a little crispier, the Melanzane was very good, portion a little small. Overall, highly recommended, gladly again. Price-wise - very solid, not a rip-off. I think Margherita was under €10.

25/08/2024: We were so delighted with our first dinner that we went back two nights later. The star of the show was their special for the week, pork knuckle. The goulash was fantastic. Happy with their cheap but delicious house wine, too. Some of the servers are local kids bit they try really hard, overall a great experience.

25/08/2024: We hit the restaurant spontaneously for family dinner, but luckily we've got the table. Cousine is OK and service was pretty fast and friendly, but at the end I've got the proposition to vacate the table and finish my espresso in some other place since our table should have been prepared for another upcoming guests. That's the first time I've had such disappointing experience in reputable restaurant.

12/08/2024: Always a great stay, even if this time it was “just” to eat. very authentic, super friendly service and delicious food. For us, once again a highlight and a very special moment of enjoyment in Meran.

23/07/2024: Good location near the town center. Nice garden where you can also have breakfast. The service from the breakfast ladies is exemplary. However, the reception team is not very accommodating and comes across as rather arrogant. Information about hikes and bike tours was poor. Statement from the hotel: “Guests are more likely to come to swim”. We had a completely different experience on our 5 week trip (Brixen, Stresa and Arco). Requests were carried out, but one sometimes had the feeling that they were doing it reluctantly. The guest is annoying. The bike cellar is a bit too small and some guests don't look after each other's belongings. TG parking spaces are not available for all guests and cannot be reserved. Payment with AMEX is also not possible.

28/07/2024: The hotel impresses with its attractive architecture and rich history and is ideally located in the center of Kaltern, where guests even have parking spaces in the courtyard. The restaurant spoils you with delicious dishes, but the portions could perhaps be a little more generous. A rich and individual breakfast is offered to hotel guests (no buffet). The staff is courteous and friendly, especially the senior manager. Overall, this is an excellent place in a prime location.

22/08/2024: As seasoned travelers for whom gastronomy plays a central role in each of our escapades, we have had the chance to discover restaurants in the four corners of the world. However, the Trautmannsdorf restaurant has distinguished itself as one of the rare establishments that deserves a place of honor in our culinary list. In fact, it is now among the five best restaurants that we have had the opportunity to try during our numerous travels. During our lunch in August, in the heart of the heatwave, we were dazzled by the exceptional quality of each dish. True to our habit, we ordered almost the entire menu, and each dish was able to delight our taste buds with a perfect mastery of flavors and textures. Each bite was a true homage to local cuisine, executed with rare expertise. The service, for its part, was able to enhance this experience. Efficient, fast, always attentive and unparalleled in sympathy, he helped make this moment a memorable one. The setting of the restaurant is also worth highlighting: despite the oppressive summer heat, we were able to enjoy a pleasant and well-kept environment, which invites relaxation and discovery. In conclusion, the Trautmannsdorf restaurant is a must in the region, and probably one of the only ones truly worth the detour. Although we stayed at the magnificent Château Castel-Frasburg, whose restaurant performs honorably (especially the breakfast), Trautmannsdorf undoubtedly stands out as the best restaurant in the area. A place that we highly recommend to all epicureans looking for an authentic and refined gastronomic experience.

29/08/2024: We spent a wonderful hiking holiday here for a week at the end of August 2024. A super nice hotel with a top 🔝👍🏻 price-performance ratio!!! Great location with a wonderful view of Schenna and the Meraner Land! 🤩⛰️ Excellent food (half board) with very friendly and courteous service throughout the hotel 👍🏻 The rooms are very tastefully furnished and always cleaned perfectly every day, as well as tip top 👍🏻 A big thank you to the entire Sunnwies team for a wonderful time in Schenna 🤗☀️🍀⛰️🚠⛰️☀️☀️☀️

16/07/2024: Food, service, atmosphere - this place had it all perfected. I'm not a frequent fine diner but my fiancee loves this every time we travel, and she confirmed that Anna Stuben exceeded her expectations and standard for luxurious dining. Each dish was thoughtfully created with local flavors and the pacing of each course was done very well. It is expensive, but I think very well worth the price and experience.

16/07/2024: It was ok food but not super flavourful and not worthy of Michelin I don’t think. But not as good as I thought it would be and very pricey. I found the entrecoat to be a bit tough and chewy . The service is very attentive.

29/08/2024: The food was so delicious, but unfortunately also very expensive, which is why I only took a little something. There is also a bit of a view of Bolzano here, because otherwise you can't see much of the town below through the trees and buildings on the mountain. The service is very friendly.
