We stopped by Ploner for a rest after a hike and were rewarded with a magnificent meal and excellent service—what a gem! The bread basket with colorful homemade baguette was phenomenal, and the tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms and venison ragout was the best of our vacation. We thank our hosts and wish them continued success 🍷PS The wine list also leaves nothing to be desired.

04/04/2025: Es wird ein ansprechendes Degustationsmenü zu einem vernünftigen Preis angeboten, aber auch à la carte ist die Auswahl sehr gut. Besonders erfreulich ist die große Auswahl an guten Weinen. Sehr schön besonders der historische Speiseraum.
08/03/2025: Ambiente gradevole. Servizio professionale e cordiale. Lista vini interessante. Menu di cucina tradizionale e perfettamente eseguita. Certamente un posto valido.

09/01/2026: Excellent bourguignonne. There was a bit of confusion with the reservation, and we were worried we wouldn't get it due to a mistaken cancellation, but we finally made it. Our only regret was having ordered the appetizer (mixed salami) on the recommendation to pass the extra wait, but it was worth the wait and enjoyed the main course, which was plentiful and we couldn't finish it.
30/12/2025: Excellent food, polite staff, in a central location, I highly recommend it!
