30/08/2024: This was an awesome dining experience for my wife and I. The view sitting on the terrace overlooking the hot spring and stone buildings was amazing. We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing. We thought it was only 4 courses, but there was 7! Definitely worth the €99 each. Highly recommend!

14/08/2024: The food is good and the restaurant is well located. It's a shame that the service is deplorable. The waitress doesn't care about the customers (wobbly table, no seasoning offered, no basic greetings, long waiting time to pay...).

12/08/2024: Quality could really be much better in Sarteano. Pici really tasted much better. Side dishes €5, a really small bowl of potatoes and a small bowl of gratinated vegetables/potatoes.....it's really bizarre how expensive everything is compared to other restaurants in the area. Small bowl of raw vegetables with garlic dressing €10.... All in all, we thought the price-quality ratio was really not right. We will not go here again and do not recommend the restaurant.

25/04/2024: This was a wonderful recommendation made to us by friends- a unique experience in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived the experience was memorable. The accommodations were comfortable and quaint, the views from around the property were amazing and the food and wine were delicious! If you stay here be sure to make a dinner reservation at least 1 night of your stay- a menu crafted from ingredients on the farm- simply amazing.

30/07/2024: Terrible service. 5 minutes after ordering, the little girl who is part of our group and who had ordered a pizza sees a nice hamburger sandwich arrive at the next table and asks to order it. We call the waitress and ask her if it is possible to make the change. After 5 minutes without success we see her pass and ask her for feedback: she tells us that it is impossible because the pizza has already been "started". Surprisingly, the pizza will arrive after well over half an hour, much to the little girl's disappointment. Faced with this incomprehensible lack of availability (which adds to the attitudes of the waitress who seemed annoyed at the idea of ​​having customers) the fact that the pizza was discreet becomes secondary.

12/02/2024: Personale accogliente, cortese e molto professionale. Locale elegante, con alcuni dettagli che rovinano la bellezza del posto (tanti ventilatori, che immagino necessari nel periodo estivo). Piatti molto curati: noi abbiamo preso una tagliata che si scioglieva in bocca, ma i cappellacci niente di eccezionale. Per concludere un tiramisù che ci ha lasciato l’amaro in bocca. Conto alto rispetto a quanto mangiato.

30/05/2024: Marked with dog paw on camping info, but the campsite doesn't even accept dogs in the low season. The lady at the reception was unfriendly and extremely bad-tempered.

30/08/2024: Lovely restaurant with warm and friendly staff. Nice and cool atmosphere in a warm San Gimignano. Pici all'aglione was top top top. Highly recommend.

12/08/2024: Excellent value for money. The food is very good, the garden beautiful and prices very reasonable. Only the service is a bit slow, it feels like 2 ppl is not enough for this amount of tables. But it’s also a good occasion to sit back and just enjoy the evening without being in a hurry.

09/07/2024: We had made a reservation through TheFork and our reservation was confirmed the day before our scheduled dinner. However, when we got there, the place was completely closed up with no sign of life. I called the number and there was no answer. This was very disappointing as our entire party was really looking forward to Sampling what we had was traditional delicious Tuscan cuisine. Fortunately, some nice local residence directed us to Ristorante Ostello. We did not have a reservation there, of course, but they were able to squeeze us in and we had an exceptional experience.

15/05/2024: We organized our wedding dinner at Casalta. Everything was perfect! From start to finish. So I recommend this restaurant not only for high quality lunches and dinners, but also for private events and parties. A big "thank you" to Tommaso and Valeria, and to all the staff, for the fantastic work done!

16/07/2024: Abbiamo cenato due volte in questo ristorante prima in coppia e poi con un gruppo di amici ciclisti. Il locale è comodo,dotato di una veranda esterna panoramica. Il servizio veloce ,personale cortese e costi nella media. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti in entrambe le occasioni,dunque mi sento di consigliarlo.

19/05/2024: Traversant les collines toscanes nous en avons profité pour nous arrêter à Radda et manger aux Due Forchette. Les deux sœurs Elena et Sandra y officient maintenant depuis plus de dix ans. Je me suis régalé avec un "baccala" en papillotes et j'ai terminé par un tiramisu aux fraises alors que la personne qui m'accompagnait a préféré les tagliolini al tartufo puis le moelleux au chocolat. Les deux jeunes en charge du service font preuve d'un grand professionnalisme: prévenance et attention. Situé sur le remparts de Radda nous avons pu admiré un coucher de soleil sur la campagne environnante. Tout cela pour un prix démocratique! Cet été le flux touristique vous obligera à réserver ...
