06/06/2025: Mein Lieblingsrestaurant seit 1981 - mit 5 war ich zum ersten Mal in der damals ganz neuen Trattoria, die sich im Laufe der Jahre zu einem hervorragenden Restaurant mit lokaler Küche entwickelt hat.
Es gibt keine „Spielereien“ sondern das pure Geschmackserlebnis aus besten lokalen Zutaten.
Und alles hält die wunderbare Irma zusammen. Der gute Geist und die umsichtige Chefin.

17/05/2025: The staff is kind and friendly. But the pizzas are inedible, very thin, raw, the toppings were not good at all.
09/05/2025: I still don't know how you can treat customers badly who pay well and behave politely. in my opinion it means having little respect for one's work and for others. it would be funny if they complain about not having customers. in fact there was almost no one there.
the person who served us looked like he was dressed in a tavern. we asked him one thing and if we asked him one more question he would turn away annoyed. indigestible pizza. it's all quite shameful. I wouldn't go back even if they cut the price in half.

27/04/2025: Returned after many years for dinner with friends: we ate well from the starter to the dessert. Everything was very good, fast service. The second course of grilled squid skewers was honestly a bit poor. The meat dishes were plentiful. The desserts were excellent. Finding parking is not very easy, but if you turn around a little you can find it. After all, Buti is a small town. I will return. A wonderful evening.
06/04/2025: Returned after about 25 years... I found what I had left. Typical Tuscan atmosphere, very good pizza and very good and plentiful food. Advised.

11/03/2025: Ho pranzato il 27 febbraio 2025. Mi sono trovata molto bene per la disponibilità del personale che ha adattato il menu alle mie esigenze , dovendo seguire una dieta.

26/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante, all’interno dell’Hotel Ranieri di Pisa. Piatti di qualità, gustosi, con ingredienti di prim’ordine e ben impiattati. Porzioni giuste.
Servizio molto professionale e gentile. Tempi di servizio assolutamente adeguati: rapidi ma non pressanti. In estate bello anche il dehors (sia per ristorante sia per il bar, che prepara ottimi cocktail). Sicuramente ritornerò quando mi troverò di nuovo a Pisa. ❤️

10/05/2025: Di passaggio da Pisa all'ora di pranzo e dopo aver consultato TA abbiamo deciso fermarci a mangiare in questo ristorante appartenente al famoso attore Roberto Farnese.
Si trova nella zona industriale e a poca distanza dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Davanti c'è il parcheggio privato è sulla parete esterna del locale ci sono delle gigantografie dell'attore ( piacevoli 😊). C'è anche lo spazio per tavoli all'esterno ma vista la stagione non era allestito.
L'interno è arredato in modo gradevoli con tavoli all'interno e in una veranda spaziosa.
Il menù a pranzo offre un menù fisso e a' la carte. Il punto di forza del locale è la "ciccia". In un banco frigo sono esposte dei bei tagli di bistecca e visto passare dei bei hamburger.
Abbiamo preso dei bigoli cacio e pepe- buoni - e un tiramisù della casa sfizioso e molto buono.
Le porzioni sono giuste e ben presentate.
Il servizio è stato rapido e gentile.
Non ci sono barriere architettoniche.

27/05/2025: I ate at this place on May 25th. My wife and I had a platter of excellent quality cold cuts, pappardelle with duck sauce, ci gbiale a modo mio with chocolate and a prosciutto focaccia. More than excellent quality food in a beautiful setting and above all pampered by capable staff who are always available with a smile. I will return and I highly recommend it. Prices in line with the place. Well done, keep it up.

24/04/2025: A wonderful place. Low prices and great quality. The dasyunos packages are very very good and the sweet bread is very delicious and at a low price. Definitely the best we have found in Italy. What a great place, it is worth coming to have breakfast before visiting the tower of Pisa since it is 3 minutes away
