25/03/2024: The restaurant offers pasta dishes of all types (fresh pasta, dried pasta, stuffed pasta) prepared with tasty sauces and refined combinations. The 'pasta tour' proposal is interesting, perhaps unique in the city, at a cost of €25 per person. Note of demerit however for the quantities of the formula, not sufficient to satiate the diners, despite the fact that 4 courses are provided. Probably the kitchen hadn't calculated the quantities for the 4 people we were. It is fair to say that the formula includes cover charge, water, dessert and house wine (one bottle for 4 people). All in all, worth trying, but next time I will definitely choose the à la carte menu.

18/03/2024: Passando per Pisa, provato una Domenica a pranzo. Molto buono, quasi tutte le portare. Calamaretti al rosmarino, ravioli di pesce e caciucco molto buoni, saporiti e ben preparati. Polpo cotto a bassa temperatura e soutè di cozze non buonissimi. Dolci ottimi! Da provare.
22/02/2024: Personale gentilissimo , piatti ottimi, consigliatissimo. Capitati per caso con la famiglia, siamo rimasti stupiti dalla bontà dei piatti di pesce.

17/09/2023: Une cuisine de qualité maison , de bons produits, d’excellent plats bien présentés , le chianti au verre très bien , à cela on ajoute un passionné au service dans un très bon cadre sur une belle terrasse.
Pour tout cela je recommande cet établissement.

07/01/2024: Café that also doubles as a small restaurant, where I ate a memorable platter of cold cuts and cheeses, you struggled to decide which piece was the best. The fettuccine with sausage is also excellent, I recommend them. A good red wine accompanied everything and the small homemade puff pastries gave the finishing touch. The kindness of the owner is appreciable.

14/01/2024: Fabulous location, with attention to every detail. I felt like I was dreaming and finding myself in the reality of the Middle Ages...excellent location, splendid view, exceptional staff.
Everything perfect location view...food...service...design...welcome.
My heartfelt thanks go to David, professional and welcoming and no less to the entire staff..... Everyone is charming. ...and I sincerely thank each and every one of them. I will return to visit them with pleasure.

The highlight is the singing chef. No Caruso, but worth listening to.

27/11/2023: Very reasonably priced bar and cafe where you can watch sunset at your ease. The barman is very friendly and accommodating. The limoncello spritz cocktails are delicious and more-Ish. Coffee is good too. Menus are available by QR code. Definitely worth a stop by!
26/11/2023: RitroS bar is a fascinating and unique place, often enriched by small visual art exhibitions. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience enjoyable. I recommend it as a suggestive destination on the Lungarno of Pisa, perfect for relaxing and enjoying an excellent coffee.
