29/06/2025: Premetto che non posso giudicare i piatti del ristorante ma la pizza realmente indefinibile ed inqualificabile.Sottilissima quasi sfogliata unta di olio e totalmente scondita al modico prezzo assurdo di 9€ per una semplicissima margherita. Conto finale salatissimo. Locale poco accogliente, tavoli al caldo e apparecchiati in parte. Esperienza da non ripetere.

29/06/2025: Ristorante di livello con piatti preparati con cura e molto molto buoni. Personale servizievole e gentile. Vasta scelta di vini dal bianco, rosso, rosato e bollicine. Giardino meraviglioso e tavoli con tovaglie e bicchieri di classe. Rapporto Qualità/prezzo alta. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti e un risotto ai frutti di mare oltre al dolce. Tutto di alto livello. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo spesso.

27/07/2025: At some (not all) restaurants, we had the feeling the people were working there as a punishment—no smiles, nothing. We had pasta, which was really, really good, but the portions were really small. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you're hungry. €12 for a small portion plus €2.50 for the coverto per portion is pretty steep; we went somewhere else afterward to eat our fill.

27/07/2025: When we ate at the Eden restaurant, the only positive note was the service provided by the youngest waitress, who was very kind. We went in to have spaghetti with clams as per the sign, only to discover that the sign was actually old and they didn't make them. For my first course, I had scampi gnocchi, which were actually cream gnocchi with an aftertaste of spoiled fish. The fried fish was extremely salty. We were thankful there were only five samples. The tuna steak, poorly accompanied, tasted awful. As for the cold cuts, they had run out of panzerotti to accompany them, but they didn't bring anything else instead. The steak steak, considering the overall effect, was pleasant. We ordered glasses of house wine because it was the only one they served by the glass and not by the bottle... undrinkable. To top it all off, when we got the bill, the lady told us it was about 145 euros. She asked if we wanted to split it, and we said yes to the Roman-style bill. The result was 51 euros and something each, about 154 euros in total. When I asked him to repeat the total, he said he couldn't remember. I reminded him, and he said the machine does the math automatically, so he couldn't get it wrong... Luckily, the avenue is full of good restaurants; choose another one!

03/08/2025: It's a shame they can only give it 5 stars... everything about this restaurant was amazing: friendly and helpful staff, generous dishes, quality ingredients, and beautifully presented by the cooking and the accompaniments. A lovely location, just steps from the square. If only more restaurants were like this!!! We'll definitely be back.

14/07/2025: Dove: Lucca [LU], Toscana, Italia Categoria: Ristorante Italiano Trovato per: Internet / a caso Situato in una piazza appena all’interno delle mura di Lucca è uno dei tanti locali turistici un po’ tutti uguali, anche se questo deve essere aperto da molto tempo. Da fuori anonimo, dentro invece più accogliente e caratteristico. Menu ampio, con molte proposte, i primi due piatti che ho chiesto però non erano disponibili. Abbiamo ordinato dei tordelli al ragù, della salsiccia toscana e della trippa in umido. Tutto molto insignificante, nessuno dei tre piatti era cattivo ma proprio niente di che. I fagioli all’uccelletto invece erano impresentabili, palesemente cannellini di una lattina versati in un piatto e conditi, non sapevano letteralmente di nulla. Non c’è una carta dei vini e c’è una manciata di bottiglie su uno scaffale oltre a quello della casa, abbiamo bevuto birra. Il servizio è molto spartano e informale, che ci può stare in un locale di questo tipo, però anche esageratamente lento, è passata circa mezz’ora da quando ci siamo seduti a quando siamo riusciti ad ordinare. Conto più o meno corretto per quanto riguarda i piatti, più che altro per la posizione, ma 6€ per una birra Moretti da 66 in bottiglia semi calda sono decisamente troppi. Quando ripasserò da Lucca non tornerò.

07/07/2025: Premetto che sono di Lucca. Ci siamo fermati qui per pranzare, visto che è tra le trattorie più vecchie!! Salvando il servizio, una delusione completa!! Antipasto toscano: la soppressata con il contorno scuro è indurito, magari quando si affetta si può togliere il vecchio per renderlo presentabile nel piatto!!! Uno spicchio di pecorino che da una parte era giallo più scuro !! Ma io dico , non si guardano i prodotti quando si mettono nel piatto?????? Tortelli lucchesi: li conosciamo benissimo e non so ancora ora cosa fossero!!!! Scaloppina al limone: due fettine di carne affogate in farina e non so!!! Unica portata mangiata patate arrosto e menomale che c’erano!!!! La cosa più deludente è che nessuno ha chiesto spiegazioni dei piatti tornati indietro!! Sconsigliato!!!!

18/04/2025: Pere cotte nel vino rosso con gorgonzola e noci, battuta di filetto con cipolla caramellata e tartufo, tordelli della casa, agnello al forno con patate e bomboloncini finali. Menù di terra con pochi cambiamenti durante l'anno ma inossidabile per chi ama questa osteria. Vini conosciuti e sconosciuti da tutta la Toscana (noi abbiamo preso un Pinot Nero francese e ci stava bene lo stesso). Buon servizio e tanta amicizia.

18/04/2025: Seconda tappa "obbligata" del nostro tour al mare...anche se proprio proprio al mare non siamo. Bisogna infatti fare un pochino di strada all' interno, primissima campagna a pochi chilometri da Forte dei Marmi. Un bel boschetto di olivi nasconde questa osteria. In menù ottime paste fatte in casa, zuppe di stagione, secondi cotti nel forno a legna e dolci artigianali. Vini quasi esclusivamente toscani. Noi veniamo spesso in estate per mangiare fuori ma anche il caminetto ha il suo perché. Un saluto dagli amici delle Ducati Multistrada.

14/07/2025: Bad. The restaurant was empty, but we had to sit outside in the rain if we wanted to eat. We finally ordered, and the burgers were inedible; the pizza dough was very floury.

13/07/2025: The burger is delicious, but I recommend adding pre-ordered fries to go with the burger. And since there are two choices of meat, you should let the customer know that if you choose less meat, the burger will be smaller.

06/07/2025: With the old management it was definitely superior...for us this was the first and last time..tasting €35 per person Savory entree first course pasta alla trabaccolana ACID And let's forget about the fried food!!

01/08/2025: I ordered a 4 Formaggi pizza and was very disappointed. Instead of four types of cheese, as the name suggests, I received a pizza with only one type: plain, lacking flavor and variety in texture. It’s unacceptable to sell a product under a misleading name. The service was okay, but the food quality is far from satisfactory. I do not recommend this place and won’t be coming back.

01/08/2025: Well, I definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant... Pizza base that came straight out of the freezer; the crust is too perfectly round for a "homemade" pizza. The pizza from my own supermarket at home tastes even better. Not very friendly staff. They tried to rip us off and "accidentally" overcharge us by 10 euros. Then they tried to hold the card reader in front of them and immediately tap my card against it. Luckily, we were sharp enough to see this...

03/06/2025: Inside the Byron hotel, the Magnolia offers many emotions thanks to the cuisine of Chef Marco Bernardo who combines the tasty cuisine of the South with experiences gained abroad, creating exceptional and refined meat and fish dishes. An extensive and well-composed wine list. A location with few seats but luxurious and modern. Staff at the highest levels in terms of service.

10/07/2025: The staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent value. I really appreciated the way the food was served. The only thing that needs to be said is that the place is a bit of a disappointment.

08/07/2025: Fascist symbols are present, and there's even a bas-relief (of questionable taste) hanging on the wall behind the cash register. Unacceptable.

22/07/2025: The ugliest cake ever. It was supposed to be a 9, but instead it became a stocking! And it's July! Never again!

19/07/2025: The food is quite good and the price is reasonable (not a given in Versilia). The real downside is the unfriendly and arrogant staff, who treat you as if they were doing you a favor by feeding you.
