The atmosphere is much calmer than in the nearby square. There were four of us, and we ordered pizzas, homemade spaghetti, and octopus: everything was delicious, well-seasoned, and generously portioned. The service was quick, and the staff were very friendly. All this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

I went with my mother, without reading any reviews or anything else. It was a delightful and surprising random choice. The place is very well-kept and clean. The staff is polite and attentive. The owner is truly kind and courteous. The food is simple but authentic and the combinations are imaginative. I highly recommend it! Thanks from Rome to the owner and staff.

We ate at this Osteria in the center of Lucca and had a great time.
The food was truly excellent and high-quality. The owner and all the staff were very kind and welcoming.

Without a reservation, drawn only by the elegant ambience, we entered for a couples' dinner at a place you'd recommend to any true friend. The manager (whose name, unfortunately, I didn't ask) was attentive, welcoming, and empathetic, bordering on embarrassing for a skeptical Genoese like myself. Pumpkin tortelli 10, ravioli lucchesi 10, duck breast 10... if there had been room left in my stomach, I can imagine what the desserts would have been like. Catering, and indeed any profession in general, should always be conducted according to these pillars of passion, courtesy, and dedication. Congratulations, Marco & Eva
