14/05/2025: I visited this restaurant twice and had the Fiorentina steak on both occasions — it was absolutely outstanding. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and served with excellent side dishes. I also enjoyed a great house red wine, which complemented the meal wonderfully. The dessert, especially the tiramisu, was exceptional — one of the best I’ve ever had. While I didn’t try other dishes myself, I saw several being served and they all looked very appetizing. The service is another highlight — relaxed, friendly, and highly engaged. I believe the person serving us was the owner, who was fantastic at recommending dishes and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This review is accompanied by a short video of the Fiorentina being sliced and photos of the dishes — just to give you a taste of what to expect.

18/04/2025: I visited this restaurant with my daughters while traveling from Rome to La Spezia. And it was a great experience, the food was excellent and great admiration for the owner, she managed everything herself. I will definitely stop here for a meal when I visit Tuscany again.

L’atmosfera elegante e accogliente crea il contesto perfetto per un’esperienza gastronomica unica, dove ogni piatto è curato nei minimi dettagli. La signora Camelia, con la sua passione e professionalità, delizia gli ospiti con creazioni culinarie straordinarie. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaporare un baccalà mantecato su vellutata di patate, una carbonara Grantosco dal sapore intenso e avvolgente, e una spigola dalla cottura perfetta, morbida e saporita, che ha conquistato il palato di (un Catanese) un amante del pesce come me. Il servizio è impeccabile, la carta dei vini ben selezionata e adatta a ogni portata. E per concludere in bellezza, il dolce Gran Forchetta è stato una vera sorpresa: un’esplosione di sapori che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più memorabile.

05/06/2025: La mejor maremma jabalí de la historia! Definitivamente vale la pena el viaje! Postres deliciosos también Teníamos tortellini que eran tan agradables y lados de frijoles y hongos. Volvería a probar más platos ya que la carne estaba tan bien cocinada, delicioso!

03/05/2025: Restaurant that was recommended to us in Magliano in Toscana. Excellent location in the historic center. It was necessary to book even in the middle of the week. We tried two excellent starters, special mention for the tartare with fried egg, and we split some meat. Our intention was to share a slice of around 800g which however we were informed was finished. At that point, whoever took the order suggested we try a Florentine steak at a higher price but "small, more or less the same weight". Moral of the story we were served a 1.4kg Florentine steak and the difference on the bill was enormous. Beyond this "misunderstanding" the meat was exceptional and we appreciated the plate for keeping it warm.

18/05/2025: I think it's one of the few places left where everything is cooked on the spot. Last night we wanted to have dinner in Massa Marittima and we couldn't have ended up in a better place. Few seats, everything managed by the owner who offers different dishes every day. Everything is delicious. Congratulations Caterina, we will definitely come back to visit you!

17/05/2025: We wanted to eat something good, we couldn't have ended up better. Caterina the owner and chef manages everything by herself And it's like entering her home. She cooks everything on the spot, the pici pulled at the moment even the involtino cooked express. I've never eaten in a place like this. 14/05/2025: This is the second time we return to this restaurant and I must say that it is always a guarantee. The food is excellent, if you go you absolutely must try the pici cacio e Pepe. I give 4 stars only because compared to last year the portions are a little smaller and the price is slightly higher but it is really worth it.

05/05/2025: In the colorful hills of the Grosseto countryside, between Vall'Ombrone and Val d'Orcia, there is a village, in the center of which, inserted in a small square, dominated by the bell tower, stands a trattoria, where time seems to have stopped. It could be the beginning of a fairy tale and instead Rintocco is a wonderful reality, which we had the opportunity to discover in our wanderings among the villages of Maremma. A simple and authentic trattoria-pizzeria, not only in the premises but, above all, in the welcome, which the courteous owners and the attentive waiter reserve for all customers. The cuisine ranges from fish-based proposals to typical dishes of the Maremma hinterland, with numerous "daily" proposals that draw on the seasonality of the products of the land and game. All the dishes, appropriate in portions and price, tell a story of love for a territory, its traditions and its products. For us, who live in Brescia with Maremma in our hearts, it is now a fixed destination at the end of every trip inland, especially in the summer, when it is possible to dine in the small square in front, thus finding refreshment at sunset. Piccolissimo neo: le sedie non sono comodissime. Con un cuscino si potrebbe renderle più confortevoli.

The service is attentive and always discreet. Known labels in line with the quality of the dishes. Truly a pleasant experience. Excellent value for money

07/05/2025: A riot of flavors, a place that deserves, excellent cuisine with refined raw materials. Elegant environment, courteous staff and exceptional host in narrating his menu. Dishes focused on the Maremma tradition. You can eat both meat and fish simple but perfect dishes. The desserts are difficult to choose here too. A perfect place, it will certainly remain in the memories of our holiday.

05/05/2025: Very fine pizza which is a change from Neapolitans. Very reasonable price. The pizza recipes are original, like pizza flambée or carbonara. Our favorite is the one with seasonal vegetables (asparagus in May). I've been stocking up on ideas for the next pizzas at home.

28/05/2025: The pici all’aglione (pasta made of water and flour and seasoned with a tomato sauce with garlic) are excellent, as is the acquacotta (a typical local soup). The Florentine steak, strictly rare, is also excellent; the desserts at the end of the meal are also good.
