13/09/2025: Wonderful little place! On our way back from a trip to the area, we decided to extend our stay and stop here for dinner. It was a delightful experience with very hospitable service. They had fresh porcini mushrooms picked that day and brought us a truly generous tagliatelle, which we devoured! It's a shame the tray wasn't edible, otherwise we would have eaten that too. 15/07/2025: Super leckeres Essen. Waren 2 x da und hatten Pizza, Pasta und Steak. Besonders das Steak hatte es uns angetan. Preis/Leistung ist top. Ebenfalls schnell, zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr gut organisiert.

27/05/2025: Lee varias opiniones recientes en tu sitio y piensa que este lugar vale la pena probar. Sólo otras dos parejas en el restaurante a las 6: 30 fue mi primera pista. Pedí ensalada Caprese. 7 deliciosas rodajas de tomate, una pequeña hoja de albahaca y mucha lechuga Iceberg para acompañar el queso mozzarella. No sabía que la albahaca está fuera de temporada en mayo. Entonces pedí los ñoquis de queso azul. Me encanta el queso azul, no es un sabor difícil de perder. No podía probar ningún queso azul. Quizá los ñoquis eran buenos, pero no eran ñoquis de queso azul. Mi esposa tenía espaguetis carbonara que tenía carne de cerdo mínima y no podía probar el queso pecorino. Tengo la clara sensación de que este restaurante está tratando de conseguir lo barato; escatimando en los ingredientes principales de las comidas.

10/09/2025: Beautiful hotel with quiet, spacious rooms. A venerable, well-renovated, well-maintained, and harmoniously furnished hotel. A beautiful garden with a terrace on the city walls offers views all the way to Lake Trasimeno. Good breakfast buffet. Mr. Seku took excellent care of everything.

14/08/2025: Beautiful! Tables on the beach, the sea in front, and a holiday atmosphere. Super delicious spaghetti with clams, crispy and light fried fish, and a bottle of chilled white wine 🍷. Friendly staff and quiet place. I'll definitely be back!

13/07/2025: Volevamo provare la nuova gestione di Giacomo (Milano) al Bagno Marechiaro. Esperienza pessima,da dimenticare! Servizio da dilettanti,menù ridicolo e carta dei vini insistente....! Conto salatissimo,non fatevi fregare!

10/05/2025: Di passaggio da Pisa all'ora di pranzo e dopo aver consultato TA abbiamo deciso fermarci a mangiare in questo ristorante appartenente al famoso attore Roberto Farnese. Si trova nella zona industriale e a poca distanza dall'uscita dell'autostrada. Davanti c'è il parcheggio privato è sulla parete esterna del locale ci sono delle gigantografie dell'attore ( piacevoli 😊). C'è anche lo spazio per tavoli all'esterno ma vista la stagione non era allestito. L'interno è arredato in modo gradevoli con tavoli all'interno e in una veranda spaziosa. Il menù a pranzo offre un menù fisso e a' la carte. Il punto di forza del locale è la "ciccia". In un banco frigo sono esposte dei bei tagli di bistecca e visto passare dei bei hamburger. Abbiamo preso dei bigoli cacio e pepe- buoni - e un tiramisù della casa sfizioso e molto buono. Le porzioni sono giuste e ben presentate. Il servizio è stato rapido e gentile. Non ci sono barriere architettoniche.

26/08/2025: We stayed three nights at the Relais Della Rovere and had dinner one evening at this restaurant. The setting within the hotel is very pleasant, especially on the terrace in the summer evenings, but the quality of the dishes isn't always up to scratch, leading to disappointment given the price. The beef tartare was very good, but it lacked a bit of seasoning. The truffle pasta was good, but you could tell it wasn't homemade and was in a bath with a bit too much butter. The gnocchi were quite good, but the pesto was definitely not homemade and lacked a bit of flavor. The wine list is extensive, but almost no bottles were under €45. We finished with a pecorino platter to share for fear of being disappointed with the desserts. The platter was quite generous with cheeses, but we're still looking for the accompaniments mentioned on the menu. In short, for a meal costing over €60 per person, we were generally disappointed. I recommend the hotel, but unless you really don't want to leave the hotel, skip the restaurant! I'll end on a positive note: the service was friendly and welcoming.

10/09/2025: The food is okay, but the service is terrible... the kids' food arrived when everyone else was already finished and ready to pay, and instead of apologizing, the waiter snapped at us: "We're in Italy, so I'll speak Italian to you." They acted like they didn't understand us when we asked about our food. They were confused and unfriendly from start to finish. We've been there ten times, but the service is completely new. Unfortunately, this was the last time.

09/09/2025: We went to Grigolo for dinner with friends, three hungry souls, one of whom was gluten intolerant. A detail that, it seems, threw the entire dining room staff into a tailspin. The service? A tragicomic ballet of four waiters, each with their own style of unpreparedness. We had to push repeatedly for plates, napkins, and even attention. At a certain point, we thought we were invisible, or perhaps part of a social experiment. The highlight? Ordering gluten-free gnocchi, which magically transformed into long pasta. The waiter, with the confidence of a dice-roller, announced: "They should be gluten-free." When asked for clarification, the staff showed the same bewilderment as those who have just discovered they've lost their passport at the airport. The three dishes arrived at different times, as if the kitchen were an escape room and each course a test to be passed. One of the dishes was supposed to have chopped pistachios: none arrived. After a long wait, we were handed a small plate with just the sprinkles. We made our own garnish, because at Grigolo, we believe in customer autonomy. We expressed our complaints to the manager, who enlightened us with a pearl of wisdom: "If the kitchen gives me the dishes one at a time, I'll bring them to you one at a time." At that point, we asked if the kitchen was managed by the restaurant or if they relied on our own kitchen, just to see if it was our fault.

For this reason, today I was a little disappointed with our spaghetti with clams. It lacked flavor and was too creamy. I hope there's a reason for this. We've always eaten excellently, and the service is very good, friendly, and helpful. I just wanted to say be careful...you can't let your guard down. In any case, I'll be back soon! I won't give up my favorite restaurant. Good luck!

13/10/2025: The location is nice with a beautiful view, but the food is poor quality. The much-vaunted pasta isn't homemade, and the cheeses are low-quality. The mushrooms used are pre-sliced ​​mushrooms from the supermarket, which is strange because Sestino has an abundance of mushrooms...porcini, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles...not to mention the truffles, which are abundant in the area, but completely absent from this place. The service is also subpar. A huge disappointment.

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in every way. We only came across this restaurant because the one in the center of Sestino, where the food is always excellent, was closed. The ravioli alla boscaiola weren't homemade and were topped with supermarket-quality mushrooms. The sliced ​​cheese and pear steak consisted almost exclusively of pears, with very few shavings of cheese. The lemon veal cutlet was served practically raw, so much so that we had to ask for it to be recooked. The service was also poor. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend it.

In what other historical center in Tuscany would this be allowed? A wine shop is something else, the perception is that of a small bar and perhaps it should be relocated elsewhere

09/10/2025: Stumbled on this restaurant looking for something other than pizza, found this place and had the seafood pasta which was the best meal we’ve had in Italy so far on our vacation. Worth it!

12/07/2025: Llevo viniendo al Caffe Ginori cada verano desde hace una década. Tienen el mejor cornetto alla crema, frate (donas Italiano ), espresso y schiacchiatine (sándwiches) de la zona. ¿Estoy desconcertado por las malas críticas? También el almuerzo y la cena son maravillosos. Tanto las opciones de mariscos como las de carne siempre han sido excelentes. Vivo en Berkeley, California y espero visitarla cada verano con nuestra familia. Caffe Ginori es sinceramente uno de los lugares más destacados.
