06/10/2024: With the food we were happy. But the waiter (he looked like the boss) was incredibly rude. He was impatient and almost scolded us at times. In the end he refused to bring us four boxes for our pizzas. We ordered too much and couldn't finish them. He complained. "You haven't eaten anything! I won't bring you four cartons." He wanted to put 4 pizzas on top of each other in a single carton. I left the restaurant with the pizza in my hand. I also work as a waitress and I understand that it is stressful and that sometimes you can't laugh anymore. That's why I tried to be courteous and understanding, but treatment like this is inexcusable.

17/10/2024: Scoprire questo ristorante è stata l’esperienza più bella che ho vissuto sull’Isola d’Elba. Servizio, cibo e location, perfetto, buono e bellissimo. Prezzo adeguato al struttura. Il pesce ha un suo valore, se cucinato bene è un valore aggiunto. Merita! ✌🏻👍🏻🇮🇹

28/09/2024: Ieri siamo stati a cena con grandi aspettative servizio cortese ma il cibo non ci è piaciuto. Il problema fondamentale è stato che quasi a fine cena nel piattino del pane abbiamo trovato un capello. 01/02/2025: Cibo buono ma accoglienza e servizio pessimo, solo perchè stava piovendo e avevamo prenotato il posto nella bolla (avevamo anche chiamato il pomeriggio per sapere se fosse stata aperta). Non eravamo le sole all'interno della bolla e la cameriera si è rivolta SOLO a noi con un tono brusco e sfacciato. Mi dispiace perchè la bolla era ben riscaldata e il cibo piacevole, ma questo servizio ci ha fatto passare dei momenti che andrebbero scordati. Non lo consiglio.

20/03/2025: Update: after three complaints to the Italian Ministry of Tourism and presenting evidence of the theft, the bank refunded our money considering that we were scammed by Locanda Podere Le Vigne since the accommodation kept our money after two unauthorized transactions: TOURISTS BE VERY CAREFUL. They scammed us. We make a reservation with payment at the accommodation. Without authorization they charged us $98. We immediately wrote and they told us that it was a routine charge but that the balance would be paid upon arrival. In mid-January we received another accommodation charge on our credit card for $298. We wrote to them through Booking to complain and they did not respond to us. When making the report through the app they inform us that the accommodation does not respond. We contacted them by WhatsApp and they told us that it was a mistake but that they also considered that it was not a problem because it was the cheapest accommodation in the area, something that is not their responsibility to determine. We ended up canceling the reservation since we had free cancellation with full refund. When we made the cancellation, the person in charge of the place told us that in 10 days we would have the refund but 20 days passed and they did not refund us the 398 dollars collected that we already paid by credit card. We are making complaints by all means. Update: Upon reading my review, the manager of the establishment wrote to my private number to tell me that I am an ugly person. And he threatened to report me to Google. We have already contacted the Italian Ministry of Tourism. Turns out they've already done this to other customers.
