28/12/2025: I went for lunch. The food was excellent. I had an appetizer and excellent pici cacio e pepe. To finish, I had two excellent desserts.
Excellent service. The staff was always available.
The owner was always available for any need.
03/12/2025: Two plates of ravioli, a measly plate of cold cuts, half a litre of wine and two coffees, 72 euros - I won't be going back.

10/09/2025: Beautiful hotel with quiet, spacious rooms. A venerable, well-renovated, well-maintained, and harmoniously furnished hotel. A beautiful garden with a terrace on the city walls offers views all the way to Lake Trasimeno.
Good breakfast buffet.
Mr. Seku took excellent care of everything.

06/04/2026: A negative review for waiting an hour for a plate of cacciucco, which, even though it was freshly made, as we were told, wasn't worth the wait, even on Easter Monday. Repeated reminders to the staff. Never again.
29/03/2026: Unfortunately, it was recommended to us, but I strongly advise against it.
The food was poor and frozen, and the lady was very rude and impolite.
I absolutely wouldn't go back.
I remembered it being a good restaurant when it was run by older gentlemen.

13/09/2025: Wonderful little place!
On our way back from a trip to the area, we decided to extend our stay and stop here for dinner. It was a delightful experience with very hospitable service. They had fresh porcini mushrooms picked that day and brought us a truly generous tagliatelle, which we devoured! It's a shame the tray wasn't edible, otherwise we would have eaten that too. Thank you, and see you soon!

19/08/2025: This restaurant is located within the resort; we dined there several times during our vacation and were always very pleased with the fish, meat, and pizza dishes. Excellent wine. Very friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. We recommend it.

The workers' menu €15 was excellent, both in terms of quality and portion size! I'd be curious to try the à la carte menu, but if it's as good as the workers' menu, it's definitely even better, you can't go wrong! A very positive experience!!! Recommended

29/03/2026: We stopped in for an Aperol drink, and my husband decided to have pizza. We were pleasantly surprised, as the pizza was just how we like it: thin crust, crispy, and the perfect balance of sauce and cheese.
The waiters were attentive and courteous.
28/03/2026: Food very good, waiters friendly, I don't understand the negative reviews. Sure, it's more expensive – it's right on a main square – but if it's too expensive for someone, they shouldn't go in. Prices are posted outside/in the garden.

14/09/2025: During our vacation in Quercianella, we ate at Ristorante Pasquini 1950 several times. We were very satisfied each time. The selection of dishes is appealing, fresh ingredients are carefully and tastefully prepared, and the homemade pasta is "al dente" and the pizza is exactly how we think it should be: crispy but not dry. The service staff is friendly and attentive. The ambiance in the beautiful garden contributes to a very pleasing overall experience.

The wine was calculated differently than on the menu!!! The service charge was 3 euros, although they didn't fit at all!!!!! Don't go there!! The name on the street is different now!

20/10/2025: An experience not to be repeated...we waited an hour and a half for a plate of penne with tomato sauce and a chicken breast...and the place was practically empty. As soon as we'd eaten our dish, we, like the other three diners, went to pay without even getting our coffee!
15/10/2025: Delicious pizza and friendly service! Our dog was even allowed to come along :)

22/03/2026: I stopped in at this restaurant today for an expresso. It wasn't a bar/cafe so they don't serve drinks without a food order. The gentleman saw the disappointment on my face and said, "ok, I'll make you one". He made this Canadian's day. Such kindness was very much appreciated by this lass!
28/02/2026: February 2026: Best pizza in Volterra. Crowded with locals who grew up with pizza. Interesting menu with many, many different interesting pizzas (none with pinepple and/or french fries). Moderate prices, friendly service.
