Found by accident late on a Sunday. The brunello was excellent, cheese and meat platter was good - the fennel salami was very good - l and the Parpadelle pesto tasty.
Couldn't have picked a better spot for a late bite.
Excellent cornetti with mascarpone, instead of crema. Much lighter, more delicious. The first time I’ve seen anything inventive with cornetti. Good coffee too. On a lovely square.
The ravioli bolognese was delicious. The service was pleasant, and the person took the time to explain everything to us. I recommend it. We were there in the spring.
Six of us, a group of friends, wanted a quick lunch and stumbled upon this small restaurant, sitting outside on a spring-like day. Excellent dishes, including some local specialties. The tortelli lucchesi were very good. The wine selection exceeded expectations, with an excellent Bolgheri at a more than reasonable price. The service was very friendly and efficient. The bill was absolutely reasonable. A pleasant surprise and a much-appreciated lunch.
