16/02/2026: I went for lunch with my husband. The atmosphere was intimate, quiet, and the view from outside the restaurant was beautiful. It was a shame about the incredibly long wait, both to order and especially to receive the food. 45 minutes for an appetizer! The price-quality ratio was unjustified.

11/04/2026: I was in Lucca for a day with my girlfriend, and in the meantime, we decided to come and eat at this beautiful place. The place looks very nice and has a lot of untapped potential. During the week, when I booked, I looked at the menu. While I was there, I found another one that changed my whole mood for coming here.
I decided to order a tagliata that I couldn't stomach. Maybe I'm just weird, but it's no coincidence that I learned he'd even competed at four other restaurants and came in last. I asked myself a question and gave myself an answer. I hope things can only get better. The bill didn't reflect what I ate, including appetizer, dessert, coffee, and limoncello. I was disappointed and bitter.
06/04/2026: Welcoming and smiling staff. Simple, authentic food in a quiet atmosphere. Even my Indian guests enjoyed it and were satisfied.

22/09/2025: Eating on a terrace with a view of wonderful gardens, excellent service, and the entire staff was extremely friendly. It was truly an extraordinary experience. We ordered gnocchi, Milanese, angelotto, and tagliatelle, all delicious, as was the bread basket.

12/10/2025: We were camping nearby for a few days and wanted to do some shopping on Saturday afternoon. According to the internet, the market was supposed to be open from 5 p.m., but when we arrived, it was closed. Opening hours on Saturdays are only until 1:30 p.m. A shame.
16/09/2025: An unforgettable evening, spaghetti with homemade basil pesto, white wine... the warmth, simply perfect! This will remain a highlight of our trip to Italy this year. Thank you.

29/01/2026: An enchanting place in the Elba mountains.
At the entrance, you'll find a blackboard with the prices for each course. There's no real menu, but depending on the evening, there will be an appetizer/first course/second course option, whether meat or fish.
The staff is very friendly and courteous, and they even recommended splitting the appetizer to get the most out of it.
The four of us ordered:
2 seafood appetizers to share (1/2 each)
2 seafood first courses
1 meat second course
1 seafood second course (but there was very little seafood here, and it was only spinach)
1 bottle of wine
2 desserts
Total less than €40 per person
Highly recommended if you like beautiful, authentic locations and first courses.
