The place is truly beautiful and unique. Being housed in a former Anglican church, the atmosphere is unique and original, certainly one of the pizzeria's strong points.
Unfortunately, however, my overall experience wasn't so positive. Despite having reserved for four people, once we were seated at our table, we were left without a menu. After seeing other customers arrive, seated near us and arriving later, who were given menus and their orders taken, we decided to report it, thinking it was simply an oversight by the waitress.
After ordering, we waited about 30-40 minutes for our pizzas. By then, we had already finished our beers and had to order more to accompany our dinner. Considering it was a Tuesday night and the place wasn't particularly crowded, the wait seemed a bit excessive.
The episode that left us most perplexed, however, occurred at the end of the meal. While my three friends had already finished their food, I was still finishing my pizza and even had one last piece on my plate. The waitress came to clear the table and asked if she could take my plate away as well. To avoid any embarrassment, I took the last piece of pizza and let her take it away, thus continuing to eat without even having it in front of me. The curious thing is that, while she was still clearing our plates, she asked us if we wanted dessert.
I admit that I don't usually leave negative reviews, and I understand that distractions or less fortunate days can happen. However, on more than one occasion, we felt like we were a bit "in the way" and needed to vacate the table quickly. We felt like when grandma takes your plate away from you because she already has to clean up the dishes!
It's a shame, because the location is truly charming and deserves service worthy of the experience it promises. One last observation that may be useful for restaurant management: at a certain point, I heard some drops falling and, initially thinking it was raining, I looked up at the ceiling. I then realized that the air conditioner above our table was dripping. To make it easier to identify the problem, we were sitting at the first table on the right as we entered, in the covered area next to the entrance.
I'm simply mentioning this because I imagine it's a technical issue that can be easily resolved and will improve customer comfort.

Excellent pizza, good service. I've read about biblical wait times in other reviews, but our pizza arrived promptly.

A lovely restaurant with delicious food. The tagliata de manzo was always cooked pink and juicy. The fish dishes were fresh and very well prepared. The meal was complemented by a changing selection of desserts, some homemade, including a very good, creamy tiramisu and the regional dessert Versilia, which is quite rare. The service was always attentive and courteous. We've been here three times now and have always been satisfied.

Unfortunately, the pizza was a bit soggy in the middle; the oven probably wasn't hot enough.

The pizza was delicious. We ordered takeout on Easter Monday. It's a shame I live there, otherwise it would probably be my go-to pizzeria.
