25/03/2026: A well-decorated restaurant with a high-quality selection of round pizzas. The gourmet pizzas are well-designed, but sometimes they aren't hot enough at the table for the (excellent) ingredients that are added "on arrival." The dough is light and the beers excellent. Definitely recommended.

The first time I tried a pizza that was incredible, truly one of the best I've ever had. We enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to return, and this time I ordered seafood pasta that was also spectacular.
The food in general is very high quality, the prices are quite reasonable, and the value for money is excellent. Furthermore, the service was very good at all times and super fast, which is much appreciated.
Without a doubt, a place we would return to.

Beautiful location and super fast service, considering it was a Saturday.
Quality and very good food.
I loved the three tartares and the tagliolini with truffle. I also tried the cold cuts, which were super fresh.
I would have preferred the dessert to be softer...we really appreciated the bread, which I think was homemade.
We'll definitely be back!

01/04/2026: Terrible service. I wonder how anyone can work in the restaurant industry with so much pent-up anger. To the elderly lady who ignored us and treated us rudely: it's never too late in life to learn good manners. If you don't enjoy interacting with people, perhaps it's best to stay home. The quality of the food (the steak was wrong because she didn't ask us how it was cooked) doesn't justify such discriminatory treatment.
01/04/2026: The food was okay, but the staff was terrible. The older waitress was very rude to us and very kind to the people at the next table: a blatant and annoying inequality of treatment. I don't know if it's racist. She didn't even ask for the meat to be cooked, ruining the dish. A place that doesn't know what hospitality is.

17/01/2026: We stopped by chance for Sunday lunch... fresh pasta made by them without gluten; I finally got to try the ravioli mugellani, and they were delicious!!
The fried gluten-free fish was also special, plentiful and very tasty.

01/04/2026: Beautiful hotel and good service. The only downside was the room heating; we were cold. The hotel staff did their best to raise the temperature of the radiator, but it wasn't enough. Everything else was very good. The breakfast is very complete, and there's a parking lot next to the hotel (although you have to go up a long ramp and some stairs). The view is very nice.
26/03/2026: Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Tuscany. The only downside is that the blankets aren't sufficient for the cold nights, even with the heating on full blast. Keep in mind that there's no 24-hour front desk, and while there's a parking lot right next to the hotel, it involves climbing several stairs. Access to the hotel from the village streets is practically impossible. Excellent value for money and ideal for exploring Tuscany.

I returned after a few years, and the quality has improved significantly, thanks to Luca, the manager.
18/08/2025: I had the pleasure of having breakfast and dinner at the Mariva Dune restaurant with my family, and the experience was exceptional!
The location is perfect: very close to the sea, yet immersed in a green oasis that guarantees a truly relaxing atmosphere.
The food is top-quality, with fresh, tasty dishes prepared with great attention to detail.
The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, and the attention to detail, including that of the property manager, Luca, makes the experience even more pleasant and exclusive.
Highly recommended for those seeking nature, excellent cuisine, and a relaxing atmosphere. We'll be back soon!
