23/07/2025: The food was good, the place was nice. The waitress was really unwelcoming, and actually, her manners were really unpleasant. We didn't have a bad meal. Would I go back? No. There are better places in that area.

21/07/2025: Excellent food at good prices. The atmosphere seems a bit formal; we were with two children, but the staff was very friendly and made you feel at ease right away. The meat tordelli were truly special.

28/05/2025: Rustic and very good! We ate the tomato soup and steak with green pepper sauce and spinach and porcini. Very tasty and friendly service. Quite ok wine list. If you want a view, sit inside.

11/05/2025: Unfortunately I have to change my mind from the previous five star review…. Much worse! Terrible first courses... 2 tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms which were practically plain tagliatelle without even a bit of oil, drained and put on the plate... not even a hint of porcini mushrooms - pappardelle with wild boar in white without sauce and with coarse pieces of wild boar thrown in (pappardelle with wild boar undoubtedly comes with sauce...) The second courses had cuts full of calluses and the chicken was inedible because it was raw. The side dishes with baked potatoes soaked in oil and who knows how many times reheated due to their dark colour, the fried artichokes dried and fried with used oil…. We're not really there!!!!! I don't know if the chef has changed (so to speak), if it's an economic choice or what but this way you lose customers! I take away the positive review given and it will certainly be the last time I come..

04/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato divinamente! Non ci siamo concentrati sui primi, che, però, sono sicura che meritano: abbiamo provato la tartare come antipasto (tra l'altro servita con maionese fatta in casa) ed era davvero incredibile! Poi abbiamo preso una fiorentina, servita con un contorno a scelta tra quelli proposti e, devo dire, ottima! Materie prime bene selezionate e sanno lavorarle a modo! Nota di merita per la buonissima focaccia che servono insieme al pane, suppongo fatta in casa!

25/04/2025: On the recommendation of a bartender we went to this restaurant. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Photonic food, the truly special beef tartare is to be recommended. Very welcoming and helpful owner. Excellent range of wines to accompany the meal. We were also lucky enough to meet some wonderful people who made it a special evening. Thank you so much. 10/08/2025: The restaurant's location is beautiful, but it's a shame it doubles as a bar in the evening, so the loud music from the speakers carries through to the tables. The service is a sore point; when we asked for a second course to be shared between two, we were served two dirty plates with food leftovers. The place has great potential, especially given its breathtaking location on the Romito rocks; it needs work.

23/04/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato qui con due bimbe piccole dopo che dei nostri amici ne avevano parlato benissimo. Confermo la bellezza della location e la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietà. Ottimo anche il loro ristorante. Abbondante la colazione. Ampi e verdi spazi per le bambine .

18/02/2025: Scelta casuale ma decisamente azzeccata. A pranzo domenica scorsa io e mia moglie con una coppia di amici abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Tra primi, secondi, contorni e dolci abbiamo preso tutti piatti diversi (tranne due stinchi) e siamo rimasti soddisfattissimi di ognuna delle portate. Il tutto condito dalla cortesia e disponibilità della ragazza che serviva ai tavoli. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente visto che c'è ancora molto da assaggiare.

21/07/2025: I'm from Florence and have been to this restaurant several times, but now it's no longer a good pizzeria but is exclusively a tourist restaurant. The ingredients are no longer of good quality, and we had a truly awful pizza. The buffalo mozzarella, ordered raw, tasted like block mozzarella. A real shame.

15/06/2025: I was passing through with my partner around lunchtime and we stopped to eat, Beef carpaccio and sliced ​​beef excellent very tasty meat. Definitely worth returning, unfortunately the distance does not allow too many km.

12/07/2025: Notre coup de cœur en Toscane depuis des années. Un peu en dehors de Radda, petite salle joliment décorée. Vous êtes bien accueilli par Aldo, pendant que son épouse Francesca est aux fourneaux. Nos plats préférés : en antipasto, le crostone di lardo di Colonnata e pomodori secchi et le carpacccio d'oca con vincotto ai fichi. puis le risotto al Chianti, et comme dessert le magnifique cestino croccante con crema e frutta fresca. Pour le vin, faites confiance à Aldo pour vous conseiller un Chianti Classico du coin à 25 €. Francesca vient voir les clients en fin de repas. Elle a une pêche d'enfer ! Comptez moins de 50 € vin compris.

The menu is a wonderful blend of traditional Italian dishes and creative modern interpretations. Each dish was exquisitely flavorful, prepared with fresh ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. If you value quality, atmosphere, and authentic cuisine, Le Scuderie is the place for you. We will definitely be back – we highly recommend it!
