A top-notch culinary experience. We started with exceptional appetizers: the oysters were incredibly fresh, and the shrimp cocktail was expertly prepared with top-quality ingredients.
The highlight was the cacciucco, rich in flavor and cooked according to tradition—truly superb. To finish on a high note, don't miss the zuppa inglese: it's simply superb, one of the best I've ever had.
The service is impeccable, the staff is very attentive, and the entire atmosphere is meticulously maintained. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking quality and authentic flavors. We'll definitely be back!

I'm not arguing with the quality of the ingredients, which seemed very high... unfortunately, however:
- the portions aren't generous in relation to the high cost of the dishes;
- the staff (not all of them) have everything except the appearance and attentiveness of a waiter;
- my first course tasted like nothing... for almost €18, no way!!!
Nice atmosphere, kind and welcoming staff.
Overall... nothing special.

In my opinion, it's once again the best restaurant in Castiglione.
After a while, I came here with only one idea in mind: to have lunch exclusively with mixed raw fish. Guglielmo and the staff were available from the start and satisfied my cravings to the fullest.
Fresh fish, excellent preparation, excellent attentive and courteous service, a very elegant yet friendly atmosphere, and I even had the opportunity to chat with the owner after lunch.
Of course, you can't expect it to be cheap when I wanted it, but considering all the side dishes, the price was absolutely right, and I had the feeling I was truly paying for something excellent.
Congratulations! When I'm in the area, I'll definitely be stopping by!

We truly had a wonderful time! A place nestled in the streets of Castiglione della Pescaia that embodies kindness, friendliness, hospitality, and excellent food! We had two appetizers, a tartare and a plate of mussels, cuttlefish, and octopus, which were incredibly fresh and flavorful! They melted in your mouth and were all natural, with no concoctions or condiments that hid the flavors! For main courses, we had cod on a pumpkin and cavolo nero cream and a slice of island-style sea bass! Truly excellent flavors, delicate and tasty! For dessert, cannoli on pistachio cream! Everything was truly excellent! We'll be back and highly recommended!

A great experience to repeat! It was our first time here, and we'll be back. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, the wait staff was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly, the food (fish) was excellent and beautifully presented, the wine list was extensive, and the quality/price ratio was absolutely spot on.
