It is in the center of Castiglione, near a car park, but in a restricted traffic zone. As the name suggests, it is a predominantly fish cuisine. Good ideas, at least for starters and main courses, which we tried. Extensive wine list, but without miracles: there are some good ideas, and in these parts that's already a lot. On the other hand, the prices of the labels are fair. Of course, we can no longer stand the useless plethora of Franciacorta, and the usual suspects for Northern Italy. But the excursions in Sicily are interesting. The service was good and the total bill was adequate. To return. P.S. He is not a client of mine, and I haven't had any in Castiglione for some time.

We were warned when we booked that we would eat outside, as the last remaining tables were on the veranda, and it's chilly in February. However, if I could go back, I would wait in the cold again to eat here, because it is really worth it: I struggle to find a fish restaurant this good again. As first courses we experimented with seafood chitarrine and ravioli with meat sauce. I have no words to express how good both were. As second courses, rock meatball with potatoes and sliced ​​tuna: two more haute cuisine tests. It doesn't hurt that the dessert (chocolate fondant) and coffee were also of a high standard. In short, we chose this restaurant because it was recommended by the Michelin guide, and our expectations were fully respected. I hope to have the opportunity to return.

der Hunger stoppte und in Castiglione delle Pescaia und wir schlenderten durch die Altstadt. Sahen diese Osteria und fühlten uns gleich wohl. Schönes Ambiente und nettes Personal. Das Essen war ein Traum und so feine Geschmäcker. Grazie
