19/10/2025: When vacationing in Tuscany, you have to think carefully about the right location to keep the distances somewhat under control. This was perfect for us; the complex is very well-maintained and beautifully designed. There are many vacation apartments and a few rooms, like a village in its own right.

19/10/2025: We would normally have given 5 stars, but this time only 3. The pools were all closed, even when it was 25°C and sunny, which can happen if the property deems it appropriate (they are normally open from May 1 to October 1). One point less for this decision, which went against what we were told when booking, and for the disappointment of the children; another for the refusal to provide a sun lounger to an 85-year-old guest. The staff remains friendly and competent, but obviously bound by management's decisions. We hope the property will invest a little more in maintenance of the property and in attention to guests next season.

14/02/2026: Fantastic restaurant. We had lunch in the small room with the view and the stove on a Saturday in February. The view was breathtaking, the service was fast, impeccable, courteous, and attentive. The food was delicious and the prices were fair. Thanks to Michele and Jessica for the wonderful experience in this truly enchanting place. We'll definitely be back.

15/12/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had dinner at Ristorante Da Oscar to celebrate a truly special occasion: our tenth wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Da Oscar is undoubtedly one of the most well-known and appreciated seafood restaurants in Livorno, and the experience lived up to its reputation. The restaurant immediately conveys a sense of high quality, both in terms of the ambiance and the impeccable service: attentive, professional, and always friendly, without ever being intrusive. You feel pampered from start to finish. The cuisine is excellent. We started with a trio of seafood appetizers, all of which were of the highest quality, with attention to detail and the freshest ingredients. Before that, we enjoyed a complimentary seafood cream soup, a much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates customer service and a love of hospitality. For my first course, I enjoyed an extraordinary dish: pasta with sea urchin sauce, intense, balanced, and with an authentic seafood flavor, truly memorable. To round out the dinner, desserts: a millefeuille and a cheesecake, both excellent, light, and perfectly balanced. A great added bonus was the option to order everything gluten-free, without sacrificing taste or quality: a fundamental consideration that makes the restaurant even more recommendable. In conclusion, Da Oscar is an absolute guarantee: excellent seafood cuisine, high-level service, attentive customer service, and meticulous attention to detail. A perfect restaurant for both a romantic dinner and special occasions. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 👏🍽️🐟

We had two first courses, two second courses (all seafood, of course), two desserts, a bottle of Bolgheri Vermentino, and two coffees, for a total of €105.
