31/05/2025: Amazing location, super friendly staff and Marco is a fantastic cook. Worth a small detour from the via degli Dei and take a rest day by the lovely pool if you have time. There's a fishing lake down the hill you can catch trout for lunch at!

04/05/2025: We stayed here during the Via degli Dei, and had a really great time! I think our best stop, rustic rooms are very quiet. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and also the swimming pool and the rest. But what you cannot forget will be Marco's cuisine and hospitality, Orso's stories ☺️ greetings from Anna and Cris (the survivors of Osteria Bruciata)

04/05/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, among the Chianti hills. Impeccable service, lovely environment with lots of references to cats. Excellent dishes, I don't give my best only for the temperature of the cut which was not optimal but in a mixed grill it can happen. Excellent wine map!

17/06/2025: Wonderful restaurant find a few blocks out of the main part of Montepulciano. You can drive and park there. We actually went back a second day for the soup, it was so delicious. Everything we had was very good. The wife chef and her husband were charming. Nice terrace overlooking The town.

12/06/2025: Unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience - the service staff also realized they weren’t at their best tonight. We waited 1hr for a drink, another 30mins to take our order, and then finally they gave us some bread. We went for the pizza, but they were “out” of it - which they only told us when taking orders. The group next to us was told the same thing but 2hrs after they’d placed orders. It was all a very strange experience. The food was so so. Tagliatelle was decent. The Gnuddi was warm, but not hot. At least the Peronis were cold. Beautiful location, just very lacklustre overall. Maybe it was because we were the second service of the night? We arrived at 720pm... We were very honest at the end of the dinner, but the waitress just kind of shrugged her head. No apologies; more like defeat. Whereas Agriturismo Nobile next door was fantastic!

17/05/2025: We loved Jair! The food has a great price value, the owner and his daughter were extremely nice and explained any dishes we didn't understand. They were very accommodating and the dishes were delicious! We had different bruschetti, two primi pasta dishes and a secondo piatto to share and paid around 40 €. 😍 We would definitely recommend.

12/06/2025: We had a homemade tagliatelli with fresh truffle, it was amazing! The Chef served it himself. The T-bone steak was cooked to the perfection. Kind waitress, good house wine and good prices.

10/06/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was not convincing. Non-existent welcome. The pizza was flavorless (even though it was a 4 Saisons pizza) and the dough was very average. Very surprised by the lack of attention shown to customers upon entering the restaurant 🤔 Luckily, the bill was a small amount.

19/06/2025: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. My tagliata was completely stringy. I complained directly and politely and asked for a different dish. However, the owner did not respond appropriately. I ordered a different dish, and the tagliata was placed on my table, wrapped up, without being asked. When I paid, I saw that I had been charged the full price for the tagliata, which I, of course, paid. As a restaurateur, you should learn to deal with criticism. However, the reactions in past reviews show me how poorly the restaurant handles it. I cannot recommend either the food or the owner. On the other hand, his staff were very nice and helpful. Your description is unfortunately incorrect. I chose a different dish because the tagliatta was so bad. The pasta dish I chose as an appetizer was good. This prompted me to choose it again to avoid taking any risks. It's terrible how you handle constructive criticism. But we've already read this in past recessions. I wish you a wonderful life, too.

24/06/2025: Very warm welcome, ample parking, very pleasant terrace, fairly fast service, and food and wines that offer more than reasonable value for money. Highly recommended (provided you make a reservation). The dishes are just a little lacking in flavor, but that's a very personal opinion.

02/05/2025: Posto molto interessante,alla periferia di Montecatini ,tagliere toscano con salumi ottimi e focaccetta fantastica ,i primi molto buoni...gnocchetti al sugo di granchio e tordelli al ragù..il tutto annaffiato da un buon bianco.prezzi al di sotto della media per la qualità .Consigliatissimo

08/06/2025: I am living for three months in Pisa, because im doing a fellowship, and trattoria da Michele is the best place till now. It is not very expensive, it has delicious and clean food and polite staff! 10/10!!

11/06/2025: I haven't eaten a crudité like this in a long time. Live, fresh fish, expertly cooked and everything well looked after in detail. The crudité had oysters, truffles, Olbia mussels and hairy mussels, cod caught in Iceland and processed in Spain, scampi, pink shrimp, red shrimp, tuna tartare and capers. My mother had the warm shellfish and bottarga salad, it was delicious, the calamari were small. Then we had a large grouper caught that same afternoon and prepared all'isolana. A dessert and a bottle of wine, water, everything perfect. We spent €83 each, €40 was just the bottle, so it's worth every penny. Now, this is recommended. The place is full on a Wednesday night, the first 10 days of June, reservations recommended.
