10/07/2025: We went for lunch and arrived just as they were closing, yet the chef invited us in, cooked for us, and served us himself in a very personal and professional manner. He was very friendly and showed us places to visit in Tuscany. The food was delicious, it took no time at all to prepare, and he was attentive to us at all times. He served us delicious appetizers. He even played Spanish music for us to feel at home. We highly recommend it! 👌🏼👌🏼

29/06/2025: Ordered take-away pizzas, they were very kind to have them ready at the requested time, fresh from the oven. Excellent flavor, even the gluten-free one, they made the Meyer day hospital jealous for the aroma released. Honest price (39€) for 3 porcini and truffle pizzas, they also offered us 3 drinks. It had been a few years since I had a meal at their place, also because of my wife's gluten intolerance, but now that I know that even that is not a problem... we will definitely be back.

02/08/2025: My boyfriend and I spent a day in beautiful Florence. We were looking for a place to enjoy a cup of espresso early in the day, and there we found La Carbonata! The coffee was perfect, and a sweet dark-haired waiter welcomed us with open arms. He gave us great advice about the city, what to see and what to do. We decided later in the day that we would also spend our evening there. We both had the best and most delicious pasta dish during our week's vacation! Everything was perfect! The ingredients were all homemade. In addition, it should be mentioned that the staff, from waiters to chefs, were so sweet and passionate about their work. Especially the waiter Andrea (the dark-haired one from before) was sweet and extremely passionate about his work. Thank you for a fantastic experience La Carbonata! And see you again🍝🙌

22/07/2025: Beautiful restaurant on the beach, great fresh fish and nice atmosphere especially on Thursday night with live music. The only negative point is the reservation process; the lady has an attitude to make you feel unwelcome. So if you overpass this feeling expect a great evening

18/06/2025: terrible service, slow, they brought the food with different waiting times, some were starting to eat and some were finished. not very good food. tried to call the waiters several times with poor results since they don't even look at you and some only speak English. terrible value for money.

Consiglio di fermarsi, prenotando, a mangiare.Infatti, sono buoni gli antipasti e i primi, specialmente il risotto.Ottima la tagliata di chianina. La pizza è davvero buonissima e digeribile. buono e veloce il servizio e buoni i prezzi.

25/07/2025: Zeer goede en heel vriendelijke bediening. Lekkere cocktails die hun geld zeker waard zijn (ongeveer €8 per cocktail). En natuurlijk lekker eten op een aangenaam terras, weg uit de drukte. Kleine tip: even wachten met eten te bestellen want het komt snel.

14/05/2025: Mai 2025 - antipasta und dann Picci … ein Traum - mit familiären und sehr freundlicher Atmosphäre / vorrangig einheimische, die gute Stimmung zeigen! Preis - Leistung top - und der holzpizza Ofen immer gefüllt (trotzdem hat der Koch Zeit für Scherze) Alles Sehr zu empfehlen !!!

25/07/2025: Ristorante tipico toscano , location che ricorda le trattorie di un tempo, ottimi sapori , piatti cucinati con maestria unitamente ad ingredienti di livello . Personale gentile e chef che viene personalmente ai tavoli. Tutto molto buono , carne suprema e cotta alla perfezione. Bellissima esperienza

13/07/2025: Very fast service and excellent food. The first courses were far better than the second courses. Tortelli with ragù were very good, well-seasoned and delicious, with a very flavorful filling. Pappardelle with venison were exquisite, with chunks of venison (it's a shame it wasn't in the second course). Ravioli with duck and truffle sauce, a truly special dish worth trying. For the second course, duck on a bed of creamed leeks and roast veal belly: certainly well-cooked, but in my opinion, the first courses are much superior. Tiramisu (good and plentiful). Coffee, water, and wine. €85 for two adults and one child. If you're in the area, stop by. :)

27/06/2025: A hidden gem in the mountains! We loved it so much, we came back the next day. Every dish, from antipasti to pasta, soup, and pizza, was full of heart and flavor. What truly stayed with us was the warmth of the staff — so genuinely kind, smiling, and attentively thoughtful in every detail. The rock playlist was a lovely extra for us! Really, a beautiful, authentic place that touched our hearts. :)
