Here's what won us over: The Appetizer: An exceptional 12-course menu, each more delicious than the last. Each dish was meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor. The First Courses: We continued with two pasta dishes that literally took us by surprise. Enveloping aromas and authentic flavors will captivate you from the first bite. The Atmosphere and Location: The restaurant is located in a charming and magical little square. Making the evening even more special was the adjacent church, illuminated, open even at night and freely accessible for a rejuvenating stroll between courses. 12/08/2026: A charming location, a pleasant appetizer carefully presented by the tall, slender waiter. Very good ravioli. Grilled meat tasted like firelighters (unpleasant to the taste and smell), black pork, and chicken. Average value for money: two appetizers, one first course, and two second courses, €90.

01/08/2026: Gluten free pizzas and pasta available - to start I had a gluten free focaccia loaded with fresh tomatoes; for main I had a gluten free spaghetti carbonara - the food was delicious! 4 stars given as we had to wait a little while for a table and when we did get one it was very cramped - in fairness we were a group of 6 and we didn’t pre book so in future we would book ahead. Lots of veggie options too and everyone in our group really enjoyed the food. I recommend the Etna Rosso red wine - very smooth and drinkable! We had complementary prosecco on arrival and I was given a separately packaged GF roll whilst the remainder of my group had fresh bread. Service was great and we would definitely recommend this place for coeliacs and those who are also dairy free and veggie / vegan!

27/03/2026: Bar opened in 2003 in Cepagatti (PE). Spacious and bright, with beautiful windows overlooking the square of a residential center. The bar also has outdoor seating for warmer weather. Ample parking. Decent selection of pastries, very friendly staff. Very pleasant atmosphere. Prices in line with the market.

09/05/2026: Wonderful experience. The views force you to take dozens of photos (day and night). Rafael (?) took exceptional care of us including an impromptu dinner in the lounge on a chilly spring evening. Loved it.

08/05/2026: A pleasant stay in a hotel nestled in an oasis of peace and relaxation, because that's what the island of Salina is all about. The hotel is simple and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Our only complaint was that some hotel services were unavailable, likely because the season is just starting. Overall, the experience was positive.

07/04/2026: The staff was very kind and incredibly friendly. We ordered pasta, pizza, and a schnitzel. The schnitzel was the most delicious of all, even though it was missing some vegetables. The coffee was exquisite. We had a great time, thank you.

28/07/2026: Luisa was superb. She was with us every step of the way, from the moment we walked in, a little intimidated by the big step, to the day our dream finally came true. Her professionalism, availability, and attention to detail always made us feel at ease and supported. The menu was tailor-made, using the highest quality products. From the simply divine aperitif by the sea to the dinner, every course was impeccable and meticulously prepared. The dessert and fruit buffet took our breath away: a true feast for the eyes and the palate. Dejavù isn't just a location, it's a place where dreams come true. It truly makes you want to get married every day! Highly recommended!

21/06/2026: I attended a wedding at Déjà-vu restaurant and had a truly excellent experience. The venue is well-maintained, elegant, and welcoming, perfect for important events. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and prepared with great attention to detail. The staff was professional, courteous, and always available, helping to make the evening enjoyable and well-organized. Kudos to all the staff for their dedication and passion. Highly recommended for ceremonies and special events!

21/06/2026: Terrible experience, we didn't even have lunch. Slow and disorganized service, unhelpful staff. It's a shame because the place is very beautiful.

17/07/2026: We ended up eating at this "restaurant" by chance... I hope I don't have to experience these coincidences a second time. Despite the beautiful setting, the service and the food were very disappointing. My wife's food was placed on the table without the other plate (set table upon arrival) being cleared. I myself had to wait another 5 minutes, meaning my wife had to start eating already. If they were going to charge a person for a smile and friendliness, I would leave everything and leave. When you ask for the bill, the waiter throws a booklet on the table containing.....a written price. So you couldn't check what was charged for the food and drinks. Bad experience and not worth repeating.

16/06/2026: We came from the Hotel Olimpo, a nice spot for the beach. However, the staff don't seem to enjoy their work. I think the girl behind the bar, in particular, is fed up with it🤨. It's also a bit odd that you aren't allowed to choose which sunbed to take. We only had lunch here, paninis. Fine, but not really melted well.

31/07/2026: A classic trattoria. Few choices but excellent dishes. For a quick, unpretentious lunch.

15/07/2026: They should protect it like the WWF does with endangered species. The food is super solid, no frills, substantial, and plentiful. I probably wouldn't bring a new girlfriend here right away, but I'd definitely bring my best friend! The atmosphere is like an old-fashioned osteria, which is a rarity these days! I go there often, and I'll go back even more often.

07/05/2026: I haven't been there in a long time, the place is still the same, with its retro charm, but it's a shame because I remembered the pizza being better, next time I'll try the fish, that used to be very good too!

02/05/2026: Visited his restaurant on the Sunday before Easter. We all had a wonderful time. Food was great but even better was the welcome and the generosity of our hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed the mains and a lovely tiramisu as well as the home made marmalade.

18/08/2026: Caponata with swordfish, rating 3 (It was eggplant in sauce; caponata is something else entirely) Crudite fish, rating 4 (More fruit than fish to fill the plate...the fish was sparse and mediocre) Spaghetti with sea urchins, rating 5 (€22, my heart aches for 60 grams of pasta and traces of sea urchins) Bottom line: either I've had the wrong night or it's really not worth it.
