03/05/2026: Everything was perfect. Those who give the place a negative review because of the high price should go to McDonald's for lunch. Beautiful location, clean, fast, friendly staff, and above all, excellent food. From Catanzaro, that's all.

26/04/2026: At first it seems like a nice place with good food and friendly staff, but in reality it's not like that at all... we waited at least 1 hour/1 hour and then 1 of the 4 dishes we had ordered arrived, and it was almost cold. After 10 minutes, 2 more arrived almost cold too. By the time the fourth dish arrived we had all already finished eating, at least this one arrived hot 🙄. When we asked the staff how long it would be until our dishes were ready, they always told us they were arriving, or that they were ready so we stayed quiet but in reality nothing arrived. I must also mention the quality of the dishes, almost raw pasta for 2 of the 4 dishes, then the pasta with shrimp looked nothing like that magnificent photo on Google, they put 4 pieces of tiny 🦐 and then they put 7 pieces of shrimp heads (which obviously are not edible) to trick you into thinking there were a lot of them but instead you eat 99.99% (raw) pasta. At least the view from the terrace was beautiful. Total: €100 for a very disappointed experience. So my advice: find another place to eat. 05/05/2026: The service is quick and very friendly, and the place is cozy. However, the mixed fried fish platter fell short: the calamari was bland, there were very few small fish, and the filling consisted of salad, frozen fries, lemon, and orange slices.

08/05/2026: I randomly walked into this restaurant and they were going to start service an hour later but they kindly offered me to sit in and served me coffee. I waited until they opened the restaurant and I was served by Angelica. Angelica’s service was outstanding and she was sooo lovely. She recommended me two starters. The oysters were 10/10 and the tuna was so delicious. I am so happy I randomly walked into this gem while trying to find another restaurant Google was recommending. This place deserves more than 5 starts !!

06/05/2026: Amazing! The food is of the highest quality. The taste and presentation of every dish is perfect. The owner, who visits each table, is very friendly and cares that each individual has an experience that they won't soon forget.

24/05/2026: A truly excellent experience. The pizza by the meter is among the best I've ever tasted: perfectly crispy, rich in flavor, and prepared with great care. The impeccable service and helpful staff, always extremely kind and attentive to their customers, made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

24/09/2025: We organized a wonderful party for about 60 people at Manuja in September 2025 under the new management of Giorgia and her husband. Aside from their kindness and helpfulness, the food was delicious, we had a great time, the place was magical, and the buffet was so good! We had both vegetarians and celiacs, and they were able to accommodate every request. Thank you so much for organizing our pre-wedding!

07/05/2026: I haven't been there in a long time, the place is still the same, with its retro charm, but it's a shame because I remembered the pizza being better, next time I'll try the fish, that used to be very good too!

02/05/2026: Visited his restaurant on the Sunday before Easter. We all had a wonderful time. Food was great but even better was the welcome and the generosity of our hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed the mains and a lovely tiramisu as well as the home made marmalade.

30/03/2026: Family-run restaurant. The atmosphere is a bit basic, but the food is excellent and the prices are more than fair.

11/04/2026: Even though it's been around for decades, this was my first time there. The restaurant is spread over two floors. The rooms aren't very large, but they're welcoming. The waitresses (all women) are kind and efficient. I ate well. Recommended!

12/11/2025: "Where's the Calamari?" My friend asked me when we ordered the Calamari pasta. This is the best way I can sum up our visit to Ingrid. For €18 it was terrible value and student quality food with barely any Calamari. The waiter told us there was no menu, which I found quite strange, felt like a way to invent a price on the spot and see if people will pay it. Left with with bad vibes from this place. Should have trusted my initial instinct, don't really get the good reviews.
