06/05/2025: Pizzeria all'aperto nel centro di Taormina. Possibilità di scegliere tra molte varianti di pizza, dalle classiche alle gourmet guarnite con prodotti di qualità e buoni. Si viene subito accolti da un aperitivo di benvenuto e, in alcune sere, da gruppi di musica tradizionale. Personale disponibile e gentile.

27/09/2024: Simple and nice place overlooking the Ionian coast. The food is excellent thanks to the choice of products that tend to enhance the territory. The service is good with trained and polite guys and although the place was full we didn't wait long to have dinner.

12/09/2024: They look very appetizing, the bun is very crunchy and the ingredients are very fresh. A rustic dish, easily satiating. Fast service even though there were many of us and there was a lot of confusion! I would suggest booking before going to this place. The problem, however, is parking, you have to be careful, because there is a road, the sooner you arrive the better.

22/10/2024: The bill was absolutely inadequate I don't know, you can put the catch of the day at €75 per kilo and offer low quality fresh fish. Caponata extremely disappointing, little willingness to satisfy requests

22/04/2025: You cannot ask and think you have more. Excellent food, despite having exaggerated to try an infinite number of starters, no digestion problems. Fast and punctual service even though the place was full. Fabulous location. Not to be missed.

06/04/2025: (taken for takeaway) As for the pizzas, hot they are excellent but cold they lose a lot while the fried ones are good and not heavy. Friendly staff and very clean room. Easy to reach place with a beautiful view of the sea. Small personal criticism of the mayonnaise they give in sachets, because I don't like the flavor of the brand they gave us.

26/09/2024: What a lovely time! We had read reviews on Villa Carla and called asking about a cooking class for dinner. The class, the food, the hospitality were all outstanding and lots of fun! Classes are only during the shoulder seasons when they aren’t so busy…we understand why! And the view at sunset is breathtaking.

21/01/2025: Bella ambientazione e atmosfera. Pesce freschissimo, che viene mostrato al tavolo per la scelta, e le ricette presentano qualche sperimentazione pur nel solco della squisita tradizione della cucina eoliana.

23/05/2025: Quaint, very local establishment in the tiny enclave of Serre di Rapolano. Lucky for us it was the only restaurant open in the town that accommodated our group of 5. I imagine the server was perhaps tired from a long day of serving and we were the last customers at almost 10pm. So although the service suffered a bit, the food was great!

17/04/2025: I think it's worth going earlier in the day when it's still light - because of the view. The restaurant is actually known for having a great view from there, and for that reason it is rather more expensive. The food was good, but honestly not as wow as I expected. I liked the dessert the best! The service was great – very friendly and attentive.

29/04/2025: We were so impressed by Signum on our most recent trip to Salina. Whilst we weren’t staying at the Hotel, we had the opportunity to visit the bar/restaurant a handful of times. We found the staff to be incredibly warm and generous, making us feel right at home. We’d also like to extend a special thank you to Josephina and Raffael for their kindness, for taking the time to share stories about the wines and the history of the islands, and for being so thoughtful and welcoming — especially with our little ones. The food was delicious, and locally sourced which is a huge plus! We can’t wait to come back and actually stay at the hotel next time. Grazie!
