La chef Martina è sempre all’altezza della sua stella e forse anche oltre.. Il contesto unico, la carta dei vini a dir poco strepitosa, fanno di questo angolo di paradiso una tappa obbligata per me almeno 1 volta all’anno. Gentilezza e disponibilità sono alla base in questo ristorante dove il cliente e coccolato in ogni suo desiderio. Brava Chef e bravi tutto lo staff, continuate cosi !!!

Это было незабываемое путешествие, как по мне это самое красивое место в Салине. Самый лучший ресторан и самый лучший отель. Влюблена в это место, очень советую

We first found Hotel Signum 24 years ago and had such a memorable stay that we came back for our 25th anniversary. This family run hotel has only gotten better, providing a warm and charming atmosphere in an unforgettable location, with stunning views, gourmet food, pool, spa, and comfortable rooms. We love that it is not stuffy or pretentious, and the adult children of Clara and Michele have continued the tradition providing the best of Aeolian hospitality. Salina is spectacular as well! Worth the trip!!

Only visited the restaurant by Martina Caruso which IMHO deserves a separate Google listing - won‘t be able to rate the hotel… Stunning island kitchen with local ressources. It all comes at a price tag that even for one Michelin star I would call exclusive. So this is certainly not a bargain or „good value for money“… but you fully get what you ask for. Every course is spectacularly simple and complex at once. The taste of the Aeolian island is written all over what they serve and they do it wonderfully. The service is outstandingly kind and their smile when presenting dishes insinuates… how do I put this… some well deserved pride. You will like it. I did. It‘s one of those experiences that resonates for some time.

25/09/2023: scelto tramite il punteggio delle recensioni. abbiamo speso il giusto con ottimi cibi in quantità. ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
07/09/2023: La trattoria si trova in una piazzetta del piccolo centro nebroideo. Siamo stati fortunati a trovare posto nonostante fosse una serata molto affollatta e siamo stati subito accolti gentilmente dai ragazzi del personale. Antipasto Nasense (con parecchi prodotti tipici), arrosto di carni e una degustazione di pizza al metro ci hanno fatto passare una piacevole serata tra amici. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato
