12/08/2026: A real disappointment. Five years ago, this trattoria was a true trattoria: delicious and hearty food, just like home cooking, a terrace with authentic decor, fairly quick service, and a kind and eager waitress. Today, the owners are trying to emulate a more upscale image, but they lack the skills. The food is barely tasty; they now prioritize presentation over flavor. The wait is excruciatingly long. On the other hand, taking your order is quick. We still waited almost 30 minutes for two pasta dishes. The portions are really small, and it didn't make us want to try the desserts.
It's a shame; we were looking forward to going back, but it's clear that tourism has ruined their authenticity and good, home-style cooking.

09/06/2026: House red wine from a Tetra Pak served ice-cold in juice glasses, the Maccheroni Norma were good, the service was unmotivated and grumpy, but the view of Naxos was fabulous.
Each dish was €1 more expensive on the bill than on the menu, plus a €2.50 cover charge.
Conclusion: Not recommended! There are many better restaurants in Castelmola!
27/05/2026: Stunning sea view, but the lack of customers should have been a red flag. The welcome was incredibly unpleasant, with cutlery practically thrown on the table.
The pasta was good, but the mussels in the risotto were clearly not fresh.
The service was deplorable, and the owners showed absolutely no friendliness.
The final surprise was the bill: the tomato and mozzarella starter was €27. Clearly outrageous considering the small portion. In plain terms, this kind of restaurant is a rip-off!
Absolutely avoid this place!!!

11/04/2025: Fermati a cena dopo una visita del posto per una pizza! La vista è fantastica,merita una tappa! Pizza buona! Servizio un po lento...migliorabile, ma ricordo che quella sera c'era un evento per cui probabilmente il motivo è riconducibile a quello.

15/08/2024: On s'installe en fin d'après midi pour une boisson. On demande le prix : 3€. Lorsqu'on veut payer -> 2X3 = 8 visiblement. Pour le principe ce n'est pas agréable. Ils ont finalement accepté de faire payer le prix annoncé. Sinon le lieu est assez sympathique, quoique vieillot. Un terrasse très étroite présente une très belle vue sur l'Etna. Bref, allez-y mais soyez vigilants et demandez les prix (qui comme d'habitude ne sont pas affichés)
