09/12/2025: We had a warm welcome and dined in an almost family-like atmosphere, enjoying everything from appetizers to dessert in a very relaxed atmosphere. The food was perfectly cooked. A positive experience, highly recommended!

12/11/2025: Very good, we had breakfast there, the best cornetto we ate in Italy, very well filled, and the gentleman who served us was very friendly. The cappuccino was also 10/10.

30/11/2025: A delightful, super welcoming, and very elegant place. The extremely kind owner explains the ingredients of each dish after each course. For those who want to try deliciously flavorful dishes, this is the place to be! I was blown away by the perfection of the dishes and the kindness of the chef, incredible!

09/10/2025: Review: Ristorante Panzakina Our group of five enjoyed a fabulous lunch at Ristorante Panzakina. The spaghetti cacio e pepe was perfectly balanced — creamy, peppery, and full of flavour — while the l’insalata di mare was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully seasoned. The rosato was sublime, pairing effortlessly with both dishes. Service was polished yet relaxed, with staff attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere captured effortless coastal charm, enhanced by lovely views over the boat harbour. It’s the kind of place where great food, wine, and scenery come together in perfect harmony — a true highlight of seaside dining in Sicily.

30/09/2025: I'll preface this by saying that I rarely give 5 stars. That said, I had dinner here with my husband a few days ago. The food was very good. The price was reasonable, considering we had a fish first and second course. We were treated very well. A pleasant surprise in Milazzo. I got a good recommendation from a local. Recommended. Advance reservations are required.

03/12/2025: Excellent stockfish (the Trattoria specializes in stockfish), cooked in a truly traditional, home-style manner, offering excellent value. A true trattoria, as it was once meant to be.

01/11/2025: Good Southern cuisine begins with spaghetti alla carrettiera... and I'd say we're on target! The swordfish rolls and marinated fish dishes are also excellent. The atmosphere is informal, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is prompt. I recommend it if you want to experience authentic Sicilian cuisine in a traditional restaurant.

31/10/2025: It was an evening with friends, and we were looking for a place to have dinner. We've passed by it a million times, and perhaps it would have been better to just keep going. We ordered two raw and cooked seafood appetizers (at least I expected the raw seafood to be edible, but the look of it didn't even look inviting, so I tried everything, and I can honestly say I was left hungry despite spending €35 for this dish). Two spaghetti with clams—taste? Absolutely "washed out"! I won't describe the other dishes, but I assure you, none of them reached a passing grade. The only noteworthy dish was the stockfish salad. The place, despite being overstocked, is clean. The staff was friendly. I usually write about value for money, but in this case I'll refrain from doing so. The quality was too low compared to what I could have eaten for the price I paid. Not recommended!

09/12/2025: Once we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome that, despite the winter, cheered us up. Matching the warm welcome and cheerfulness of the staff, the meticulously prepared dishes arrived, perfectly cooked and flavorful, far beyond the norm, all topped off by a staff that was more than present, helpful, and above all, friendly. Highly recommended; the chef's skill at grilling is indescribable.

07/11/2025: We went last night to this beautiful restaurant recommended by Fabrizio from Area 51. We had a wonderful time, the food was delicious, and the hospitality was top notch. We felt right at home, if not better! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Wonderful people!

Served in small portions, one after another, on multiple plates :) Delicious and fresh, tried many times and always delicious. Spaghetti with seafood... mmmm :) I RECOMMEND P.S. 02/11/2025: I was recommended this restaurant for a get-together with friends, and I must say, even though I'd been there before, it had been a long time. The first impression, as soon as we entered the room, was of a casual yet clean and tidy place. The staff was absolutely perfect, helpful, precise, and friendly. And lunch? Various appetizers—corrected if I may say so—plenty, good, nothing earth-shattering, but you'll definitely find appetizers to your liking, like meatballs, eggplant or zucchini rolls, cheeses and cured meats, stuffed mushrooms, and these are just my favorites from the multitude of appetizers. It seemed like everything was gone, but instead we moved on to two first courses. Pappardelle with mushrooms, excellent, and Trofii with pistachio, amazing. Finally, a bit of mixed roast beef and lamb, delicious. And to finish, dessert, which I personally didn't order. The price? Well, almost the same as pizza with dessert and chips, but we had a restaurant-quality lunch. Moral of the story: well done, see you again.

01/08/2025: Our family stay at this agriturismo was pure magic. The tranquility, the stunning views of the mountains and Mount Etna, the pool, and all the activities for the kids were simply perfect. But the real highlight was the hospitality of Filippo and Rita and their incredible food. The homemade Sicilian dishes they served us every night, with fresh vegetables from their garden, were hands down the best we've ever tasted. Our kids even asked why we couldn't spend all vacations here!

29/10/2025: We will never forget our stay in this magnificent place! The location is quite good, between Mount Etna, Isola Bella, and the Alcantara Gorge. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is plentiful. The dinner menu offers healthy and varied dishes. There is also a swimming pool and a reading area. While the Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, it is available in the breakfast and dinner areas. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience. I highly recommend it.

17/10/2025: The accommodation is beautifully landscaped. The room is clean and spacious. Tanja is very friendly and helpful at breakfast. She also speaks German. As a German, you'll need plenty of time at the restaurant. From appetizer to main course, it takes 1.5 hours. They said that's normal in Sicily. 🤔 We'll see, we'll try a different restaurant tomorrow.

24/10/2025: All in all great food, excellent owner/staff and lovely little courtyard. Food was fresh and not rushed. We ordered a mix of seafood, meat and parmigano melanzane all went down a treat.
