09/05/2026: Much better than rated! We came here after strolling through Taormina. Don't be intimidated by the large menus. The owner and his team take excellent care of their guests. The swordfish carpaccio was perfect, and the pasta was superb. They even offer complimentary bruschetta beforehand and almond liqueur afterward. Cloth tablecloths and napkins complete the ambiance. The value for money is very good. We can't understand the bad reviews.

05/04/2026: Carletto in Sant'Angela di Militello was a truly pleasant experience. Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the service, and, of course, the food. Among the dishes, the swordfish rolls stand out, a true house specialty: tender, flavorful, and grilled. A delicacy truly worth trying.

The food is truly excellent, carefully prepared and full of flavor, perfect for both dinner and a quality aperitif. The atmosphere is made even more special by the music, always perfect and engaging, creating a pleasant and never boring atmosphere. A great strength is the staff: professional, welcoming, and always smiling. Special thanks to Danilo, Vincenzo, and Marisa, truly talented and attentive to every detail. The first thing to highlight is undoubtedly the staff: bartender DANILO is a guarantee, always professional and friendly, while MARISA is super helpful and attentive to every need, always making you feel at ease. It's the perfect place to spend the best Friday evenings, in a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The food is also excellent, with a special mention for the pizza, truly delicious. Highly recommended!

26/04/2026: For a week, we chose Salina as our base, and Antoni's Trattoria for our dinners. A true delight: every evening, a generous aperitif on their terrace with a sublime view, the kindness of our waitress, then in a beautiful, simple dining room, the equally generous cuisine of Antoni and his two chefs: a dazzling array of antipasti, succulent pasta, and the best tiramisu in Italy! We will remember it fondly. A big thank you to Antoni and his team.

02/05/2026: We had lunch with superb views! I had a menu with pasta and sardine (delicious) and as main dish, swordfish with potatoes, so tasty. My wife had prosciutto e funghi pizza, quite good. The waiters were welcoming, overall I would recommend 100% !

28/11/2025: Beautiful setting and super romantic. Food was delicious and staff were lovely. Portions are small so marked down for that in terms of value for money. Marked down on service as was charged an additional €30 for a bottle of wine we did not order. Did not notice until we got back to the hotel as we were in a rush to pay because it started to rain and we were outside! With that being said I would go again, without the kids and make sure I check the bill properly next time! The outdoor terrace is truly stunning.

23/10/2025: This restaurant may as well be one of the best places I’ve ever had dinner. We found it online and decided to check it out spontaneously, and just wow. The garden is beautiful, with several citrus trees. Super romantic atmosphere. All the staff has specific roles, so the sommelier only does take wine orders, the waitresses only bring food and take away empty plates or refill empty glasses and there are separate people for taking food orders or bringing out the bill. Although it might feel a bit slow (reading some of the other comments), there definitely is a system in place that works well. And then the food… eating a variety of vegetarian food has been difficult in Sicily. Not at this restaurant; they have an amazing selection of high quality vegetarian food. Probably the best vegetarian food we’ve ever had. We started with a delicious burrata and tomatoes, then lemon linguini, fried artichoke and shared two desserts. We did not have any wine, just two bottles of water and I was surprised with how low the bill was for the amazing quality of food. Feels like dining in a Michelin setting, but for a super reasonable price. Thank you to the staff for this amazing experience!

21/04/2026: Characteristic place, very bright, all in a single room, clean, very original tables, precise service, different varieties of pizza. I can list the pizza as I have not used the restaurant, but excellent especially for the quality/price ratio... I recommend it.
