29/08/2025: When we first walked in the door, the old gentlemen (owner) was sitting behind the register…granted, he was half asleep and the place was busy. LOL. The grandson was our waiter and guided us well through the menu. We ordered authentic and WE GOT IT! Family owned, fresh with locals every. It was sooo good, paired with a wonderful local wine. I HIGHLY recommend this place…moreover, caprese salad, seafood ravioli and the swordfish!! YUMMY!

29/04/2025: Nous avons mangé chez Nni Lausta le lundi de Pâques et choisi le menu (45 e) : une mise en bouche déjà intéressante avec de l'espadon fumé et puis la déclinaison italienne classique : antipasti, pasta (raviolis au basilic, une tuerie), brochette de poisson, dessert. Sans entrer dans le détail : le raffinement des saveurs et des associations, toujours ancré dans la cuisine et les produits locaux font d'une visite chez Nni Lausta une expérience qu'on oublie pas et qu'on souhaite renouveler. La gentillesse de l'accueil, la qualité des attentions ne font que renforcer l'envie d'y retourner. Et pour couronner, les vins de l'azienda Caravaglio qui sont proposés à prix d'ami sont des pépites à découvrir pour tous les amateurs des vins des île siciliennes. Merci au chef, merci à Rosanna et Fabio et à leur équipe pour la cena du lundi de Pâques et pour la pranza de ce lundi 28 avril.

04/06/2025: Es gibt auf den Äolischen Inseln sicherlich günstigere Flecken als Panarea. Aber wenn die Qualität passt - wie hier im wunderbaren Cusiritati, dann investiert man gern auch ein wenig mehr in einen superben Lunch. Und wenn dann auch noch 3 exquisite Grüsse aus der Küche kommen vor dem Hauptgericht und danach ein phantastisches Eis, dann verlässt der Gast das Lokal einfach sehr zufrieden. Beigetragen hierzu hat auch der aufmerksame Service und der Prime View auf die Bucht. Das Cusiritati auf Panarea - eine echte Empfehlung!

29/05/2025: Best meal in Italy so far! We had the salad with buffalo mozzarella and the seafood pasta. Nothing was left! Perfect setting and wonderful family on top of the food.

24/08/2025: The food here is absolutely excellent and delicious. We also spent our vacation at the La Bussola apartments. I highly recommend it. The owners are super friendly and wonderful hosts 😍 I would stay with them again whenever I visit my hometown, as long as the apartments aren't fully booked, of course, as they are in high demand.

19/08/2025: An extraordinary culinary experience, where the excellence of the food is combined with perfect service. A true gem for lovers of good food. However, as lovers of live music, we were literally captivated, fascinated, and transported to a world of special emotions by Maestro pianist Pino Portelli, whom we had previously heard play. The evening began with a quieter, more elegant atmosphere, perfect for conversation and enjoying the company. Late in the evening, when we had all almost finished our dinner, the climax occurred. Great music, the pianist gave his best. A pure spectacle, engaging for all the guests present. Everyone listened to his wonderful performances of classical music, famous pieces, from challenging jazz to rock to classical, all with extraordinary arrangements and the addition of incredible virtuosity. This was the first time, and I'm not just talking about Lipari, that we witnessed such an extraordinary event that captured our minds and hearts. Everyone, including the chef, was in the dining room applauding the maestro, including some youngsters, undoubtedly budding musicians. A wonderful experience that was priceless and, above all, one we will never forget. If you're looking for an excellent restaurant that also features a first-rate musician and a talented pianist, look no further, Chimera is the perfect choice! We will gladly return. 100% recommended

24/08/2025: This place is perfect and no question the best beach club in the area. We just spent a glorious day there yesterday before flying home. Beautiful surroundings, staff are immaculate and food was delicious. Can’t recommend highly enough.

20/08/2025: We stayed at this hotel. The location, the view, and the pool are definitely the unbeatable features of this venue; they make everything more special. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the service. The staff is friendly, but not particularly attentive, or rather, not for a 5-star hotel. The pool is managed by a single person who is constantly moving in and out, so sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes for a tablecloth, a drink, etc. The management of the loungers in the pool area is poor. People were putting tablecloths down at 9:00 in the morning to get seats, went off to do their own thing, and then came back hours later, and no one bothered to tell them that this kind of management is unethical. We returned at 3:00 in the morning. We were told the reception was open 24/7. Unfortunately, we rang repeatedly for 10 minutes, both at the main door and the service door, to no avail. At the last minute, when we were sure we'd be left out, they answered the phone and let us in. When we went up to our room to go to bed, we found a long hair between the sheets and the mattress cover. The rooms aren't the prettiest I've ever seen, but they are tastefully furnished and functional. They lack a full-length mirror, which I personally love having in my room. At breakfast, no one approached us to ask if we wanted coffee, cappuccino, or anything else. There wasn't a lot of continental selection, but what was available was very high quality—mostly Italian-style. As we left, they told us to go downstairs because the car was ready downstairs. When we got downstairs, we saw the car parked in the guest parking spaces, but we didn't know where the key was. Then, on the way there, we remembered where the valet had "hidden" it, but no one had told us. I would definitely return for the view, the good, quality food, although the pool area service was a bit slow, and the overall management of the facility in terms of quality and customer service could, in my opinion, be improved.

29/07/2025: We decided to have lunch at Trattoria Don Nino, drawn by the aromas that waft along the street every day. It was a delightful discovery. At the end of lunch, we reflected on how it had been a long time since we'd eaten so well. Authentic flavors, friendly staff, and a location that pleasantly transports you back in time. It's definitely a goodbye!

22/07/2025: At A Modo Nostro restaurant, the combination of tradition and creativity creates dishes that are beyond words. I haven't tasted such fresh and tasty shrimp in years, and all this is accompanied by a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

08/08/2025: Excellent reputation, terrible value. The spaghetti with clams is absolutely not up to par, lacking flavor and not al dente. The appetizers are good and the desserts excellent. Attentive service, the waiter is knowledgeable, humorous, and never out of place. Considering I didn't finish the first course, they could have at least offered coffee or at least a liqueur. What a shame.

01/08/2025: Our family stay at this agriturismo was pure magic. The tranquility, the stunning views of the mountains and Mount Etna, the pool, and all the activities for the kids were simply perfect. But the real highlight was the hospitality of Filippo and Rita and their incredible food. The homemade Sicilian dishes they served us every night, with fresh vegetables from their garden, were hands down the best we've ever tasted. Our kids even asked why we couldn't spend all vacations here!
