What about the arancino you can start peeling off grain by grain, with the perfection with which it was worked, with a super crunchy crust with a filling perfect. Top quality products, you can find everything you want with various flavors and products. Family run where they always welcome you with a smile and professionalism.

15/08/2024: Healthy and genuine food, cooked with love like you do at home! Everything of excellent quality, nothing is left to chance! The top for my tastes is the arancino with radicchio and taleggio... fabulous! The family and sunny environment makes you feel welcomed and pampered! I highly recommend it!

The service is excellent, the only mistake they made was getting the type of pasta wrong, a mistake that was corrected in record time, as if it had never happened. The fish is very fresh, of the day, all amazing, Recommended dishes: MIXED STARTER IL COVO SEAFOOD LINGUINE SEAFOOD PIZZA and as dessert TIRAMISU

20/07/2024: Finally, after yet another pastry shop, I found what I was looking for, desserts of the highest level. I highly recommend it.

26/03/2024: Perfectly crafted cannoli. The staff doesn't speak English, but we managed to communicate without any problems.

26/06/2024: We happened upon an evening where the owner had to be the cook and waiter. What must I say, it was excellent, from the starter, to the first course, to the dessert and the wine. The owner loves his work and it shows. Unfortunately we leave tomorrow, sorry we won't be able to go again.

01/09/2024: Inaspettata cena in un locale accogliente situato a vulcano Piano. Antipasto eccezionale con formaggi locali di qualità, involtini di Spatola al di sopra delle aspettative, leggeri, ben cotti e morbidi al palato ma il must di questo locale sono i dolci di Gilberto di grande fantasia e eccelsa qualità. La struttura offre un servizio di navetta gratuito con conducente estremamente gentile disponibile e orgoglioso di quello che offre il proprio locale. Tappa consigliata per chi viene a Vulcano.

01/09/2024: The place is nice, the pizza is good Friendly staff however an hour of waiting is fine, an hour after ordering is fine and the pizza hasn't arrived... all understandable for adults... but for a six year old girl?? The single star is in fact reserved for the VERY BAD ATTENTION AND CONSIDERATION FOR THE CHILDREN... when ordering we had asked to have the pizza for the little girl first given that it was 11pm and that obviously she arrived at 10pm and after more than an hour of waiting it was affirmed and tired…. at 00.00 the pizza for the little girl still hadn't arrived... which obviously arrived with the whole order, in fact the last one!! …probably being full of summer makes you forget good manners.. Really bad …

31/08/2024: I often went to the Da Clara pizzeria, but unfortunately I noticed a worsening in many aspects. POSITIVE NOTES: Always charming external environment, delicious french fries, courteous staff and excellent cleanliness of the place and toilets NEGATIVE NOTES: the quality of the pizza has really dropped, the prices are high (for example a coffee 2 euros, a 33cl bottled Coke 5 euros). The cheesecake had the crunchy part that was soft. We asked for ice for the beer that had warmed up (50 cl on tap costs 7.5 euros) and after several requests they told us that the ice machine had broken (say it first right??). We ask for an additional 33cl beer on tap and it arrives after being asked 3 times when our friend had already practically finished the pizza. All these aspects need to be reviewed NB: To be fair, only one of our friends liked the pizza, everyone else didn't

03/08/2024: Nice and easy going bar to get a few drinks at night. It’s not too fancy and that’s actually what we liked a lot. Would recommend having a beer here!

24/07/2024: Best bar in Taormina! Great selection of craft ales. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The sharing meat and cheese platter is superb!

03/08/2024: Just outside Porta Messina, a non-touristy place with excellent food and fresh fish, unfortunately I also noticed an error on the receipt for something not ordered (promptly returned) but this does not go beyond the 4 stars, all in all a nice experience

23/08/2024: A family-run restaurant found by chance on Google. A really nice place away from the daily noise which, together with the well-kept location and large garden, transform dinner into a moment of true relaxation. We had a good time and were treated very well by the staff, always ready to satisfy every request and above all very fast (even if crowded). I can say that I ate very well even if taste is always subjective, and the cuisine here is typical Calabrian. In addition to a fairly extensive menu they also serve pizza... which is totally different from the Neapolitan one. As always, the classic Calabrian truffle is also present. To finish bitter is whiskey offered by the house. Parking is easily found outside the venue. I make a note (but not the fault of the owner or the staff who, however, in my opinion should intervene) when in the middle of the evening loud noises coming from the garden and caused by rude people (first the parents) ruined all the tranquility and relaxation. Playing is one thing, shouting is no good. This is a tip.....because here you can enjoy excellent quiet. Highly recommended

16/08/2024: We randomly tested this beautiful restaurant, high up, with a view of the sea. Our meal was excellent and the staff were friendly, concerned about our comfort and the smooth running of the moment. I recommend, especially for lovers of grilled fish (the chef's assortment) and homemade pizza! Completely affordable prices.

11/08/2024: We visited the entire area of ​​Taormina and we really regret that we found this place only at the end of our stay. Great pastas and pizzas, we didn't have time to try any more. Great prices, very nice owners and young staff. Great view of the coast due to the elevated location of the restaurant. If we had stayed longer we would not have gone to any other restaurant. With Polish greetings. 🍅

18/05/2024: We recently had a wonderful meal at St. George. We had the 7-course tasting menu, though it ended up being a lot more because there were 6 canapes, a bread course and 6 petit fours. It was all delicious and perhaps the most exquisitely-looking food I've ever seen. The service was also excellent - attentive without it being pretention, although I thought the multiple-page Water Menu (divided by domestic water, international water, still water, sparking water, etc. where I think the most expensive bottle was 38 euros) and the similar Coffee Menu were a bit much. Overall, while It's not cheap, we thought it was worth it. At the end of the meal, the chef came out and stopped by all of the tables, which was nice.
